-..and it's all red!

-It's for Valentine's Day

-on Sunday...

-..so I've got a meal for the

-perfect pair!

-We start with the main course.

-The first dish is for lamb

-in heart-shaped hampers.

-I've got two frying pans on the hob.

-There's oil in both of them.

-We start with the lamb.

-Coat the lamb with some oil.

-This is left to seal in the pan.

-The lamb is pink and

-great at this time of year.

-The lamb seals at a very high heat.

-There's also some asparagus.

-They are a very suggestive shape!

-These are going to be griddled.

-Add a touch of lemon juice.

-I usually boil them.

-Yes, but it's nice to griddle them

-to get some colour.

-I only want the meat

-to seal in the pan.

-I've also got some mushrooms.

-It'll be cooked with garlic.

-Garlic is an aphrodisiac

-and it drives us wild!

-The mushrooms will be blitzed

-to form a pate.

-We want a bit of texture

-with the pate...

-..so don't blitz it for too long!

-Next, we have the pastry.

-I bought the pastry.

-It can be a lot of work

-to make pastry.

-This should be at room temperature.

-It's a puff pastry.

-Layer it with some Parma ham

-or you can use Carmarthen ham.

-The meat goes on top of the ham.

-Next, we've got some wholegrain

-mustard.

-Some of the fat can drip

-into the pastry...

-..so it's best to have

-the layer of ham...

-..to absorb some of that fat.

-Next, we add the pate.

-This dish contains a variety

-of flavours.

-These are some strong flavours.

-They should marry!

-Next, we've got some egg wash.

-Add a touch of salt to help the egg

-wash to stick to the pastry.

-Roll the pastry to form

-a little colour.

-It's a romantic evening so it can be

-decorated with some hearts.

-There's also some poppy seeds.

-These are bought seeds

-and not from the garden!

-This is baked at gas mark 4.

-I've got one I made earlier!

-Today is the final school day

-for many children across Wales...

-..and parents want to know what the

-weather will be like over half term.

-I'm currently working

-with OPRA Cymru.

-We're going to do a tour shortly

-I have concerts throughout April...

-..before I go and work on a show

-I'm going to be busy

-over the next few months.

-I'm a student at the Guildhall

-in London.

-I'm trying to find a balance

-between work and my studies.

-I want to be a professional singer.

-I've been given a lot of

-opportunities have been lucky.

-As long as I do the work to pass

-the modules, the college is happy.

-If you take on too much,

-it can affect your college work.

-I did a lot of work last year

-before a recital...

-..and that wasn't a good idea!

-I come from Llanfyllin.

-I started singing

-at the age of four.

-My parents have always pushed me

-to compete in Eisteddfods.

-I had singing lessons

-in Llanuwchllyn.

-I studied music

-at Trinity College in Carmarthen.

-I competed in the Bryn Terfel

-Scholarship competition last year.

-It was a great experience.

-I was lucky to film with another

-nine tenors over Christmas.

-It was fantastic.

-from Crymych Rugby Club.

-Over the years, the club has

-produced many international players.

-I visited the village to find out

-what they have in their water!

-The North-East of Pembrokeshire

-at the foot of the Preseli.

-This part of Wales has produced

-legendary rugby players...

-..such as Kevin Phillips, John

-Davies and the late, Brian Williams.

-The tradition continues

-with the next generation of players.

-Most of the thanks

-goes to Crymych Rugby Club.

-It's a relatively young club in a

-village with a population of 400...

-..but it's churned out

-some amazing players.

-The latest won a cap for Wales in

-the under 20s team against Ireland.

-It's Ifan Phillips, the son of the

-former international hooker, Kevin.

-We flew out on Thursday night

-and had a lot of fun.

-We were delighted when he got

-to play for five minutes at the end.

-I thought he'd missed the boat.

-He's worked so hard

-to break into the squad...

-..and I was delighted when

-he was invited to train with them.

-I thought this might be his chance

-to represent Wales so I was happy.

-The team is proud of all its male

-and female players.

-Caryl James has represented

-the women's squad in the past...

-..and Catrin Edwards

-is part of the current team.

-Rhodri Davies represented Wales

-in 7-a-side and the Scarlets.

-Joshua Macleod currently plays

-in the back row for the under 20s.

-I feel proud

-and happy to be in the same team...

-..especially as Ifan has won his

-first cap for Wales against Ireland.

-I've known these lads and played

-rugby with them since I was six...

-..and had a few beers

-when I joined the youth team.

-Ifan and Josh have left us to play

-a tougher game but we enjoy rugby.

-The lads and girls have worked

-their way through the ranks.

-It was great to see Ifan on the

-pitch after playing for Crymych.

-It's a big tick for Crymych

-and for Kevin, who has coached him.

-Crymych Rugby Club

-has a very short history.

-It started in 1984 after the lads

-got talking on a Saturday night.

-The lads who came to us played rugby

-in Narberth, Cardigan and Whitland.

-We had the strength before the club!

-We have a successful junior section

-for those aged 7 to 18.

-They have been successful throughout

-the whole of Pembrokeshire...

-..and have created

-an atmosphere of quality.

-We're lucky that we've got talent

-in this area...

-..and we're in the right place

-to nurture that talent.

-What's the secret behind this tiny

-village producing so much talent?

-Every weekend,

-we have a few pints with the lads!

-We enjoy rugby, are close friends

-and always help each other.

-We've got a few lads

-coming through the ranks.

-and the hard work of others.

-and the juniors are coming through.

-that all the teams are so good.

-Use your fingers to mix this.

-Form a ball and allow it to chill.

-After it's chilled,

-you can roll it out.

-These are going to be cut

-into heart shapes.

-We don't want it too thin

-or too thick.

-These are more than butter biscuits.

-These are baked at gas mark 4.

-You can colour

-the leftover mixture.

-It's pink and will be rolled out

-and cut into smaller hearts.

-Remove the centre of the biscuits...

-These are baked for 20 minutes.

-The biscuits are served

-I've got chocolate that's 70% cocoa.

-The cream is warm and helps the
