What are you crazy pirates doing?

I'm training Cook and Line to be guard dogs for my shipwreck!

But dogs are loyal, obedient and, er, house-trained.

Yes, well, two out of three ain't bad!

They need a bit of work. Maybe some training.

Oh, dear. It looks like Captain Sinker has got her work cut out.

Luckily, my faithful pet parrot never lets me down.

Let's meet today's Swashbucklers, Squawk.

Playing today, we've got Lewis.

Lewis is seven and loves playing in the park.

Welcome to the pirate playground.

His Swashbuckle name is Lookout Lewis.

Next, it's Acintha.

Acintha is seven years old and loves painting.

He's the very portrait of a picture-perfect pirate,

and his Swashbuckle name is Admiral Acintha.

This is Cady. Cady is seven, and she loves drawing.

Well, all pirates like arr-harrt class at school.

Her Swashbuckle name is Commodore Cady.

And finally, it's Sarah.

Sarah is seven years old and she loves reading,

so she always plays by the book,

and her Swashbuckle name is Starboard Sarah.

Welcome aboard, my new team of Swashbucklers.

So, you're here to help me

win back my jewels from those naughty pirates.

To make sure you're ready and raring to go,

let's do the Swashbuckle salute. OK? So, let me see you marching.

So, Squawk, what do we have to do to win back all my jewels?

You daring Swashbucklers need to work as a team

as you take part in different pirate games.

Every time you win a game,

Captain Sinker will give you a jewel for your treasure chest.

Win all five jewels,

and one of the naughty pirates will walk the plank into the ship's mess!

Here's our treasure chest. Each time you win back a jewel,

we'll pop it in here to keep it safe from Captain Sinker.

Oh, Gem, I've got a rhyme for you.

Some jewels are red, others are blue

This game is far too tricky for you!

Oh, so you're a poet. Well, I didn't know it!

We're going to win and wipe away your grin. Ha!

That was quite good.

The first game is Shivering Timbers.

The aim is to make a giant jigsaw of the Swashbuckle flag.

All you have to do is walk along the plank

and collect the pieces from the other side.

But be careful - Cook and Line will be making it tricky for you,

and they might hide the pieces too.

Here's the picture of the flag

for the puzzle we need to put together.

There are eight pieces,

and we've got two to start you off.

So six more are over there,

where Cook is keeping them safe. Or is he?

Watch out for those two, because if you fall in,

you have to go back to the side you came from.

You've got as long as it takes for the octopus to reach out

across the screen and close the chest.

-So are you ready to play?

-Arrr-harrr!!

Then, Swashbucklers, away! Here we go.

Come on, we can do this, team. Let's cheer them on, shipmates.

Lewis nearly took a tumble, but he got his balance back.

Well, your Swashbucklers taught those pirates a few lessons.

So, despite a couple of hiccups, the Swashbucklers have won!

Oh, fine! You can have this red one.

Brilliant! Here we go.

Oh! Sarah, can you pop it in the chest for us, please?

Yeah! Brilliant!

We are well on the way to seeing one of those naughty pirates

taking a dip in their smelly ship's mess.

It smells bad!

It's funny, it always smells worse when you're in it.

Line, you've got some slop on your bottom!

Where? Where?!

LINE YELPS

Oh, dear, Sinker,

your pirate pooches aren't very well trained yet.

Leave that to me.

I'll have the best-trained pirate pooches you've ever seen.

-Booo!

-If you say so, Sinker!

In the meantime, we want to win back another jewel,

-don't we, Swashbucklers?

-ALL:

-Yeah!

Squawk, what's the next game?

The second game is Pirate Cannons.

The aim of the game is to knock over all ten pirate ships.

Working as a team, you have to find the soft green cannonballs,

load them in the cannons and fire them at the ships.

But be careful. Cook and Line will be sneaky

and try to stop you from hitting the targets.

CHEERING

These are the squishy green cannonballs you need to find

to play the game - not the blue and yellow ones.

Cook and Line put them in there to confuse you.

Who's going to collect the cannonballs?

Lewis and Cady. You're looking for the green ones.

Acintha and Sarah, you are shooting the cannons.

Brilliant! So are you ready to play?

Arrr-harrr!

A slippery start from Lewis but then Sarah sinks a ship

and Cook in one go.

Acintha sent Cook flying again.

And Cook went down for a third time!

Not so good for Cook, but great for the Swashbucklers, it's a win!

and you've won two of my jewels, which means

we need to find three in the final game. To make sure we're ready,

Ha, they're going to try their best.

Squawk, what do we have to do for the final game?

It's the Shipwreck Rummage!

SQUAWKS

The aim of the game is to collect the rest of Gem's jewels

that have been hidden around the shipwreck.

Use them up because X marks the spot where

each of the jewels could be found.

But be careful, Cook, Line and Captain Sinker

have hidden the jewels well

and they must all be in the chest before the time runs out.

CHEERING

OK, Swashbucklers, it's time to play. Let me show you where

all the jewels are hiding on the treasure map.

The purple jewel is on the top deck by Sinker.

Have a rummage around in all those treasure chests.

We have the white one hiding in the barrel with all the mice and rats.

And also on the middle deck we have the green one

in the baskets of sea creatures.

Lewis and Cady, you are going first.

Which one are you going to go for?

-The white one.

-The white one.

So watch out for the toy rats and toy mice.

Are we ready to play?

-Arr-harr!

-I think we are. Swashbucklers, away!

So, Lewis and Cady, making their way to the middle deck.

Lewis flies through the giant cannonballs.

Here come the rats and mice!

-Watch out for Cook.

-Naughty Cook slowing them down a bit.

The jewel is somewhere in amongst those rats and mice.

Tipping them all upside down, what a mess they're making!

Have a good rummage around, we're looking for the white jewel.

There it is, it's there, Lewis. Right behind you!

Tip them up, empty them out!

Arrr-harrr, they've found it. At last!

OK, so they've found the first one, where are you going to go next?

-The green one.

-Sarah, Acintha, off you go. Let's find the green one.

Well done. Look at that sparkling white jewel! Well done.

Sarah races ahead.

"Wait for me," says Acintha.

We can do this.

-That's it, dig them out.

-You'll have to dig deeper.

The jewels can be hard to find in those baskets.

Keep digging, Swashbucklers.

They've got it, we have one left to find.

We need to find the last one. The purple one on the top deck.

Don't worry about Captain Sinker, she's frightened of children.

Well done. Just one left to find.

You're halfway there.

They've plenty of time left. But it's a long way to that top deck.

Keep going. Well done.

They are starting to get tired. I don't blame them!

Come round the front!

They just have to get to the top of this slope!

-Watch out for those pearls.

-Oh, I don't like Swashbucklers!

-What do we do?!

-I don't know, keep going.

Oh, don't be so silly, Sinker.

Now, where's that jewel?

I think they've looked in every chest.

It must be here somewhere.

-There it is!

-They've got it, quick, bring it down.

But it's not over until the jewel is in the chest.

Quick as you can, 30 seconds left.

-I think they're going to do it!

-And into the chest!

You did it!

Well done, Swashbucklers. That was brilliant.

-Did you enjoy that?

-Yeah.

-You did so well.

Thank you for getting back all my jewels.

Squawk, you've got the bird's-eye view, over to you.

They made a right mess with rodents all over the place.

At first, Cady missed the jewel, but then

she got it and in went the white.

Cook emptied a basket but they grabbed the green.

And after clearing out every chest, they finally pinched the purple.

That's a clean sweep and a win for the Swashbucklers!
