This is the Strictly Come Dancing CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

What a cracking start to our show. Now the semi-final was packed full

of dancing, drama and sheer determination to stay in the

competition. Tonight is a double elimination which means two couples

will be knocked out one week away from our Blackpool final. Four

people who will be illuminating Blackpool next week are our judges.

But let's find out what is on our bumper bill with Claudia.

Thank you, Tess. We have performances from Aloe Blacc. We

have the amazing Military Wives. Plus he made it to the semis, but

tonight we say goodbye to our fifth judge, it is the final Len's Lens.

Here is a look at the drama on and backstage.

It was the best ever semi-final. Absolutely stonking.

Blackpool. Just beautifully played. I'm so

happy for you. I'm telling you, you're dancing

ball. I was nervous.

I'm just overwhelmed by the whole thing.

It was played extremely well. I got it. Nine. Four nines. Don't get too

excited. I would have liked it more slick,

but overall very entertaining, well done.

I'm glad that's over. It is like veggiemite and I sort of

loved it.. We don't know if that was enough, but we'll just wait

with abated breath. I loved it.

We are in with a chance, but who knows.

Jason, if you're going to do your best dance of the series, what

better time than the semi-final. Incredible. Ten. Ten. Ten. Pretty

emotional stuff. Absolutely knockout because any

three of of that final will make a fantastic final and I can't wait.

OK, it's results time. Thank you, Claudia. We have five couples left,

but only three places in the in the final so who will be dancing in the

The results are in. In no particular order the first

couple to secure their place in the final is... Chelsee and Pasha.

Three couples left, but who has secured the last place in the

final? I am afraid you will have to wait a

little bit longer to find out. Alesha, Chelsee and Pasha are

through to the final. Are you pleased with them and any advice on

week? I am so happy with Chelsee and she earnt her place and the

final wouldn't be right without her. Dig deep, get lots of sleep. The

final is a celebration of the whole journey. You have got to go out

Well done. Chelsee, can you believe it? No, I'm gobsmacked.

You looked so happy under that spotlight and the first celebrity

to get a a 40 in the series. I didn't expect it, but I was so

happy. I was made up. We're so happy for you. Of course,

you Pasha, you're doing a show dance. Can you give us a clue as to

what it might be like? Funky. go with that rather nervously.

Harry, congratulations, they went wild for you here. Thank you.

I'm so happy for you. Did you ever think, "I will probably go to

Blackpool, yeah.". I just wanted to get through the first week. I'm

over the moon to be in the final. I can't believe it. Thank you to

Aliona. Thank you to you guys and I'm just stoked. I'm very excited.

Have you ever been to Blackpool? have been there before and it is

the home of ballroom dancing and I'm honoured to be able to dance

That was unbelievable. Len and I do that every year at the wrap party.

Please welcome the judges. Thank you so much. This is when we

sit down, we talk, we dissect, we look at the details, we can't do it

alone for the final time. Let's introduce... Len's Lens.

OK, we're going to talk about things from Saturday night. We will

talk about your highlight of the series. First up, Len, I didn't

think you could do better than last week with the singing. However, you

very much enjoyed Harry's Charleston. Everyone listen to this.

That's a reaction that I felt because that's what a Charleston

should be about, coming out, fun, full of energy. I had to relieve

myself vocally! I'm delighted that Len's Lens

caught it! Craig, we want to talk to you about Jason. You got out a

ten, marvellous. Amazing! He was incredible.

The Argentine tango was incredible. We love his face in the party dance.

He brings it on, doesn't he? He is a brilliant actor in that way. He

lives through the dance and he was on a complete and absolute mission.

Yes. You know, unbelievable.

He is having a brilliant time. Bruno, we wanted to talk to you

about Alex's - thank you. It was like Jason was here. Uncanny.

We want to talk to you about Alex's amazing lift. When you look at it

in slow motion, she is so adorable. Here she g she gathers the momentum

and off in the air. Reach for the sky, Alex!

