Massively impressive. You smash today last week. You smashed it this | :00:17. | :00:22.
week. It was unbelievable. Just look at this. That is so, so difficult. | :00:23. | :00:31.
Brilliant stuff. The most amazing performance I've seen. This is very | :00:32. | :00:38.
entertaining. Great effort. It's a tough call. The celebrity I'm saving | :00:39. | :00:45.
is... Peter. It's butt-kick time. Oh, yeah. This | :00:46. | :00:50.
is a competition now. No-one 's really safe. I'm back in the game. I | :00:51. | :00:55.
deserve to be at the top of the leaderboard. It's impossible. I | :00:56. | :01:00.
better start learning to roll. Your host Alex Jones! It's Saturday | :01:01. | :01:24.
night and this is Tumble. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE | :01:25. | :02:10.
Good evening and welcome to Tumble, the show that will have you head | :02:11. | :02:16.
over heels about gymnastics. Now, it's really hard work! This week, | :02:17. | :02:21.
our celebrities face two brand-new challenges, trampolining or rhythmic | :02:22. | :02:25.
gymnastics and without a doubt, this is their toughest test yet. They're | :02:26. | :02:30.
all performing live, so anything could happen and probably will. | :02:31. | :02:35.
Please welcome our stars for the gymnastic partners. | :02:36. | :02:42.
APPLAUSE They're all smiles now. Once they've | :02:43. | :03:48.
performed the two celebrities with the lowest scores face this. The | :03:49. | :03:56.
vault. So, whatever you do, don't make it angry, otherwise it'll have | :03:57. | :04:00.
you. But who will face the vault? That depends on this lot. From as | :04:01. | :04:06.
far afield as France, Romania and Burnley, it's the Tumble judges! | :04:07. | :04:16.
APPLAUSE Dinning-dinning, round -- ding-ding | :04:17. | :04:23.
round one. It's boxing champ Carl Froch. | :04:24. | :04:35.
It was a tough routine. There's a lot of moves in there that could | :04:36. | :04:41.
have gone wrong. And did. A couple did go wrong. You're a fighter and | :04:42. | :04:45.
had you to fight in that performance. Got a taster of being | :04:46. | :04:50.
in the vault was a bit scary. The person who will face the vault is... | :04:51. | :04:58.
Peter. A wake-up call, I think. This week has a new discipline, the | :04:59. | :05:03.
trampoline. I thought I could do it really well, because I used to spend | :05:04. | :05:07.
a lot of times on them as a kid. It's hard. It's scary, bouncing out | :05:08. | :05:11.
of control. Not enjoying it. I still find it scary. For somebody who | :05:12. | :05:15.
doesn't have any experience, it must be terrifying. It's important to try | :05:16. | :05:19.
and stay in the middle of the trampoline, where it's at its | :05:20. | :05:23.
bounciest, and the clungs will look for good synchronisation and height | :05:24. | :05:27.
and posture through the routine It's difficult to get it into sync. Carl | :05:28. | :05:34.
and I are completely different sizes. When he's on the trampoline | :05:35. | :05:38.
he's on there for a longer period of time. Trying to match our height and | :05:39. | :05:42.
make sure we're doing the skill at the same time is quite difficult. | :05:43. | :05:45.
When it's out, it looks awful. That's one of the most important | :05:46. | :05:50.
elements, the tiling, then -- timing, then the moves. There's a | :05:51. | :05:54.
front and back somersault. That is the biggest move of the whole | :05:55. | :05:58.
routine. Although the roundoff from one trampoline to the other is quite | :05:59. | :06:02.
impressive, I do that quite It's a easy. Lot of somersaults. A lot are | :06:03. | :06:07.
blind landings, so you can't necessarily see why you're going. If | :06:08. | :06:12.
you panic, it can go really wrong. All the professionals make the | :06:13. | :06:16.
trampoline look easy. Ive make boxing look easy, if you want to go | :06:17. | :06:19.
a few rounds with me, let's glove up. I'll give you 30 seconds. | :06:20. | :06:30.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Just listen to that reaction, | :06:31. | :07:53.
synchronisation, special awareness and a fearless approach, that was | :07:54. | :07:57.
the challenge and Carl met it pretty well. That pullover, no problem. | :07:58. | :08:05.
