-were stronger contenders than me.

-But I'm here

-the potential there was at first.

-I'm amazed I've made the final

-in the face of such talent.

-Since the first two days I was

-confident of staying the course.

-The last two days has

-shattered that confidence.

-The Adventurer

-Throughout the competition...

-..we've searched for all the

-skills required for adventuring.

-The final test is to find the one

-who has all those skills.

-The first task is a ten-metre plunge

-into the quarry water...

-..followed by a climb back out.

-Halfway up the rope, they'll be told

-to hold tight and I'll cut the rope.

-I want to see who has the desire and

-strength to climb the rope again.

-Tom is first up.

-Come to me.

-Stand by the edge.

-Right to the edge.

-Take a big step.

-really try to do my best to get it.

-Tom has now survived outdoors

-for a fortnight on basic rations.

-and it's nice to see them all.

-I thought it would be Tom or Cian.

-Considering what they've done since,

-I wasn't surprised

-by the three finalists.

-They all have their strengths which

-they've shown during the series.

-I expected to be there.

-He needs more self-confidence

-because he's been fantastic.

-I felt Cian was the all-rounder.

-I've got to know him well these two

-weeks. I want to know who's won now.

-Winning Ar Y Dibyn would allow me

-to live out some of my pipe dreams.

-Winning would be out of this world.

-I've accepted the fact that I won't

-win but I made it to the final.

-I'm so proud of that.

-Before starting,

-winning the show meant a lot to me.

-Having been through it all,

-it would mean even more now.
