From London, this is Strictly, It Takes Two! Please welcome your host,

:00:47.:00:53.

Zoe Ball! CHEERING AND APPLAUSE. If you're missing Halloween already,

:00:54.:00:57.

we've still got a few tricks up our sleeve,

:00:58.:01:02.

including an exclusive listen to what our couples will be

:01:03.:01:03.

dancing to this weekend - And from the Jukebox

:01:04.:01:06.

to the Booth of Truth, But first, it's time to reveal who's

:01:07.:01:11.

in our green room tonight. Plus, he's the busiest choreographer

:01:12.:01:21.

on the planet, it's dance Jason will be answering some

:01:22.:01:37.

of your questions later in the show! But first, they danced

:01:38.:01:42.

like it was the Day of the Dead on Saturday and ended

:01:43.:01:45.

up in the bottom two Luckily, the judges gave them

:01:46.:01:47.

a lifeline and they and live It is really lovely to see that

:01:48.:02:05.

dramatic, stronger Daisy now, in really nice rounded performance.

:02:06.:02:09.

Hit and miss, sometimes full of aggression and attack and another

:02:10.:02:14.

bit, it would just loosen out a bit. The choreography was great, you

:02:15.:02:17.

looked fantastic and I adored the dance!

:02:18.:02:23.

I get really emotional watching that again.

:02:24.:02:27.

Dramatic paso and you both looked divine. The skulls were beautiful.

:02:28.:02:38.

The brief was pretty skulls. They did an incredible job. The dress.

:02:39.:02:43.

The hair and make-up. Just incredible. For everyone, they go

:02:44.:02:48.

over and above. It is so exciting, the dance itself, did you enjoy it?

:02:49.:02:53.

I loved that paso, such a passionate dance. It was really difficult

:02:54.:02:57.

coming to terms with being aggressive and tough like that

:02:58.:03:00.

because I'm just not like that naturally. Once I got my head around

:03:01.:03:05.

it, I loved it so much. And I had the best time. When it got the

:03:06.:03:10.

Saturday night, I felt like I didn't do it as well as I had done in

:03:11.:03:16.

rehearsals. No! Aljaz, you do not look like you agree. Where then

:03:17.:03:20.

nerves because you had been in the dance of the week before, was more

:03:21.:03:24.

nerve wracking? Yes, of course, and wanting to prove I deserve to be

:03:25.:03:31.

there as well. More than anything, just saying I'm still really

:03:32.:03:35.

enjoying it and I can do the steps, I promise! Bless you! And you can do

:03:36.:03:41.

them well! I know, and we really enjoyed it. And bottom two again,

:03:42.:03:47.

that is heartbreaking, Aljaz? Especially as you had such great

:03:48.:03:53.

scores. It is always tough. And as soon as we finished, I did know, on

:03:54.:03:57.

the Saturday, Daisy did an incredible job. Again, yet again, I

:03:58.:04:03.

was not easy on her with the steps and choreography. There was really

:04:04.:04:07.

tricky footwork within that routine. And to stay in character and the

:04:08.:04:13.

make-up was incredible, so the whole thing, I loved the look and the

:04:14.:04:18.

dance, it was won of my favourite dances I have ever done in Strictly.

:04:19.:04:23.

See! And a lot of love and support for you online.

:04:24.:04:28.

Well, you got lots of support online.

:04:29.:04:30.

Carol Rafferty tweeted: "Daisy Lowe - shocked you were in the dance-off

:04:31.:04:33.

this week, but so pleased you're through to dance another week.

:04:34.:04:36.

