Last is mum Vicky, who's done two half-marathons this year alone.

So, Team Captain Grace, I am loving the name, Feisty Fireballs.

Brilliant! It's time for Duel Pool..

In Duel Pool, players become human cue balls

in a race to pot their three balls.

Once a pocket is taken, it's out of the game.

The first player to finish wins ten points.

OK, so, Team Captains, you've seen the challenge,

but now you have to decide who plays.

OK, Grace, Team Captain of the Feisty Fireballs,

meaning only one more ball to pot for the Reds.

which will translate as all-important seconds

in the Showdown.

The smaller the hoop, the trickier the challenge,

but the greater the reward.

The highest score overall wins ten points.

Because I've had some lessons before and I think I'll be good at it.

but will you be doing it with an Advantage?

From now on, we're not only testing our teams' athletic ability,

we're also testing their sporting know-how.

There are more points on offer and both teams will also be playing

for something that might just give them the edge over their opponents.

Sporty Cats and Feisty Fireballs,

this game is all about phrases used in sport.

You must take it in turns to identify which blocks

show genuine sporting terms. Each team gets three chances.

Six of the options are right and three are wrong.

If you're playing along at home, just between you and me,

the Shortstop is a baseball fielding position, so that would be correct.

Each correct answer is worth five points.

Give three correct answers and you'll also win an Advantage for your team.

In Precision, that means that we give you an extra arrow.

Player one needs a head for heights to secure the first baton.

Player two must find the one way out of the tunnel traps.

Vicky's on to the tunnels but only one has an exit. Has she found it?

Caroline's heading for the middle tunnel. That's the wrong one.

Now she's on to the next.

Vicky's through for the Blues and Grace has got the baton.

Caroline's powering through that tunnel

and Grace has got her work cut out for her with all those balloons.

If only Caroline can get out of that tunnel now,

she could try and catch up.

She's through, but the final baton's already with Ellie for the Blues.
