-Over the weekend, it hosted its

-second 10K Three Parks Challenge.

-It's a fantastic way to spend

-a sunny evening in the Towy Valley.

-was competing on our behalf.

-Few places can compete with the

-Towy Valley on such a glorious day.

-Look at this amazing scenery

-at Dinefwr Park.

-Who on earth would want to run

-a 10K in a dull city...

-..when you could run through

-the beautiful parks of Dinefwr.

-This race differs from

-other events in the area...

-..because it takes you around

-Newton House and to Dinefwr Castle.

-After the race, you can socialize

-with other runners...

-..with some wine and cheese!

-I did it last year as I live locally

-and often run through the park...

-..but you get caught out with

-the steep slopes near the castle.

-Some sites are challenging even

-for the most experienced of runners.

-Some 75 runners competed

-in the race's debut last year.

-The sun brought twice that number

-for the challenge this year.

-I've never done this before.

-It was first held last year

-and I've heard good things about it.

-Cheese and wine after a race is rare

-so it's a great incentive.

-Llandeilo is known

-for its Festival of Senses.

-This is a different event

-that attracts people to the area.

-It's important to any town

-in the country to attract visitors.

-The parks are Park Le Conquet, after

-the area's twin-town in Brittany...

-..Penlan Park and Dinefwr Park.

-For the second consecutive year,

-Jack Tremlett won the race.

-The course is great, it's all-trail

-and takes in the three parks.

-It's an excellent course.

-It's an event that will grow

-to be bigger and better next year.

-It's the worst race I've ever done.

-so how are you feeling?

-I'm exhausted and it was tough but

-it got easier as we covered more.

-You're from Newcastle Emlyn

-so how did you hear about the race?

-I'm originally from Llandeilo and

-asked the girls to do it with me.

-I didn't tell them about the hills

-so I'm not very popular now!

-Did you enjoy it?

-Yes, it's my first race after London

-and it was great.

-Will you be back next year?

-It was my toughest race this year

-and in my life.

-You do a lot of running so would you

-like to do more in the future?

-I train a lot and I hope

-It's quite tough as the majority

-I've read the stories many times

-and left an imprint in my mind.

-I'm extremely lucky to play

-two roles in the production.

-who's organized but forgetful.

-who sells a variety of things.

-but things don't go as planned.

-It's challenging to interpret and to

-do justice to the character of Sali.

-She's popular and this production

-has been a pleasurable challenge.

-The biggest challenge is dealing

-with the pressure of a production.

-Everyone knows the characters

-of Sali Mali.

-We have to stay true to the

-characters but add our own spin.

-We open tomorrow and I'm excited

-to see full auditoriums.

-I can't wait to tour Wales

-and perform to young audiences.

-The children will love the show

-as it's full of songs and fun.

-There's four of us in the band.

-I'm Owain Llyr and I sing

-vocals and play the guitar.

-Mark Back is on the drums.

-The bass player is Gai Pritchard.

-Wil Williams is on the guitar.

-The band has been together

-for about three years.

-Gai and Wil joined us

-in the last year.

-Gai and I shared a house when we

-were at university in Bangor.

-We're a new band.

-How would you describe your style?

-We're experimenting with our sound.

-There aren't many bands of our age.

-We've been doing open mic nights

-in Caernarfon.

-People join us and

-share their experiences.

-It's all about experience.

-Were you in bands in university?

-We would jam in our rooms.

-All of our music is original...

-..and most of it is in Welsh.

-In the next year...

-..we want to write our own album.

-We've recorded two songs

-We want to work on our set too...

-..so that we can do more gigs.

-We did a friend's wedding recently.

-The name is quite ironic.

-has been here for two years.

-A massive project is afoot

-in a small office at Ty Menai.

-Dyfan Searell from Llandwrog is one

-of the founders of Elidir Health.

-Two years ago,

-ten of us from the local vicinity...

-..decided to establish a company.

-It would serve a contract with

-the Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board...

-..to create an app

-that enabled nurses...

-..to spend more time with patients

-and less time on paperwork.

-The best thing was that

-we spent time with some nurses.

-I spent three months on a ward

-and followed the nurses at work...

-..and this has helped us

-to gain the support of the nurses.

-The team worked with the nurses...

-..of the children's ward at Ysbyty

-Gwynedd to develop the CHAI app.

-The nurses are testing it to see

-if it helps with day-to-day tasks.

-The aim was

-to release 10% of time...

-..so the nurses could concentrate

-on the safety of the patient.

-We've done that and reduced

-the burden of the paperwork.

-This part of Wales has developed

-an app to transform the way we work.

-The technological revolution

-starts here...

-..so we can get rid of paper

-on the wards.

-Elidir Health is going

-from strength to strength.

-This week, the team is preparing

-for Digital 2016 held in Newport.

-Their work with the CHAI app has got

-them a place in the Digital Dozen.

-Things are falling into place and