Yes! Strike -- smiling! Good advice. When Tess said your name, you could

:04:37.:04:41.

not catch your breath and I was worried. I thought your knees had

:04:42.:04:44.

gone. What went through your head

:04:45.:04:45.

when you heard your name called out? I had just turned her Aljaz and

:04:46.:04:52.

said, I can't do that dance again. Then they called our name and I

:04:53.:04:57.

thought, well, I'm going to have two! But in honesty, I was really

:04:58.:05:02.

pleased I got an opportunity to do it better because I felt like I had

:05:03.:05:06.

not done it as well as I could have and I really went for it in the

:05:07.:05:11.

dance-off. You really went for it! You could feel the fire! Brendan

:05:12.:05:16.

said yesterday, nothing like a dance-off to go, right, I'm bringing

:05:17.:05:21.

it. You must have been like and again, with that make up, I did tell

:05:22.:05:25.

Daisy whenever in the routine you feel like you want to scream or

:05:26.:05:30.

shout, do it! There was 1.I looked at Daisy and she shouted and I said,

:05:31.:05:38.

make up! I got out of character! The judges saved you unanimously again.

:05:39.:05:44.

They are seeing the great stuff and you want the people at home to

:05:45.:05:48.

understand that is to vote. Aljaz, what is it people do not see at

:05:49.:05:53.

home? I don't know. Daisy comes in every single week and we got the

:05:54.:05:59.

best score this week, which proves she works so hard. And the steps I

:06:00.:06:06.

throw in, really difficult, every single week. And we just need to

:06:07.:06:11.

keep doing that. We've got some beautiful dancers left this week. I

:06:12.:06:15.

love the dance we are doing this week already, I just want her to get

:06:16.:06:20.

better every week. Which she is doing. And going back to how

:06:21.:06:25.

difficult the steps were, Len did say he had never seen a girl, I have

:06:26.:06:30.

to read it, it is so complicated, he'll turn into a twist turn step,

:06:31.:06:34.

you had worked so hard on it, did you know what he meant? I did

:06:35.:06:39.

because Aljaz had said to me previously, you have to make sure,

:06:40.:06:42.

you get the steps right, make sure you do that bit rate because that is

:06:43.:06:47.

important technical dance work. All right! I said it much more happily!

:06:48.:06:57.

I really would love you to... I was doing the paso face all day! That is

:06:58.:07:01.

a really tricky step to do because the timing is hard and paso is very

:07:02.:07:07.

fast, and to do a little he'll turn, yes, I loved it. I love it when he

:07:08.:07:13.

is happy and smiling, we do not see training Aljaz! That is not true!

:07:14.:07:18.

Now, viewers of a more sensitive disposition - or those

:07:19.:07:21.

eating their tea - may want to look away now.

:07:22.:07:23.

Daisy, here you are having a few moments of relief

:07:24.:07:25.

Oh, yes! One, two... Know, straight leg. I didn't want to bet in your

:07:26.:07:34.

face! # She's a lady!

:07:35.:07:42.

BURPING. Is that to put me in the right mood for a paso?

:07:43.:07:50.

Yes, yes! I love that! And when I got back in hold, I said, thank God

:07:51.:07:56.

I'm to the left! On his shoulder! Less onions! My grandmother will be

:07:57.:08:04.

modified! No, you are a lady! I really do burp! We all do that and

:08:05.:08:07.

we get wind from various places! We all do that and we get wind

:08:08.:08:09.

from various places! You're dancing the

:08:10.:08:11.

Viennese Waltz next. Back in the hold. Back in the hold,

:08:12.:08:20.

it is so comforting! It feels like being in the womb! All right! We

:08:21.:08:27.

haven't been able to be in hold the four weeks since our Quickstep and

:08:28.:08:31.

it does feel really good. I also forgot how painful it is to keep

:08:32.:08:36.

your arms up like this. All the time, and the head. And you are

:08:37.:08:41.

saying today that in the Viennese waltz, it needs to be even further

:08:42.:08:46.

backwards. Yes, every week, it needs to be further back. Goodness me! And

:08:47.:08:54.

a lovely smile. And I get the smile, yes! We love your smile, it is great

:08:55.:09:01.

to see that again. If we think back to your waltz...

:09:02.:09:02.

Your Week One Waltz to Unforgettable was -

:09:03.:09:07.