Mata tore lift, well, he is in the bull ring -- matador. The | :08:06. | :08:12.
somersault, beautifully done. A front somersault from Carl, great | :08:13. | :08:16.
stuff. He certainly woke up. Thanks Mitch. What a great start. A new | :08:17. | :08:21.
week, a brand new skill to learn and even you, a boxer said that the | :08:22. | :08:26.
trampoline was scary. What is so disconcerting then? The lack of | :08:27. | :08:32.
control. The high bouncing, I've been in world title fights but the | :08:33. | :08:38.
trampoline peterifies me. He's auous. You -- a wuss. What did you | :08:39. | :08:44.
make of Carl's routine then? The number really suits you very well. | :08:45. | :08:47.
It was a great performance. You stumbled a bit there, but it was not | :08:48. | :08:50.
important to me. What was important was that you added the back | :08:51. | :08:55.
somersault, which was an improvement from the first show. I loved that. | :08:56. | :09:04.
Brilliant. Craig? Front somersault, back somersault, amazing. What I | :09:05. | :09:07.
love about that performance is you really stepped out of your comfort | :09:08. | :09:10.
zone. You're learning to become a performer. I mean by standing up | :09:11. | :09:15.
there like this and going, yeah, I own this, that was fantastic. Great | :09:16. | :09:19.
job, well done. Good advice, thank you. What about | :09:20. | :09:26.
you Mr Stella? In trampoline you need three important things, high | :09:27. | :09:31.
rotation and timing, because if you don't have that, nothing is going to | :09:32. | :09:36.
happen. But a lot happened including the somersaults, front and back. I | :09:37. | :09:40.
was really pleased to see that. That's a great job. And Louis? It is | :09:41. | :09:46.
such a difference to last week. Last week was very shaky. Today, it | :09:47. | :09:50.
started off a bit iffy, but you got into it, it was great. Back and | :09:51. | :09:55.
front somersault and the blind landing which is difficult. You | :09:56. | :09:59.
could see after the last front somersault, you completely changed, | :10:00. | :10:03.
you thought, I've done the routine. You saw a bit of personality. Your | :10:04. | :10:07.
face was like this. It was good to see you progress and nice to see you | :10:08. | :10:11.
settle in, well done. You've got to be happy with that. Very happy. | :10:12. | :10:15.
Thanks for the comments. Great. Good somersaults. Back to your coach | :10:16. | :10:21.
being Robert. Carl and Sita! Catch was at the bottom of -- Carl was at | :10:22. | :10:26.
the bottom of the score board last week, narrowly avoiding the Judges, | :10:27. | :10:32.
can vault. We have your scores out of ten for Carl and Sita. | :10:33. | :10:48.
What a good start. A total of 29. 5 out of 40 for Carl and Sita. Last | :10:49. | :11:00.
Saturday, H was riding high at the top of the scored board. But this | :11:01. | :11:04.
week, he's come crashing back down to earth with a bump. Will he bounce | :11:05. | :11:06.
back up again? Top of the leaderboard, how do you | :11:07. | :11:20.
feel? Feels good. That's pressure now. The total for H and Holly an | :11:21. | :11:27.
amazing 31. I'm a bit scared. We have to maintain it. The only way is | :11:28. | :11:32.
down. Big week, trampoline. You have a lot to put in to stay at the top. | :11:33. | :11:38.
We are going to hopefully nail it. H has thon himself into it. I'm | :11:39. | :11:44.
learning to enjoy the trampoline. I don't like the height. To stay in | :11:45. | :11:47.
front of the competition we have to raise the bar. We are doing a crash | :11:48. | :11:56.
dive. That's quite an advanced move. Good, that's the one. Arms out to | :11:57. | :12:07.
the side, heels, chest, tuck. Good. Ouch. I've hurt my neck really | :12:08. | :12:14.
badly. If it hurts too much, we stop. We're doing the show in three | :12:15. | :12:24.
days. That will set us back. Don't throw your head back. We have had to | :12:25. | :12:29.
adjust the routine, but at the end of the day, his health comes first. | :12:30. | :12:36.
