Have row been ripped off? Conned or just shore changed? We are here to | :00:00. | :00:12.
fight for your rights. At the end of our tether. Spotting the latest | :00:13. | :00:17.
scams and making sure you make the most of your money We have had no | :00:18. | :00:21.
come back, feedback from them, and I am angry. | :00:22. | :00:25.
Exposing the rogues and confronting the conmen. We are here to help you | :00:26. | :00:27.
fight back. I am from Torfaen Trading Standards. | :00:28. | :00:47.
Tonight are our takeaways feeling the public by faking their | :00:48. | :00:52.
ingredients? What we have on here is lamb, beef, chingen and turkey | :00:53. | :00:59.
kebabs. They parted with hundreds of pounds | :01:00. | :01:03.
on the promise of warmer homes. Now, they want their money back. | :01:04. | :01:10.
I have children to feed. I took ?249. I want an answer. Why has | :01:11. | :01:18.
80-year-old's Jim grand design for a model ray way been stopped in its | :01:19. | :01:23.
tracks? I fell for the advert. Simple to use. If that is their idea | :01:24. | :01:29.
of simple, give in! First tonight, a year ago public | :01:30. | :01:33.
confidence in meat products was rocked when tests revealed some | :01:34. | :01:38.
foods sold in supermarkets contained horsemeat. So if the big | :01:39. | :01:41.
supermarkets can get away with it, what about your local takeaway? | :01:42. | :01:47.
Rachel has joined a crack team of trading standard agents to find out | :01:48. | :01:52.
what is on the menu. Mis-selling food is a criminal | :01:53. | :01:56.
offence and it is happening every day across Britain. | :01:57. | :02:00.
Food fraud is such a big problem the authorities in Wales are taking | :02:01. | :02:05.
action. Today, officers from Torfaen Trading | :02:06. | :02:09.
Standards are on a mission. To test what is on offer in the area's take | :02:10. | :02:16.
away, Christine myth is taking part in a Wales wide crackdown It is very | :02:17. | :02:21.
important, the public expect to receive what they ask for, if they | :02:22. | :02:26.
are not receiving it they are being deceived and that is not acceptable. | :02:27. | :02:32.
Tonight, Christine's checking on pizzas and deban, it is 6.00 and | :02:33. | :02:37.
first up is the New Inn Fish Bar in Pontypool. Hello. I am Christine, I | :02:38. | :02:42.
am from Torfaen Trading Standards. Christine wants to inexpect the | :02:43. | :02:46.
kitchens. I will come out the back, it is frozen and you have cooked out | :02:47. | :02:49.
here. If we pop out the back and we will look there. It is better than | :02:50. | :02:52.
in the front where you have customers. | :02:53. | :02:56.
It is not long before she finds a problem. In this case what we have | :02:57. | :03:03.
got is lamb 60%. 25% chicken, so it is not a lamb kebab. Christine warns | :03:04. | :03:07.
the manager he could be in hot water. What you need to do is put on | :03:08. | :03:13.
the menu your doner can bab is lamb and chicken, not just lamb. | :03:14. | :03:16.
Christine wants further checks on what meat is in the kebab. | :03:17. | :03:21.
She will send samples to the lab. What we will do is put it in for | :03:22. | :03:25.
analysis, when it comes back we can check to see there is no other | :03:26. | :03:29.
species other than chicken and lamb. Not a good start. | :03:30. | :03:35.
On to take away number two, the perfect -- the Perfect BBQ. Straight | :03:36. | :03:40.
away it seems this restaurant's lamb kebabs are far from perfect. Doner | :03:41. | :03:45.
kebab is usually associated with lamb, but what we have is lamb, | :03:46. | :03:49.
beef, chicken and turkey kebab, so it is four meat, not just the one. | :03:50. | :03:54.
So that needs to go on the menu. You need to stipulate that on the menu. | :03:55. | :03:59.