Will we see something like that again? I think so, the waltz was

:09:08.:09:14.

beautiful and the Quickstep, I loved the Mary Poppins Quickstep. And I

:09:15.:09:19.

could not wait to get back to ballroom because I know that's Daisy

:09:20.:09:25.

loves it. Yes, it is a song that is very self-explanatory. Eating

:09:26.:09:29.

everybody is going to love it. But I always love a Viennese waltz on the

:09:30.:09:34.

show, a beautiful feeling of a ball in Vienna and doing it on Strictly

:09:35.:09:39.

is always special. I'm excited to dress up like a Princess! We can't

:09:40.:09:43.

wait and keep the faith, we love you!

:09:44.:09:46.

Now, like us, the pro dancers enjoy a good old gossip,

:09:47.:09:50.

so we built them a photo-booth of truth especially!

:09:51.:09:52.

Which professional is always late? Well, I have noticed Anton has been

:09:53.:10:23.

late quite a few times. Anton. Well, it's not me, it's definitely not me.

:10:24.:10:32.

The lovely Anton du Beke does waltz in whenever he likes. The other pros

:10:33.:10:38.

get in early. Some people might say it is me, Pasha. Always ten, 20.

:10:39.:10:43.

Half an hour late. I have never seen him on time, ever. We are waiting

:10:44.:10:49.

for you, Pasha. They think I'm late. They are early, I'm on time, it is

:10:50.:11:00.

just. Early. Who is the clumsiest professional? That is easily

:11:01.:11:03.

Brendan, he is always doing tricks and flipping around and jumping of

:11:04.:11:07.

tables and he falls. I'm very clumsy, I do a lot of stupid things.

:11:08.:11:14.

100% Brendan Cole. I often fall and I trip. Brendan, he is just really

:11:15.:11:18.

fearless and he just jumps off things and does a roly-poly.

:11:19.:11:23.

Stumble, break. Any time you hear something falling, you don't have to

:11:24.:11:30.

even ask, it is Brendan. Yes, it is one way of dancing.

:11:31.:11:33.

Clumsy Brendan! We love an excuse to get our groove

:11:34.:11:35.

on in the It Takes Two studio. And you may have noticed

:11:36.:11:38.

we regularly do it on a Tuesday. Yep, you guessed it,

:11:39.:11:41.

it's time for Tunes on Tuesday! With just nine couples

:11:42.:11:44.

left in the competition, Let's find out what's

:11:45.:11:51.

on the jukebox tonight. # I don't tell you what to say...

:11:52.:12:03.

It's the 2015 hit You Don't Own Me, by Australian singer Grace.

:12:04.:12:07.

The song was produced by the legendary Quincy Jones,

:12:08.:12:09.

who also produced the Lesley Gore version way back in 1963.

:12:10.:12:12.

Both singers were just 17 years old when they recorded this

:12:13.:12:14.

You may also recognise it from a famous Christmas ad.

:12:15.:12:22.

That's right, folks, Halloween is so yesterday!

:12:23.:12:24.

Let's find out who'll be hoping to "own" their

:12:25.:12:35.

They'll be performing a Viennese Waltz to this!

:12:36.:12:50.

Right, what's next on the Jukebox tonight?

:12:51.:12:53.

It's 'Long Tall Sally', by Little Richard!

:12:54.:12:58.

This 1957 hit's been covered by Elvis Presley,

:12:59.:13:00.

By the way, nice dress, Daisy, lovely! And you don't look so bad,

:13:01.:13:11.

And you don't look so bad, Ore!

:13:12.:13:13.

In fact, Little Richard was such a big influence on The Beatles that

:13:14.:13:16.

Let's find out who's going to be wooing along to this

:13:17.:13:25.

It's 'Bamboleo' by the brilliant Flamenco band Gipsy Kings!

:13:26.:13:47.

Believe it or not, this iconic song never made it into the UK charts,

:13:48.:13:57.

but it certainly stood the test of time as - 28 years later -

:13:58.:14:00.

Trust me, you'll be Bamboleo-ing for the rest of the night!