Oh, my neck! It goes to show how difficult this competition is and | :12:37. | :12:42.
how hard gymnastics can be. I'm so annoyed because I'm going to have to | :12:43. | :12:46.
compromise my routine now. We have had to take our double back | :12:47. | :12:50.
somersault out of the routine. I'm hoping that my crash dive will | :12:51. | :12:51.
impress the judges. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE | :12:52. | :14:24.
H said he didn't like heights. There was no sign this afternoon in that | :14:25. | :14:29.
performance. The synchronisation was superb. Crash dive overcooked a bit, | :14:30. | :14:40.
but he covered it well. Look at this somersault in perfect time, super | :14:41. | :14:43.
height, super performance. You're on song again, H. | :14:44. | :14:50.
See, a true pro, a little fall there, you were straight back up | :14:51. | :14:53.
into it. Very good. Your neck's been playing up a bit this week. Yeah, | :14:54. | :14:58.
we've been playing around with double back somersaults and I've got | :14:59. | :15:04.
whiplash, a sprand ankle and yeah. But we soldiered on and I loved it. | :15:05. | :15:10.
You'd never tell. I only did 45 minutes of trampolining last week | :15:11. | :15:15.
and I had casual whiplash. It happens. What did you make of H and | :15:16. | :15:20.
Holly? That was a difficult start to do the crash dive. It's about fear. | :15:21. | :15:23.
Have you to stay out as long as you can, and then tuck under. But | :15:24. | :15:28.
without that rotation and slow it down. You got a little bit carried | :15:29. | :15:32.
away. Your feet came over the top. But you did carry on well, | :15:33. | :15:36.
regardless. It was a shaky start, probably not your best performance. | :15:37. | :15:46.
But the effort was there. It's definitely you're a natural. | :15:47. | :15:49.
You understand a lot about acrobatics. You were super clean in | :15:50. | :15:55.
your moves. Now that you have so many good results on the past two | :15:56. | :16:01.
weeks, you should really be careful and not losing your acting. You get | :16:02. | :16:07.
nervous and we can see it. You can cover it very well. Don't lose that. | :16:08. | :16:12.
But a brilliant job. H, it wasn't the same level as | :16:13. | :16:16.
yesterday or the week before. Having said that, you did some good work. | :16:17. | :16:20.
Your back somersault went through the roof. It was massive. Something | :16:21. | :16:25.
was missing for me. Obviously, you're injured. We can only judge | :16:26. | :16:33.
what's in front of us. Really? Oh. Yes you made a mistake on the front | :16:34. | :16:38.
somersault, but you did the biggest, huge back somersault and this is | :16:39. | :16:42.
hard to do. I actually appreciate the routine. | :16:43. | :16:46.
Tell you what, just focus on the huge back somersault, it was | :16:47. | :16:52.
brilliant. H and Holly! APPLAUSE. | :16:53. | :16:56.
Has he done enough for our top spot again? They were good. All right, | :16:57. | :17:01.
scores then: So, a total of 26. 5 out of 40 for H | :17:02. | :17:25.
and Holly. A good score. So, still to bounce then we have | :17:26. | :17:30.
Peter and Sarah. That is only half the story. Now later, we'll give | :17:31. | :17:36.
rhythmic gymnastics the Tumble treatment and it may not be pretty. | :17:37. | :17:42.
Normally on a Saturday night, Lucy Mecklenburgh would be getting ready | :17:43. | :17:44.
for a night out in Essex. This week, we've brought Essex to her. | :17:45. | :17:52.
How do you feel about the weekend? It was wicked. What you did was very | :17:53. | :17:59.
difficult, but you made it look easy. You are back in the | :18:00. | :18:02.
competition. If you want to be up that leaderboard, what do we have to | :18:03. | :18:07.
do this week? We should probably get on that trampoline and start | :18:08. | :18:12.
working. So trampolining, we decided that you're going out on a fun, | :18:13. | :18:21.
glamorous night out in Essex. On a trampoline? How does that work? | :18:22. | :18:25.