The consume has to be told what it is they are buying. The pizzas are | :04:00. | :04:05.
coming under scrutinies. Take aways often don't use real ham and | :04:06. | :04:10.
Christine thises this place might be buying a cheap alternative. It maybe | :04:11. | :04:14.
pork shoulder. So with doubt about what the meat is, it another sample | :04:15. | :04:20.
to send for testing. If it is actually different to what we have | :04:21. | :04:23.
portrayed, then we may have to follow it up with the manufacturers | :04:24. | :04:27.
as well. Two down and it is not looking good | :04:28. | :04:33.
for the Torfaen takeawayser but Christine is determined to improve | :04:34. | :04:37.
standards I have the power to go in and to have a look at everything. | :04:38. | :04:42.
The public rely on me to be making sure that their food is as it is | :04:43. | :04:46.
described. It is my job. I take that very | :04:47. | :04:50.
seriously. It is 7.00, and the King Chicken | :04:51. | :04:57.
restaurant is next. But this time, Christine is in for a pleasant | :04:58. | :05:01.
surprise. Yes, if you want to lift the lamb kebab out. So it says 85% | :05:02. | :05:09.
lamb, so, I mean principally this is about lamb, and lamb doner being | :05:10. | :05:13.
called lamb, and obviously this one looks as if it is going to comply. | :05:14. | :05:20.
The only meat in this kebab is lamb. I would only go to reputable | :05:21. | :05:26.
companies, I won't go to any sort of kebab shops I don't know myself. | :05:27. | :05:31.
That guy is going to be OK, because I have had one of those batches back | :05:32. | :05:36.
and the maker has been OK on the other ones I have done. The chances | :05:37. | :05:40.
are that will be fine. There is time for one more stop and it is a | :05:41. | :05:44.
takeaway that has been in trouble before. | :05:45. | :05:49.
Hello. How you? All right. Christine visited the Family Kebab House in | :05:50. | :05:51.
Cwmbran last year. And she is back, to see if they have | :05:52. | :05:57.
cleaned up their act. It is is not all lamb. Is it? No. So the same | :05:58. | :06:03.
last time, when we said to you, you know, that a lamb doner has to be | :06:04. | :06:09.
lamb, this one has got veal in as well. So again, you need to be | :06:10. | :06:13.
putting that on to your menu board, or you need to buy a product that is | :06:14. | :06:18.
lamb, where you are selling lamb. I did send you information last year | :06:19. | :06:24.
and tell you that a product where it is misdescribed commits an offend, | :06:25. | :06:28.
so it is important that you get it right. | :06:29. | :06:31.
If somebody expected lamb they expect lamb. | :06:32. | :06:36.
Samples of the suspect meat are bagged for testing. | :06:37. | :06:40.
So, as the operation draws to a close for the night, Christine | :06:41. | :06:45.
reflects on her finings. It is five past eight and we have been to a | :06:46. | :06:51.
number of businesses and in fact, on three, three-quarters of those have | :06:52. | :06:55.
shown to be not as described, in terms of the products they they are | :06:56. | :07:01.
supplying. The warning is that if they don't comply, then there is a | :07:02. | :07:05.
potential of prosecution, and there could be a fine of up to ?5,000 for | :07:06. | :07:10.
that prosecution. And we will be finding out what is | :07:11. | :07:14.
in those takeaways when Rachel visits the laboratory later in the | :07:15. | :07:16.
programme. Let us know what you think, you can | :07:17. | :07:18.
join us on Twitter. Now, over the last few months we | :07:19. | :07:30.
have been uncovering a new cold calling blight. The green companies | :07:31. | :07:34.
offering boilers and insulation but leaving you with a big hole in your | :07:35. | :07:37.
bang balance. One of the companies we have had | :07:38. | :07:45.
most complaints is Cardiff based Eco Green Deal Solutions. Many customers | :07:46. | :07:50.
were offer offered... If they paid an up front fee. We have suppose | :07:51. | :07:54.
into dozen who have had nothing but an energy report for their money. | :07:55. | :07:58.