:14:01.:14:04.

Ever wondered what 'Bamboleo' actually means?

:14:05.:14:09.

After a quick online translation, we can tell

:14:10.:14:13.

# Porque mi vida, yo la prefiero vivir asi #.

:14:14.:14:23.

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE. Ole!!

:14:24.:14:27.

"Roll, roll, because I prefer to live my life this way".

:14:28.:14:32.

I think I prefer to live my life this way too!

:14:33.:14:36.

Let's find out who'll be rolling along to this song on Saturday.

:14:37.:14:51.

They will be going the Samba. If you want to find out... Thank you. If

:14:52.:15:03.

you want to find out what songs are couples are dancing to this weekend,

:15:04.:15:04.

head to the website. Talking of this weekend,

:15:05.:15:07.

it's time to take an exclusive look at how rehearsals are coming along

:15:08.:15:10.

for the next big group number. And this time, our pros

:15:11.:15:13.

are bringing Cuba to Elstree. This week we are taking the ballroom

:15:14.:15:30.

to South America. This time it is to Fiesta Strictly style. It is from

:15:31.:15:36.

Cuba, it is energetic. OT is playing this character the men want and it

:15:37.:15:44.

is them competing for her attention. Bits of Salsa, bits of Samba in it.

:15:45.:15:49.

The girls are sexy and the men are looking match show. I love this

:15:50.:15:55.

dance. I am at the front for half of it until Anton du Beke comes along

:15:56.:16:01.

and pushes me out of it again. I am the Lothario, the one who ends up

:16:02.:16:05.

with the girl. The others are all fighting over the girl and she

:16:06.:16:10.

catches one side of me and that basically does it. This dance, we

:16:11.:16:18.

are using loads of props, hats on, all we can put in. Love it. Imagine

:16:19.:16:24.

you are on the streets of Cuba, everyone having fun. Lots of hips

:16:25.:16:28.

going on, it will get the audience going. The end of the number is

:16:29.:16:33.

going to be fantastic. Going to have a bit of a surprise in store with

:16:34.:16:37.

special effects, so I am looking forward to that. That is all you can

:16:38.:16:42.

see by now, June in this weekend to join the party. You are all invited.

:16:43.:16:48.

It looks wild. It's time now to meet

:16:49.:16:50.

the Dance Mastermind behind so many of the group numbers

:16:51.:16:52.

you see on Strictly. Please welcome Choreography god

:16:53.:16:54.

and all-round lovely We just got a flash of the weekend

:16:55.:17:09.

group dance is coming up, Cuban Fiesta with choreographer Matt

:17:10.:17:18.

Flint. He is so lovely. That looks fantastic. It is one of the fastest

:17:19.:17:26.

routines we have done so far. Halloween weekend, both group dance

:17:27.:17:32.

is where epic. Ghost train, brilliant opening and then the

:17:33.:17:41.

results show, Clock Strikes 12? Yes, that does Halloween firs every year,

:17:42.:17:45.

but this was phenomenal. The storytelling, in that short space of

:17:46.:17:53.

time to tell this incredible story, it is great. Brendan possibly played

:17:54.:17:58.

the best evil character we have ever had. One of our viewers has asked,

:17:59.:18:06.

how do you choose which pro has two lead the different group dance is?

:18:07.:18:11.

It is easy because every pro dance gets featured. By the end of the

:18:12.:18:16.

season we have seen every single pro take the lead in a number. Some of

:18:17.:18:23.

the choreographers like Beth Honan, she knew what she wanted for her

:18:24.:18:29.

routine this time. For my routine, I pretty much featured all of them.

:18:30.:18:34.

For my second, I wanted to feature some of the new ones who have been

:18:35.:18:36.

in this show this year because nobody has got to know the new one

:18:37.:18:43.

yet. So I used Gorka and Oksana. That was Romeo and Juliet. Yes, and

:18:44.:18:50.

