My ankle has been really, really bothering me lately.

Right now, I'm just at the studio, getting in some extra practice time,

rehearsing my solo and... just dancing.

'I walk into the studio and I'm just so excited to be back.'

And on top of that, Riley's just dancing a solo.

it makes me think of how Emily left

and how I left.

I think it would be a good idea

if we came up with a new routine for Regionals.

'Emily's a very competitive person'

and now she's on Elite's team,

and she will do anything to make sure that she wins.

Emily might share our old routine with the people at Elite.

'You know, we don't want to show up to Regionals'

with the same routine as Elite so, just... We got to be careful.

And I also came up with the idea

that Eldon and I could perform a duet in the new piece.

I'm really excited that I'm doing this duet with Eldon.

It'll give us a chance to spend time with each other

and a chance for him to get to know me better.

I mean, we both have really strong ideas and it's going really well.

We seem to be on the same page about the choreography.

We're almost saying the exact same ideas at the exact same time.

We're working on a new Regionals routine.

We've just finished the choreography,

so we're kind of working out the details of it.

'It's titled More Than That, so it's about two opposing forces -

'contemporary and hip-hop -'

and kind of the fusion of those two things.

It's still in the early stages but it's looking pretty good so far.

Great job picking up the choreography, Giselle!

'I'm glad that Kate notices that

I injured it a few weeks back, but it's been much better lately.

instinctively, I'm just trying not to burn out.

'But I need to motivate Daniel.

'he'll work so much harder and that's what we need.'

When Kate threatens to give the solo to James,

that pretty much tears my heart out.

It's everything I've worked for.

No, I'll do it. I'll do it full out, I promise.

'then they could possibly take the solo away from me,'

and that's my one big moment to shine at Regionals.

'Well, for my date,'

we're going to eat a bunch of food from around the world.

Different countries.

And before we get a little bit of food from each one,

I'm going to stamp your passport.

So what country do you want to go to first?

OK, well, I think I'm going to go to America first.

I've always wanted to travel the world.