Rachel has taken one group of customers to the headquarters to | :07:59. | :08:00.
express their feelings about the company. | :08:01. | :08:08.
Where's our boilers? Across Wales there is anger at the companies who | :08:09. | :08:13.
claim to be green. Anger because they are taking | :08:14. | :08:17.
hundreds of pounds of customer's cash and failing to deliver what | :08:18. | :08:22.
they promise. I feel very angry, I was told if I gave ?199 for a survey | :08:23. | :08:28.
I would be entitled to a new boiler. As mine was installed in 1984 I | :08:29. | :08:33.
jumped at the chance. I have been upset from the beginning. We have | :08:34. | :08:37.
had no come back, no feedback from them, and I am angry, I am pleased | :08:38. | :08:42.
this happened today, because we have had do something. I have children to | :08:43. | :08:48.
feed. I took ?249. I want an answer. How do you feel about this company? | :08:49. | :08:54.
Very angry. I said I have to brother this money from my sister, he stood | :08:55. | :08:58.
there for my sister to write the cheque, because I didn't have a | :08:59. | :09:02.
cheque book. How do you feel about that company? I am so angry. So | :09:03. | :09:10.
angry. I am angry I have to pay money back to my sister, ?249. All | :09:11. | :09:18.
these people paid money to a company called Eco Green Deal Solutions. | :09:19. | :09:22.
They are based in this office block in Cardiff Bay. | :09:23. | :09:25.
You are very quiet. You are not #2340r78ly this quiet when you see | :09:26. | :09:29.
people? Persuading them they could be entitled. They are no strangers | :09:30. | :09:37.
to x-ray, we featured them and their director five weeks ago, the company | :09:38. | :09:40.
ceased trading but customers weren't left completely high and dry. | :09:41. | :09:46.
Another company, Diversity Network offered to help the customer, back | :09:47. | :09:50.
in September, the company also based in this office block was offering | :09:51. | :09:57.
refunds to some of Eco Green Deal Solutions's customers. It is all | :09:58. | :10:00.
very strange, it is like buying something from Tescos and getting a | :10:01. | :10:05.
refund from as a the. Some of our protestors have been chasing | :10:06. | :10:10.
Diversity Network for months without success, so has anybody here heard | :10:11. | :10:15.
from Diversity Network? No. Anybody had their refund? No. Anybody had | :10:16. | :10:21.
their boiler or their insulation? No. So, who is behind that offer to | :10:22. | :10:28.
help? We delved deep into the world of green and came across a woman we | :10:29. | :10:33.
like to think of as the Queen of Green. Diversity Network owner | :10:34. | :10:39.
Shelley Roberts. She seemed to be a bountiful Queen, generously offering | :10:40. | :10:43.
to come to the aid of some victims of the nasty Eco Green Deal | :10:44. | :10:47.
Solutions, and handing out refunds. So where did is generous ruler come | :10:48. | :10:52.
from? Well, not from a good place. Before she launched her own | :10:53. | :10:56.
business, she worked for another green company, the notorious | :10:57. | :11:01.
Becoming Green. In is a company well-known to x-ray. | :11:02. | :11:07.
They cold called people and offered enenning help for ?299. They didn't | :11:08. | :11:12.
always give customers the full story. | :11:13. | :11:18.
Yes? They used a government scheme to take money off people who | :11:19. | :11:21.
obviously can't afford to have the money taken off them. | :11:22. | :11:29.
Shelley Roberts made lots of friends there. Several senior managers from | :11:30. | :11:34.
Becoming Green ended up working for her new company, Diversity Network. | :11:35. | :11:42.
One in particular stands out. A Prince Charming, now a senior | :11:43. | :11:47.
manager at Diversity Network. And this is him. Shelley Roberts's | :11:48. | :11:52.
boyfriend Nick Pritchard. He has been on the telly before. | :11:53. | :11:58.
Good evening. A police operation has uncovered one of the UK's largest | :11:59. | :12:02.
illegal cannabis growing conspiracies. Factories across north | :12:03. | :12:06.
