For me, it's the same deal as a clown wearing face paints

and a silly suit when he goes to work.

Now, whereas everyone knows that a clown's costume is fake,

it's very easy to forget that most photos you see of celebs

and models just isn't truly them.

There's a reason why we call them glossy magazines -

it's all about presenting a super-shiny world,

a world that's fun, but not real.

Most of what you see, at its best, is called media enhancement,

and at its worst, it is faked.

Today, I'm on a photo shoot at the WaterMill Studios

in the beautiful countryside of Bath.

So through highlight and shade I can change your face shape

It's funny because I've always prided myself

on having quite nice hair, and yet you can see

all these extensions just hanging out a different shade.

I often get made up and dressed up because it's part of my DJ job,

Because we see these images all the time,

we start to think they're normal, that people really look like this.

But they don't. It isn't something we should try to live up to or copy.
