who tell us all about ballet dancing.

We'll be showing you how to make this colourful

rainbow salad in a jar.

And speedy Let's Goer Alexander will join us outside the club

in his cool go-kart.

And we'll be exploring the world in a fun fact-finding mission.

-Hi, I'm Max.

-And I'm Luca.

BOTH: We're twins.

We really love playing in the garden with our little brother Otto.

We like jumping on our trampoline.

I play the trumpet.

And I play the violin.

But mostly, we like to do things together, especially ballet dancing.

Seven, eight.

Welcome to the boys' dorm.

We share our bedroom with our older brother Joel.

Luca is very tidy.

But I like to be a bit messy.

When we're dancing, we have to wear a white T-shirt,

blue ballet shorts, white socks

and black ballet shoes.

We first started dancing when we were three years old.

We come to this ballet class every Saturday.

Thank you very much.

And skip, two, three, four...

We start by skipping around the room to warm up.

We really like skipping.

Keep going.

We have to use our whole bodies when we are doing ballet.

So it takes a lot of practice.

Dancing is great, because we love moving to the music.

Step together, step, hop.

This step is called the polka.

Again.

And we have to be good at doing the moves the same way every time.

Last one. Finish.

We can do a move called the saute.

Prepare.

You have to jump in and out on the spot.

It's quite tricky to land the same way every time.

We also love learning new routines.

We get to run around the room pretending to fly.

-I like to be a dragonfly.

-And I like to be an aeroplane.

Finish with the music.

And give some bread to the ducks.

What do you think you've got to do before you start making things?

-Wash your hands.

-Roll up your sleeves and wash your hands.

-Yes, wash your hands.

-Really important.

-OK.

We've got lots of brightly-coloured vegetables here.

And all these vegetables look delicious and so colourful.

So, we know what colours we want in our rainbow salad in a jar.

-Shall we start building our salad?

-Yeah.

-Yeah, all right.

So, grab your jar, Leila. Aman, grab your jar.

Take the lid off and what we're going to do is start building it up.

So, what colour's going to go in first?

-Red.

-Yes, the tomatoes.

So put the tomatoes in first of all in the bottom of the jar.

-These tomatoes look good, don't they?

-They do.

-They look good.

So, that's it.

-After we've got the colour red, what shall we put in next?

-Orange.

-Orange, good. And what have we got that's orange?

-Carrots.

-Carrots.

Jessica, Hasan, after we've put the orange in,

what do you think we've got put in next?

-What colour would you like to see?

-Yellow.

Yellow next. So then what we've got to do is grab these yellow peppers.

Take as many as you like, Jessica.

What's next, then? What's left?

Green.

We have to cut up this lettuce, but we'll use our hands.

Who doesn't like using their hands to shred things?

-I do.

-We've got to keep building.

Put the green in and then it's purple after.

You can shred the little bits of purple too.

Here's a tabletop tip - if you push the salad down,

it will give you more room.

Once we've got all our salad in our jars,

it's time to put the lids on. Go ahead, guys.

We are saying hello in different languages and hola is how

you say hello in Spanish.

Alanna, can you say hola?

Let's try speaking in French. Do you know how to say hello?

-How about konnichiwa?

-Is that in Japanese?

Well, here are some much better facts about different countries.

Fact fans, today we're finding out all about countries.

Polar ice caps, roads on street maps,

Languages spoken.

Across great oceans ships go sailing.

Flags are waving. Passports out to fly about.

Come on, let's get to those facts.

First up, today's Stars & Stripes design of the American flag

was drawn up by a 17-year-old schoolboy called Robert G Heft.

But he was only given a B- for it.

Robert's teacher said that, if he could get the important people

of the United States government to like the flag,

then he'd give him a better grade.

So Robert did and his flag, known as the Star Spangled Banner,

is now 60 years old and has been flown on important buildings

all over the world.

We'd definitely give him an A star.

Next, the Spanish national anthem, the Marcha Real,

has absolutely no words and was composed way back in 1761

before electricity was invented.

Lots of songwriters have tried to give Marcha Real words,

but none have stuck. Lyrics were written for the anthem

in a competition before the Beijing Olympics but after only

five days, it was decided that the anthem should stay lyricless.

Oh, well, at least you'll never forget the words!

Next, to Hawaii.

Did you know the Hawaiian alphabet only has 13 letters?

It has five vowels...

..and seven consonants...

And something called the okina, which is a silent...

pause.

Even though Hawaiian is the national language of Hawaii,

only 1,000 people living there speak it.

Most of the islanders actually speak English. I say!

And finally, can you guess what Scotland's national animal is?

It's not a stag or a Highland cow.

Not even the Loch Ness Monster.

It's a unicorn!

700 years ago, King Robert of Scotland liked

magical unicorns stories so much, he picked the animal for his country.

Unicorns have been seen on Scottish money ever since

and are still used in Royal symbols today.

Not bad for a rainbow-loving animal that isn't real. Fact.

Martha loved Mellon the armadillo so much last week

that she made her own from a coconut.

Wow, you definitely know how to arrive in style.

-So, what is this you're driving?

-A kart.

And when did you start driving it?

-From when I was three and now I'm six.

-Brilliant.

-Can you tell me all about it?

-Yes. There's pedals.

-This one's for go, this one's for stop.

-Cool.

And I have my engine, my own helmet and I have my own suit.

That's really good. But you don't have a roof. Where's your roof?

I have a helmet as a roof, so this is my roof.

Tell me about your helmet.

Well, it's really good, because this is what can happen.

Oh, cool! It's like your very own pair of sunglasses.

What is your favourite thing about driving?

I like looking at the steering wheel when it turns and everything.

That's why I just feel comfortable in it.

Alex, if you were racing Lewis Hamilton, who would win?

I always wanted to be Lewis Hamilton.

My best wish when I was little was being Lewis Hamilton,

but then I realised I can't be him. I'm not grown up yet.

He's way older than me.

We made our own salad in a jar.

Mr Kidner helped with the chopping.

It was so delicious.

We decided to have a world food party and we have been eating

lots of yummy dishes from all around the world.

Let's get decorating.

We are making decorations that look like the world.

There's blue paint for the oceans and green tissue paper

for the countries.

We've got lots of decorations.

And we have world flags bunting too.

Our teacher hung up the worlds.

We have flags from different countries

to go into the different dishes.

My dish had lots of fruit in it.

This dish is from Turkey. It is a sweet dish.

This dish is from Morocco.

It's called a lamb tagine.

Now it's time to eat. Let's party!

This one is called aloo gobi and it's from India.

There is even food from the Congo here.

Everyone's enjoying the food.

The chicken is really delicious.

I like this kari.

This is really nice. It smells minty.

We like to try different things to eat so we did this.

Wow, didn't Avril and her friends have a fantastic party?

They had food from all over the world.

Sophie and Alice had lots of fun making their wristbands.

Welcome to the club. This is Ben with his pet chicken.

He loved her so much, he even takes her for walks. Cluck, cluck!

George has been growing tomatoes and they've just started to turn red.

And Leila and Toby loved our sprinting sticks so much

that they had a go themselves.
