-It was the official opening

-of the Cwrw Llyn Brewery.

-Our cameras were at the event.

-The red ribbon has been cut

-to open the new Cwrw Llyn Brewery.

-It's an important milestone

-in the life of this young business.

-Myrddin ap Dafydd is one

-of the directors of Cwrw Llyn.

-This company has come a long way

-in a short time.

-There's twelve of us

-and each of us has our own business.

-We've shared all

-that we've experienced.

-We all had the same dream

-from the very start.

-We wanted a brewery that produced

-quality beer and welcomed visitors.

-Everyone likes talking to the

-producers and sampling the produce.

-That is certainly happening tonight.

-A few days ago, I met some of those

-people who work in the brewery.

-It's a brand-new brewery...

-..that educates people

-about the Lleyn Peninsula.

-The first beer from Cwrw Llyn

-is the Brenin Enlli.

-Everyone knows about the king

-of Bardsey Island.

-In the past, they brewed beer

-on the island...

-..so that's why we chose

-this name for our first beer.

-Everyone who has tried

-making home brew...

-..will be jealous of the workings

-of a proper brewery.

-Yes, we have an excellent system

-and are very happy with it.

-We've been brewing for a few weeks

-and delighted with it all.

-It's a system that produces

-4,000 pints in one go...

-..and we can do that

-four times a week.

-It takes the pressure off

-during the busy summer months.

-People talk about the character

-of beers from independent breweries.

-Is this where the secret lies?

-Yes, I think a lot of it

-lies in the hops.

-We're always searching for different

-hops for the various flavours.

-We go out and try to find the best

-combinations for our flavours.

-This is why beers from independent

-breweries taste different.

-The brewery is open and people

-are welcome to see you at work.

-There's a brewery experience...

-..so visitors see how the beer

-is made and learn about our history.

-We welcome individuals or groups...

-..such as Young Farmers' Club

-The golf isn't brilliant

-but it's a fantastic occasion.

-Ioan, Graeme Swann and Peter Jones.

-These people aren't seen often so

-the fans can get their autographs.

-There was Anton Du Beke,

-Denise Van Outen, Mike Tindall...

-..and the actor, Philip Glenister

-who is in a new series in America.

-He was glad to be home

-to wear the Welsh shirt.

-My mother's Welsh 100%

-so that makes me 50% Welsh...

-..and my parents live in Wales

-so I think I pass the test.

-I'm doing Outcast and doing a second

-season and go in a week's time.

-I came back to Wales

-and everyone seems happy...

-for our nationality.

-The former pupils of Glan Taf

-joined forces to take on England...

-..but one had to play the part

-of Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey.

-had a very difficult morning.

-It wasn't Wales v England

-but Ioan Gruffudd v England!

-Everyone from England, Ireland and

-Scotland are enjoying themselves.

-I saw the surgeon a month

-that I should retire.

-That must have been

-terrible for you.

-It's been a very difficult time.

-I still think about going to work.

-I started in Pontypool.

-issues and a lot of work to do...

-as a seaside town...

-in and out on their yachts...

-..so chose to paint at the harbour.

-in the mountains and climbing.

-It's where my heart lies

-so that's why I painted mountains...

-It was a great event for those

-who spend their lives on the road.

-This year marked an important

-milestone in its history...

-It's the tenth anniversary

-of the All Wales Truck Show...

-..an annual event for petrol heads!

-It's held

-at the Carmarthen Showground...

-..and welcomes people

-from Wales, England and Ireland.

-But this isn't any old truck show

-as this is a little bit different!

-I've been involved with transport

-all my life.

-I came for the lorries and drivers

-I met whilst at Mansel Davies.

-There's an array of people with the

-monster trucks and tractor pull.

-They are all having fun.

-You work hard for days and months.

-Everyone meets on one weekend for

-a barbecue, fun and a few bottles.

-There's something for everyone.

-When you see the prices of some of

-these trucks, it's quite astounding!

-Since it started in 2006,

-the show has raised over 100,000.

-It has grown over the years...

-..but I think a lot of it is down to

-the charity work of the committee.

-They support a lot of local

-and national charities.