Wales were found growing drugs, with an estimated street value of nearly | :12:07. | :12:09.
?14 million. Today three men were jailed for | :12:10. | :12:15.
helping the Chinese run gang. Yes one of the top managers is still on | :12:16. | :12:20.
parole after getting three years for conspiracy to produce cannabis and | :12:21. | :12:25.
money-laundering. But does any of this affect Shelley | :12:26. | :12:31.
Roberts's businesses? Her companies say they are the good guy, offering | :12:32. | :12:37.
refund to the victims of Eco Green Deal Solutions, as a gesture of good | :12:38. | :12:41.
will. But did she really have nothing to do with the company that | :12:42. | :12:47.
has cost our viewers thousands of pounds? Well, we have uncovered some | :12:48. | :12:53.
interesting links. When Eco Green Deal Solutions set up | :12:54. | :12:58.
in business, who registered their website? The Queen of Green herself, | :12:59. | :13:04.
Shelley Roberts. And the two companies didn't just share an | :13:05. | :13:09.
address. Diversity Network's website and Eco Green Deal Solutions were | :13:10. | :13:12.
also using exactly the same phone number. | :13:13. | :13:16.
And one installer as told us that when the boss of Eco Green Deal | :13:17. | :13:20.
Solutions was out, he would get his instructions from who else, but the | :13:21. | :13:24.
Queen of Green, Shelley Roberts. What do we want? Our money back. A | :13:25. | :13:32.
couple of months ago Diversity Network were giving some refunds, | :13:33. | :13:36.
and telling Trading Standards that customer who lost out should contact | :13:37. | :13:40.
them, but since then, things have gone a bit quiet. | :13:41. | :13:44.
So we want to spur them into action with a reminder of some of the | :13:45. | :13:48.
customers who are owed money. We have hung them on this nice green | :13:49. | :13:54.
tree in the hope it might spark some early festive generosity. | :13:55. | :13:55.
Here we go, let's go and do this. But it is not going to be a | :13:56. | :14:14.
straightforward delivery. Unbelievably, they are trying to | :14:15. | :14:18.
tell us inside that Diversity Network are no longer based here, so | :14:19. | :14:22.
Diversity Network, if you are watching we have something for you. | :14:23. | :14:28.
Very confusing. Well, Diversity Network have told us that Caspian | :14:29. | :14:32.
Point is still their main business address. Rachel is we me and they | :14:33. | :14:37.
have a lot more to say, don't they. Yes, they do. They maintain that Eco | :14:38. | :14:42.
Green Deal Solutions, who they describe as a marketing company, and | :14:43. | :14:47.
diversity network are separate companies. And that diversity and | :14:48. | :14:52.
its owner Shelley Roberts have never had any control over the day-to-day | :14:53. | :14:56.
running of Eco Green Deal Solutions. Rather, they simply had business | :14:57. | :15:00.
contracts with them. But you uncovered what appeared to be close | :15:01. | :15:04.
ties between the companies? We did, but they are hotly disputed. Now | :15:05. | :15:10.
they say that Shelley Roberts has never worked for Eco Green Deal | :15:11. | :15:13.
Solutions, rather she registered the domain name as a favour, they say | :15:14. | :15:19.
the fact they shared office space in Caspian Point doesn't mean the | :15:20. | :15:21.
companies are corrected. They say that that terminated their agreement | :15:22. | :15:26.
with Eco Green Deal Solutions long before we got involved, and in their | :15:27. | :15:31.
mind, Nick Pritchard is an appropriate person to be a senior | :15:32. | :15:34.
manager at the company. And what about their shared phone | :15:35. | :15:39.
number? Well, they say it was a shared dephone number that was used | :15:40. | :15:44.
by several separate companies in the building. Now Eco Green Deal | :15:45. | :15:47.