I got to know them really well with just working with them. It was a

:18:51.:18:56.

lovely experience. Was this the first group Argentine Tango? I

:18:57.:19:06.

couldn't work out why we hadn't used an Argentine Tango is a group number

:19:07.:19:16.

before. At week one, when everybody did the Waltz to What The World

:19:17.:19:23.

Needs Now. It was beautiful. Not just in the room, the rehearsal room

:19:24.:19:28.

was a beautiful experience. Bringing all these people from all over the

:19:29.:19:33.

country together, the kids were from all over London. The other people

:19:34.:19:38.

that joined us, the social dances were from up north. They had never

:19:39.:19:41.

seen each other, they had been rehearsing separately all over the

:19:42.:19:47.

country. So they only get to rehearse together on the day? Yes,

:19:48.:19:53.

it was like having 5000 people on the floor at once. We have more

:19:54.:20:00.

questions Angela would like to know who are your heroes in the dance

:20:01.:20:04.

world? I am a bit old school so I like Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers,

:20:05.:20:10.

Gene Kelly, Anton du Beke. The biggest of the dance world. I love

:20:11.:20:17.

old movies from the 30s and 40s and I get a lot of my inspiration from

:20:18.:20:25.

them. We have seen some beautiful influences this year with Ore doing

:20:26.:20:29.

singing in the rain. What are the top three elements that make a good

:20:30.:20:37.

dance? You have to have a simple concept, a good, technical base, but

:20:38.:20:41.

then the most important thing is a great performance because then that

:20:42.:20:46.

will hit it home. If you don't have that performance, you will not

:20:47.:20:49.

connect with anybody watching. As much as you can work on technique

:20:50.:20:56.

over and over again, if you don't work to the performance, it can flat

:20:57.:21:00.

line. Performance above everything. I love the group numbers, there are

:21:01.:21:04.

so many different dances you want to watch.

:21:05.:21:19.

Now Halloween is out of the way, Blackpool is almost here. We have

:21:20.:21:27.

done a Waltz so far, we have done a Tango and this group number, I think

:21:28.:21:30.

the F would be nice to open the show. I love getting the celebrities

:21:31.:21:38.

excited to open the show. So we will do something special for the

:21:39.:21:40.

celebrities this year. Our final couple of the night turned

:21:41.:21:41.

the Strictly Ballroom into their very own sweet shop and -

:21:42.:21:47.

apart from the mess they made - You don't get tired at all, you make

:21:48.:22:12.

everything look easy, so well done. You're right but never swivels, so

:22:13.:22:20.

it is not a Charleston. Overall, I thought it was great. But the lift

:22:21.:22:28.

was a bit dodgy. Ore and Joanne. I was hoping you would keep the beard.

:22:29.:22:40.

I wanted him to keep the wart. You couldn't see it on TV, but they

:22:41.:22:46.

stuck eyelashes on the wart, so it was hairy. This is the detail they

:22:47.:22:52.

go to, so good. When you saw it in the mirror, what? ! What did we look

:22:53.:23:05.

like, silly. I felt like I was channelling Tom Hanks in castaway. A

:23:06.:23:16.

bit of Ron Burgundy on a bad day. We have Craig giving you a six and then

:23:17.:23:22.

getting nines. But your lower score since the second week, but 32 is

:23:23.:23:28.

still great. How are your feelings? You cannot complain having 32, it is

:23:29.:23:34.

an amazing score. For me, it was the first time we'd had a six since week

:23:35.:23:39.

too, so it felt like we had gone back a bit. But it was so nice and

:23:40.:23:45.

the judges around the table realised there were some good bits and we did

:23:46.:23:50.

do some of the Charleston well. He did a lot of it well. What happened

:23:51.:23:57.

with the lift, Joanne because you could see something had gone

:23:58.:24:03.

Askwith. It was definitely squiffy. We didn't time it right together. It

:24:04.:24:10.

wasn't Ore's faults, it was us as a team, together. We were supposed to

:24:11.:24:19.

do... Back, replace, jump, bend and go over at exactly the same time.

