-cancer unit at Singleton Hospital.

-Today's course opened my eyes

-..where I'll visit schools

-and talk about domestic violence...

-..and help them to avoid

-the trappings of this behaviour.

-I'm really nervous

-so I'd better go to the toilet!

-That was really good

-and I enjoyed it.

-The highlight of the year was

-the final of Miss World in China.

-I reached the finals of the talent

-contest by singing Calon Lan.

-It's been incredible and I hope

-I've helped people during the year.

-Turn your hip but keep focused

-on the judges...

-..take a step and then walk away.

-congratulations to you.

-The year has flown by.

-Yes, it has.

-I've changed such a lot over the

-year.

-It's amazing because I've learnt

-about Wales.

-I was never a girl who wanted to

-It's too scary to think about

-Over the weekend, two youngsters

-from Cardiff will join the company.

-I've been dancing since I was two

-and it's taken over my life.

-It's great to train here and Debbie

-gives us an array of experiences.

-The Mariinsky Ballet is from Russia

-and perform all over the world.

-Debbie was proud that the company

-chose dancers from the school.

-Ioan and Grace work so hard, come to

-every lesson and practice at home.

-The advances they've made in

-the past few months is incredible.

-It's amazing to dance with the

-Mariinsky Ballet and I'm so excited.

-Dancing makes me forget the world

-and I enjoy it.

-I'm playing the part of a child

-in the crowd scenes in the ballet.

-We're very proud of him and he's

-done a lot of dancing in the past.

-This is definitely

-the pinnacle of his career to date.

-He's performing on Saturday night

-and Sunday so we'll be there.

-Dancing is their life.

-They go home

-and eat, sleep and breathe dance.

-It's the biggest thing I've done

-in my dancing life...

-..and it's something

-I'll never forget.
