to break into the top five and secure a place in the semi-final?

Hello. And welcome to the biggest talent search on CBBC

to find Britain's best young glee club.

Our search for the ultimate glee club's taken us right across the UK!

Hundreds auditioned, but only the top 24 groups were successful!

They'll sing, they'll dance and belt out some of your favourite

pop hits right here on this very stage!

But only one act can win

and take home the title of Sport Relief Does Glee Club 2012.

Our glee clubs are psyched,

but only the cream of the crop

will make it through to the next round,

and that decision lies in the hands of our judges!

Carrie and David are the UK's best-known vocal coaches.

They've worked with artists like Take That and The Saturdays.

Cisco is an artistic director and choreographer.

He's worked with stars like Cher Lloyd and Kylie Minogue.

Carrie, do you think our acts will enjoy

performing in front of an audience today?

I think there's always a strange mix

of enjoyment and terror at the same time.

Yeah, we know about that.

Thank you very much. Right, let's get down to business!

24 groups have made it through to the heats.

Today, three of those acts will battle it out for our experts,

who will be scoring them on vocal ability, creativity and performance.

Very good! In the unlikely event of a tie,

head judge Carrie decides who goes through.

The acts with the top five scores across the heats

will then compete in the live finals where it will be up to YOU at home

to vote for your favourite!

And the winners will take home this fantastic -

and it is fantastic - Sport Relief Does Glee Club 2012 trophy!

There's a real buzz backstage

and our glee clubs are ready to go, so let's meet them!

Today's groups were shortlisted by our expert judges

from auditions and given advice on how to improve their performance.

We're Rawr and we're from north-west London. Woo!

We want to go out and show people what we can do.

We've been rehearsing for months and it's been building up and up

and now we can't wait to get out there and perform.

We're Dynamix and we're from Glasgow. Whoo!

I think we're going to be full of energy and have a really good time.

We'll turn the nerves to just pure adrenalin and it'll just be amazing.

I've got the love. Let's go to the judges and see what they thought

of that performance. Carrie, what did you think?

Very good. Very, very good indeed. It's an interesting thing.

We've seen these guys at the auditions and we've said

different things to each group.

Rawr, we said you needed to grow

in confidence and that's still an issue you need to deal with.

Your vocals are so beautiful. There are such good singers in your group.

Use the success of being on this programme and say, that's how

I'm going to build my confidence and up my game to the next level.

For Dynamix, the arrangement was beautiful.

I would say your issues are timing.

You squared what should be a really funky track up,

made it more musical theatre and that didn't do the song justice.

For Illusion - I love your sound. You have a really beautiful sound.

So, yeah, good points from me for you.

David, who impressed you the most?

Hard to say. I was impressed in different ways

by different things. Carrie pointed out your unconfident start.

But I thought you recovered and that really impressed me.

Cos sometimes if you start and it's a bit flat,

it goes downhill from there. But you started and you got better,

and by the end you'd really built it up.

You guys, I was impressed by the whole look and the way

that you seemed to be enjoying the track and your use of dynamics.

And you, I was impressed by how you came out of the traps

like a greyhound - bang! Going for it.

So there are impressive elements. What I'm looking for is to see them

all step up in the next round.

David, what did you think of those performances?

Wow! They were really good.

Illusion, I want to start with you. I loved that the arrangement

was fantastic. You were singing the whole time, as a featured vocalist,

and harmonies happening the whole time,

without swamping you or detracting from you. You did that really well.

You guys in the middle, Dynamix, you stayed really within your style.

There are pop glee clubs, R&B glee clubs, there are musical theatre.

You veer more on the musical theatre side. You acted that.

You really performed it. The solos were good,

but it's your harmony sound, when you came together.

It's a really great sound.

You guys - breathtaking.

Thank you very much, David. Sisco, did you enjoy the vocals?

Rawr, I did not expect that. Those featured vocalists

were absolutely mind-blowing. Your voices are so beautiful

and I don't think you understand the talent that you have.

I was nearly crying and we... It was just so honest

and I don't know what you guys have,

I don't know if it's because you sing through experience,

but I believe everything you sing. It was beautiful.

Dynamix, I love the look. The acting was a little too dramatic.

I wish that the vocals spoke for itself,

but it's your style and it works. Illusion, you are such a cute group.

It really works. The little dance, it was fantastic. Well done.