:24:20.:24:24.

Watching it back it was the back, replace and it was the turn we

:24:25.:24:31.

didn't get in sync. I am with you now. It had a knock-on effect

:24:32.:24:39.

because we didn't have the next steps in time. I know how terrifying

:24:40.:24:46.

it is. Your brain starts to race. My brain went blank. It is the first

:24:47.:24:51.

time. It is quite scary because we are at the part in the competition

:24:52.:24:54.

where the pressure is rising. Every step that goes wrong, it can affect

:24:55.:24:59.

how you get on in the competition. It was scary because it had never

:25:00.:25:03.

happened before and I had never not done that lived right. You are very

:25:04.:25:09.

sweet because he felt like I was falling and the reason he was behind

:25:10.:25:13.

and not in sync afterwards, he was making sure I did not fall over. He

:25:14.:25:18.

helped me up and then missed the beat. The things you have to do for

:25:19.:25:26.

a lady. It is quite exciting, it means there is a reshuffle at the

:25:27.:25:30.

top of the leaderboard. It is so competitive. Are you feeling that

:25:31.:25:36.

competitiveness, the change amongst everyone? I don't know, we are

:25:37.:25:43.

trying not to think about it as a competition. When we go back to

:25:44.:25:48.

training on Monday it is nice to get into the safety tree of the

:25:49.:25:51.

training room and learn the routine. From being at the top of the

:25:52.:25:56.

leaderboard twice, which is incredible, I said last week there

:25:57.:26:00.

was only one way to go. We were prepared for the fact we would not

:26:01.:26:03.

be up there again, but it is about how you bounce back. Motivation,

:26:04.:26:12.

work hard. Exactly. Let's talk about the swivel issues, and I know you

:26:13.:26:21.

had worked hard. I had worked hard, she had been banging on about swivel

:26:22.:26:27.

all week. I thought there was some swivel and I was really trying. You

:26:28.:26:31.

know what it is like when you are trying so hard every day of the week

:26:32.:26:35.

and one of the judges picks up on the things you have been trying to

:26:36.:26:40.

do and says he didn't do it, it is a bit of a hammer blow. You did do it.

:26:41.:26:46.

When you were looking at your lollipop like that, you were

:26:47.:26:52.

swivelling. Craig's eyes would have been on that. It is a strange dance.

:26:53.:27:00.

I love doing the Charleston, but it is bizarre, it is like patting your

:27:01.:27:04.

head and rubbing your stomach at the same time. Just don't drop your

:27:05.:27:10.

partner. That is always a good thing. Let's move the Salsa for you

:27:11.:27:20.

two. You like this. Back to the Latin. What are you thinking, how

:27:21.:27:24.

has it gone so far in training? Very well. It has been all right. You

:27:25.:27:33.

look surprised! I have a different feeling from last week. You already

:27:34.:27:39.

love the Salsa, kind of way of dancing and you picked up the

:27:40.:27:44.

routine within the first two hours. We had done the whole routine. You

:27:45.:27:50.

have such low expectations. There is a boat... Still have lifts. We have

:27:51.:28:00.

to time them right. Let's not dwell on that. What is the important thing

:28:01.:28:09.

about the Salsa? We haven't got onto the lips, so that will come. It will

:28:10.:28:14.

be their hip action and it is going to be about light on your feet and

:28:15.:28:21.

not taking two larger steps. We have a list. Let me get my notepad. Most

:28:22.:28:31.

important thing, keep moving, don't stop. You make it look so easy.

:28:32.:28:38.

Don't do this... That is my idea of a Salsa. I think I will come to your

:28:39.:28:43.

salsa class. Good luck this weekend, we thing you are brilliant. Keep it

:28:44.:28:45.

up! But fear not, we're back tomorrow

:28:46.:28:46.

at 6.30 when I'll be joined Plus, we last saw him

:28:47.:28:52.

dressed as Black Swan, Ian Waite is back for

:28:53.:28:59.

a Wednesday Warm-Up!
