When we breathe, we take in oxygen from the air,

which helps make energy to fuel our body.

This process also creates carbon dioxide and water,

which we then release into the air when we breathe out.

Now, luckily for us, plants love carbon dioxide.

They sure do, Professor.

Along with water and energy from the sun,

plants use carbon dioxide to grow,

while at the same time producing... You guessed it.