We're drinking champagne, taking selfilies and nailing the tricks. I | :18:26. | :18:29.
am from Essex. It's my birthday this week. So an Essex night out is | :18:30. | :18:34.
probably what I would do. You can take the Lucy out of Essex, but not | :18:35. | :18:36.
the Essex out of you. The thing I'm finding hardest is the | :18:37. | :18:48.
fear. Do you think you're going to hurt yourself at the end? You have | :18:49. | :18:54.
to chuck yourself into things. Lucy has a front somersault. It's nice, | :18:55. | :18:59.
you're just high that's all. If it wasn't hard enough doing a front | :19:00. | :19:04.
somersault on my own, now I have to do a back one too. Half a hand stand | :19:05. | :19:11.
on Billy's shoulders and then I go back. Her fear holds her back. I | :19:12. | :19:16.
can't be there to spot her on Saturday night. Spotting is to give | :19:17. | :19:21.
extra support so they can learn the skills confidently. She's not there | :19:22. | :19:24.
on the night and it's only a couple of days away. I'm starting to panic. | :19:25. | :19:29.
She needs to believe me and Katie. I know she can do it. | :19:30. | :19:37.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Wonderful reaction. A taste of | :19:38. | :21:09.
champagne, Essex style. On the way to operate yip pressive skills. | :21:10. | :21:15.
Donkey kick from hand stand into back flip, done with such confidence | :21:16. | :21:19.
and look at the quality, the line and the style in the pike straddle | :21:20. | :21:25.
jump. And the synchro was great. Look at this fly spring, such a | :21:26. | :21:29.
good, confident performance from Lucy. | :21:30. | :21:33.
They are delighted and so they should be. Your little face when you | :21:34. | :21:37.
did the back somersault was a picture. Happy birthday as well. | :21:38. | :21:46.
It's tomorrow, yes. Be nice. Seb? It's always like the French one, "Be | :21:47. | :21:51.
nice." I'm going to be nice. Remember on the first week I told | :21:52. | :21:56.
you that I was missing, because it's an acrobatic competition, I was | :21:57. | :21:59.
missing from tricks, you answered my question right away. You're like, | :22:00. | :22:04.
you want flipping? Bam, you put almost all the tricks in the book | :22:05. | :22:09.
when you start trampoline. You did it with ease and it was very | :22:10. | :22:14.
interesting because you kept the theme all along. Awesome job. What | :22:15. | :22:20.
due make of it? It was brilliant. I think when you look at week one, out | :22:21. | :22:24.
of everyone you have shown the most improvement going through the | :22:25. | :22:27.
competition. The back flip I think you could do a back somersault. You | :22:28. | :22:32.
had that much energy. Great job. I enjoyed it. Excellent. Nadia? I like | :22:33. | :22:39.
that you're progressing as my colleagues said. I like the fact | :22:40. | :22:42.
that you're using gymnastics as a base. I can see you're now doing | :22:43. | :22:46.
tricks, which I didn't see in the first show. That's very impressive | :22:47. | :22:52.
to me. Going well. Wait for it. Craig from Burnley, what do you have | :22:53. | :22:56.
to say? To be honest, I really did love that performance. Just like the | :22:57. | :23:01.
other guys have said, you've really grown in this competition. I believe | :23:02. | :23:05.
now there is a gymnast inside you waiting to get out. Well done. | :23:06. | :23:12.
Brilliant news! Happy birthday again. Billy and Lucy everyone! The | :23:13. | :23:16.
only way is up and she's headed that way. She was delighted with the | :23:17. | :23:20.
performance and scores last week. She's surely hoping it will continue | :23:21. | :23:24.
tonight. Very happy there. Let's get those | :23:25. | :23:25.
scores then. Brilliant. They'll be so happy with | :23:26. | :23:51.
that. If you want to hear Lucy's instant reaction to the judges' | :23:52. | :23:56.
comments, check out the Tumble social media sights, on the screen | :23:57. | :23:59.
now. The word on the street is that lots of you children at home and | :24:00. | :24:04.
some big kids too having dog all manner of roly polys and cart wheels | :24:05. | :24:07.
around the living rooms, even though I told you not to. If you fancy | :24:08. | :24:15.
having a go found out more on the BBC's get inspired website. Next | :24:16. | :24:19.