Solutions customers were being advised to go to Diversity Network | :15:48. | :15:51.
for refund, is that still the case? It doesn't seem to be, some people | :15:52. | :15:55.
did have refunds, but they say they never had an obligation to provide | :15:56. | :16:00.
refunds to customer, of the company. They say they will only do work for | :16:01. | :16:04.
customers who they took on before the company ceased trading, so that | :16:05. | :16:08.
is really bad news for customers. So what should customers do? Well Eco | :16:09. | :16:13.
Green Deal Solutions has now gone into administration, so they can | :16:14. | :16:16.
contact the administrators and we will put those details on our | :16:17. | :16:22.
website. We should point out that Eco Green Deal Solutions and | :16:23. | :16:25.
Becoming Green deny misleading customers and they are blaming | :16:26. | :16:29.
delays in funding for the problems that customers have experienced. | :16:30. | :16:49.
Earlier we saw trading standards officer Christine Smith checking out | :16:50. | :16:53.
the meat served in takeaway is. How worried are you about the contents | :16:54. | :16:57.
of that kebabs or the pizza you order. Let us find out. What is | :16:58. | :17:06.
this? Kebabs. Do you like them? Yes. What we'd do you think it is? Lamb, | :17:07. | :17:14.
I think. I have always been told it is lamb, beef or chicken. Do you | :17:15. | :17:20.
mind a mix would you rather have one or the other? I don't believe mind. | :17:21. | :17:31.
When do you have one? After a drink. Do you say you are not sure does | :17:32. | :17:37.
that matter? Yes, I would not want to eat meat that I didn't know what | :17:38. | :17:43.
it was. It is difficult to tell, isn't it? What need is that? Many | :17:44. | :17:49.
meats, I would imagine. Does that bother you? Not really, as long as | :17:50. | :17:56.
it tastes nice. Now, for the pizza. What is on this pizza? I would say | :17:57. | :18:02.
hand and pineapple. What if you found out that the ham was not ham? | :18:03. | :18:11.
I would properly eat anything. If it said it was ham, I would be gutted. | :18:12. | :18:16.
Do you think it is important that people say what meat it is? Yes, as | :18:17. | :18:22.
long as it is not course. I think it looks like ham. They should say what | :18:23. | :18:30.
it is. If I ordered ham, I would expect it to be hammered. How would | :18:31. | :18:33.
you feel if that was not hand? It would depend what it is. We will see | :18:34. | :18:40.
what the scientists have to say later in the programme. Before that, | :18:41. | :18:46.
BC has been to Llanelli to sort out a transport problem. | :18:47. | :18:58.
The romance of the age of steam. Lovingly captured by enthusiasts at | :18:59. | :19:00.
the Swansea Railway Modellers Group. Train sets were not like this when | :19:01. | :19:05.
Jim Jones was a kid in the 1930s. My father bought me a very basic train | :19:06. | :19:12.
set. All it was was a little circle of reels with a local which you wind | :19:13. | :19:17.
up with a clockwork key and painted tin coach behind it. It was the only | :19:18. | :19:22.
set I ever had. Since then, Jim travels the world as an RAF fireman. | :19:23. | :19:28.
He is now 80 and he is finally getting around to building another | :19:29. | :19:32.
train set. What made you want to have one now? It has always been a | :19:33. | :19:37.
dream. I know that I'm getting older. I have always been very | :19:38. | :19:40.
energetic but I am slowing down and I want something now to occupy my | :19:41. | :19:45.
mind. I can spend evenings in the winter building models and things | :19:46. | :19:50.
like that. Jim would love a model really like this but even his less | :19:51. | :19:55.
complicated plans meant building a base for it to sit on. This is it. | :19:56. | :20:03.
Very impressive, you must have done a lot of work to install this? Yes, | :20:04. | :20:07.