Reach for the sky. It is very hard and again somebody

that has never danced before. This mount is a -- the dismount is dodgy,

but the going up, splendid. You have to be so brave.

So brave and sure of yourself. We have got a little surprise clip

for you talking about partners, if anybody should fall ill, we have

found a couple to take to the floor together because of their

Let's talk about the highlights of the series and let's have a look at

yours Len. This is magnificent. Here we go. This is when Ola got

grumpy. LAUGHTER

It is so out of character. She got into a strop, didn't she? Look,

"How dare you vote us out first.". And then shouted at this audience.

I don't know what they did. She turned into her husband, sadly.

This went down very well. We had a lot of chat about the next one. It

is your pick of the series. This is Bruno... I waited three years for

this moment. Didn't we all, darling?

LAUGHTER Thank God more hair extensions!

We will talk about your highlight of the series. This is was the

brilliant Sir Bruce Forsyth come to go Holly's rescue.

This is what I adore about Brucie. He came on to the floor and we were

howling, darling. He just took off and that's what is brilliant about

him. I just love it.

Bruno, your highlight, of course, one of your judges, flying in the

air. Here we have in slow motion Craig, aka Bryan May.

You really are a rock'n'roller, hard rock.

I was living the dream, darling. I have got a clip that nobody has

seen before and it might seem odd, it is Lulu and Brendan dancing.

They are going to do a high five. You would think that is fine, easy,

you can't escape Len's Lens. He is known in my heart as The

Grant. I have moved in with him.

Oh the surprise. I got my teddy. Even if we do this in four years

wives answered an advert to form a choir and it proved life changing.

For the last four months, they have been fighting for a place in the

Stictly Final. It is elimination Stictly Final. It is elimination

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE You have been absolutely

magnificent. Thank you, Tess. have made it this far to the semi-

final. Are you leaving happy? I am. I have had an incredible time.

I don't know, when I'm old and grey I will look back at this and think

this was a brilliant time. James, every day we have laughed 80% of

the time apart when I get left and right wrong!

LAUGHTER No, it has just been fantastic and

to meet all the other 13 contestants and pro dancers and

everybody backstage, it has been an incredible experience.

Your favourite thing? Working with James.

APPLAUSE He has been able to perform a

miracle and done it in such a fun way.

Ah, thank you very much. Is there anything you want to say?

If there was a trophy for the most improved dancer, for sure you would

have won that trophy. I would like to say who ever gets to work with

you in the future is very, very lucky because you have been

absolutely brilliant to work with. It has been an horror. Friends for

life I reckon. We have loved having you both on

Strictly. It is only fair to celebrate with some of your

highlights. Well done, Alex. Strictly has been an incredible

experience. The whole thing has just been more

than I ever thought it would be. I had no idea you were such a

glamour puss. It was simply beautiful.

There have been many, many brilliant moments, but the night we

danced at Wembley and came joint top of the leaderboard. So alluring.

I never expected to get to nine, end of story. It is really hard to

know how you are perceived by the the people at home. You were a joy

to watch. Hopefully they will think she was

the girl that did improve a little bit by the end. I don't think

anything compares to Strictly. To get to the semi-finals is just

amazing. Only because we've been allowed to

Besides working with the most brilliant choreographer, I have

ever witnessed, beautiful new friends. The show will end, but all

my new friendships will keep going. I'm very grateful.

Artem, have you got anything you would like to say? Yes, I'm strict

in the rehearsals all the time and I never compliment my partner as I

should more often. I just want so say thank you so much. Thank you.

Artem and Holly, you will been a truly fabulous partnership. Thank

you so much. Here is a reminder of High Strictly experience has been

epic. It has been the most incredible ride from start to

finish. You were magnificent, Holly. It turns your life upside down, but

in the most brilliant way because every Saturday night is so much fun.

What a feeling, I will never forget it. It was like I was at a dog show

being paraded around the arena. It was like nothing I have ever

experienced. Getting to the semi- finals, not in my wildest dreams

did I think this would happen. I know there will be a come down

after Strictly. This has been an Holly and Artem, everyone.