I decided I was going to have a layout, I wanted it to be a tidy | :20:08. | :20:12.
size and I wanted to keep my spare trains and all that in the | :20:13. | :20:20.
cupboards. I bet it cost a lot? About ?1300. You must have thought | :20:21. | :20:24.
it all worth it when the train set arrived? I was thrilled to bits, | :20:25. | :20:30.
just like a little boy on Christmas morning. The train box arrives, I | :20:31. | :20:35.
pull the train out and put the track on and put the train on the track | :20:36. | :20:39.
and connect it up and the drivers are on strike! Jim had invested in a | :20:40. | :20:47.
state-of-the-art computer controlled model railway but the train was | :20:48. | :20:53.
stuck in this station. He has had computers for years but this | :20:54. | :20:55.
supposedly simple to use system defeated him. What happened when you | :20:56. | :21:03.
went to get it started? I took the disc and follow the instructions to | :21:04. | :21:08.
put it into the computer. All that came up on the screen was, unable to | :21:09. | :21:12.
handshake with computer. I checked all the leads and they were all | :21:13. | :21:16.
right. He eventually spoke to an expert at Hornby. He started to get | :21:17. | :21:22.
into real computer speak. Go into this programme, this enable this, | :21:23. | :21:29.
check your firewall and 64 bit systems. I was completely lost. A | :21:30. | :21:34.
manual he downloaded did not help much either. You would have two have | :21:35. | :21:39.
a degree in competing and also, you would have to be a computer engineer | :21:40. | :21:44.
to start discharging capacity orders and that sort of thing. I fell for | :21:45. | :21:50.
the advert. Simple to use. If that is their idea of simple to use, give | :21:51. | :21:55.
in. I bought a railway set, I wanted to work. -- I want it to work. Let | :21:56. | :22:04.
us see what we can do. Meet Paul Rees, he is not just a steam train | :22:05. | :22:09.
fan, he is a computer expert, too. We have asked him to take a look at | :22:10. | :22:14.
Jim's said. Come in, I hear you either man the job. This is the real | :22:15. | :22:22.
way set, there is the computer. Jim just cannot get it to work. I will | :22:23. | :22:32.
see what I can do. Cup of tea? Poll is getting straight into the | :22:33. | :22:37.
challenge. Here is your tea, how are you getting on? That seems to be | :22:38. | :22:45.
OK. He is concentrating. It seems to be taking a while. Another cup of | :22:46. | :22:58.
tea? I would not say no. Finally, sounds like progress. Oh, that is | :22:59. | :23:07.
what you expected to see. I think we need an engine driver now. Let us | :23:08. | :23:11.
get the engine driver. We think we have delayed! Do you want to come | :23:12. | :23:20.
and put it to the test? Fear that works, have a go. Look at this! Two | :23:21. | :23:29.
months of waiting to get the train out of the station. What is it like | :23:30. | :23:33.
to see that going around? Marvellous, you have made a young | :23:34. | :23:41.
man very, very happy. Great news and since we have filmed, | :23:42. | :23:44.
Jim has been in touch to say how much he has been enjoying his model | :23:45. | :23:49.
railway. Hornby had denied there are any problems using their digital | :23:50. | :23:51.
controllers with Windows eight and they said they give customers full | :23:52. | :23:54.
instructions. They also have a helpline open 365 days a year which | :23:55. | :24:02.
can help. They did offer to do some work to help Jim but our man got | :24:03. | :24:06.
there first. Now time to find out what was really in those pizzas and | :24:07. | :24:09.
kebabs that Trading Standards collated earlier. | :24:10. | :24:13.
Across Wales, checks are being made on article ways. It is trading | :24:14. | :24:18.
standards officer Christine Smith's job to investigate it fast food | :24:19. | :24:21.
outlets are being honest about the meat they sell. It has to be all | :24:22. | :24:28.
lamb. The issue is not the salt, it is to do with the meat content. If | :24:29. | :24:32.
somebody expects lamb, they are expecting to get lamb. Samples like | :24:33. | :24:37.
the ones Christine collected art tested here in this lab in Cardiff. | :24:38. | :24:43.
Chief scientist Alastair Low and his team have been putting the pizzas | :24:44. | :24:48.
and kebabs under the microscope. Firstly, we remove all the meat from | :24:49. | :24:54.
the product. Then we blend them altogether. Then we ascertain if a | :24:55. | :25:00.
lamb doner kebab is indeed lamb only. What kind of issues have you | :25:01. | :25:07.
highlighted with the kebabs? We had lived at samples from eight or nine | :25:08. | :25:12.
authorities in South Wales and the results have all been the same. That | :25:13. | :25:17.
is, there is a lot of lamb doner kebab is their advertised that are | :25:18. | :25:24.
not solely lamb. Our findings are about three out of five, 60%, well | :25:25. | :25:28.
over half that are mislabelled at the point-of-sale. They are | :25:29. | :25:34.
essentially filling it out with cheaper meets? Yes, their profit | :25:35. | :25:38.
margin is increased because they do not have to put as much land in | :25:39. | :25:41.
there even though they are calling it lamb. There is a shocking | :25:42. | :25:46.
revelation about the ham found on some pizzas. What we find is that | :25:47. | :25:52.
sometimes, it is not actual porker. Sometimes it is Turkey, sometimes | :25:53. | :25:57.
you are getting mechanically recovered chicken. That sounds | :25:58. | :26:04.
absolutely disgusting. It is the meat that has come off the bone | :26:05. | :26:08.
either by high-pressure jets of water with a script it by mechanical | :26:09. | :26:17.
means. Within that, you have your say new, tendons, connective tissue. | :26:18. | :26:22.
You just have not got meat but under the law, it cannot be classified as | :26:23. | :26:29.
meat. The results from Christine's spot checks are in and as she | :26:30. | :26:32.
thought, three of the four article ways are breaking the law with some | :26:33. | :26:39.
of their food. Ham was not ham from the hind leg of a pig, it was Turkey | :26:40. | :26:46.
julienne or pork shoulder with added water and the lamb kebabs were | :26:47. | :26:49.
anything but lamb. They had other meets in them. Does it surprise you? | :26:50. | :26:56.
Now, because when money is involved, nothing surprises me. It | :26:57. | :27:00.
is basically this leading the public for the few extra pounds. Now, it | :27:01. | :27:08.
does not surprise me. What next for the three takeaway is found to be | :27:09. | :27:12.
breaking the law? For now, Christine is issuing warnings. They must | :27:13. | :27:15.
improve standards or face the consequences. There is only so far | :27:16. | :27:21.
you can go with giving warnings. Once you have reached that, there | :27:22. | :27:24.
has to be prosecution at the end of it. The battle against food fraud | :27:25. | :27:29.
goes on but in the meantime, you might want to think twice about what | :27:30. | :27:33.
is really on the menu at your local takeaway. | :27:34. | :27:38.
Those spot checks are continuing across Wales and the results will be | :27:39. | :27:41.
published by Trading Standards later this year. Well done to the King | :27:42. | :27:46.
Chicken from Cwmbran, kebabs only contained lamb as stated in the | :27:47. | :27:50.
menu. The New Inn Fish Bar in Pontypool say they have changed | :27:51. | :27:54.
their menu to make it clear that their kebabs contain lamb chicken. | :27:55. | :27:58.
Perfect BBQ in Croesyceiliog say it had changed their menu, but the | :27:59. | :28:02.
Family Kebab House in Cwmbran had not responded to us. | :28:03. | :28:07.
That is it for this week. Get in touch if there's anything you would | :28:08. | :28:10.
like us to look into. The lines open now. Next week, we will be helping | :28:11. | :28:22.
you to get your Christmas sorted. Rachel will really like these. I | :28:23. | :28:29.
will pack them carefully and send them home. I am using six popular | :28:30. | :28:37.
third-party career websites. Do not post your parcels until you see how | :28:38. | :28:41.
our tests turned out. We are back next Monday at 7:30. See you then. | :28:42. | :28:59.
Hello, I'm Ellie Crisell with your 90-second update. | :29:00. | :29:03.