Peter Duncan and this week, he has a whole new challenge to grapple with. | :24:20. | :24:29.
The celebrity I'm saving tonight is... Peter. I feel as though I have | :24:30. | :24:39.
to make an apology for putting you through such trauma. The comments | :24:40. | :24:45.
both weeks have been about your scruffiness and lines. We have to | :24:46. | :24:51.
try to rectify some of those faults. For your trampoline routine, you are | :24:52. | :24:59.
going to be wrestlers. I'm a wrestler. Katie's a wrestler. Girl | :25:00. | :25:04.
against man and she beats me up basically. Let's get you on the | :25:05. | :25:14.
trampoline. The comedy you have in abundance. The content has to be | :25:15. | :25:19.
perfect. Otherwise they will just go for the jugular. I don't want that. | :25:20. | :25:24.
I'll fight back. Can you fall off a trampoline and make it look bad? I | :25:25. | :25:30.
find it takes a while to get into it, to build your confidence up. You | :25:31. | :25:35.
go and Kate will stay with you. It's unpredictable. It's a big spring. | :25:36. | :25:41.
Hold. You all right. Toes or anding until Toes. The judges' comments | :25:42. | :25:49.
have made Peter realise he has to knuckle down. He has really | :25:50. | :25:53.
difficult elements, back drop into front drop. Back somersault. And | :25:54. | :25:57.
he's got a front somersault to finish. I'm going to prove to the | :25:58. | :26:02.
judge that's I'm not just a goofive boy, I will put in difficult moves. | :26:03. | :26:17.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE We all know and love his talent for | :26:18. | :27:44.
comedy. But tonight, he had a new challenge - to impress the judges | :27:45. | :27:47.
with his difficulty. There's not a lot more difficult than this. | :27:48. | :27:52.
Helicopters, high above his head. He needs to be in the right spot and | :27:53. | :27:56.
give the right support. On a personal note, look at this, a back | :27:57. | :28:05.
somme. He does it. And the front one too. He's on his feet and that | :28:06. | :28:10.
doesn't happen too often, well Peter, a done. Ka, Big Daddy. I tell | :28:11. | :28:15.
you what, your coach was like this over there. Was it all right for | :28:16. | :28:20.
you? It was aerobically challenging, but I have the hair cut. I like it. | :28:21. | :28:25.
All right then. We are coming to Craig first. I absolutely loved that | :28:26. | :28:30.
performance. I know you're trying time press the judges. You've even | :28:31. | :28:36.
adopted Louis's hair cut. You've carried off much better and it's | :28:37. | :28:39.
about progress. In week one, Kate was doing all the somersaults, in | :28:40. | :28:43.
week three you're doing them. You're the man. All right, Sebastien? | :28:44. | :28:54.
You're very versatile. We know that already. I really like everything | :28:55. | :28:58.
about it except one thing, it's like you get so comfortable that you lose | :28:59. | :29:04.
your concentration and some places. BOO. He's right. That's why in | :29:05. | :29:12.
trampoline it pays like with a mistake.ment great entertaining. | :29:13. | :29:18.
What due make TV? -- What did you make of it? Do you know what it was | :29:19. | :29:24.
good fun. I said last week, it was a bit of goofing around. It wasn't | :29:25. | :29:28.
tidy, but it was brilliant. I enjoyed it. I don't foe if this was | :29:29. | :29:33.
an excellent, but the last somersault at the end, you did a | :29:34. | :29:40.
quarter turn out of it. It was the angle of the hair cut, it turned me. | :29:41. | :29:45.
That's brilliant. That is advanced. Twisting out of a somersault, I | :29:46. | :29:49.
don't think anyone else is probably going to do that on the show, Nadia, | :29:50. | :29:53.
were unbelievable. You as impressed? You are an amazing performer because | :29:54. | :29:58.
you cover up so well that you did a little mistake and it was excellent | :29:59. | :30:03.
how you covered it up. You went for the difficulty and the last | :30:04. | :30:06.
dismount, the front somersault, for safety, you didn't do it and you did | :30:07. | :30:12.
an excellent job. Brilliant comments, we love everything about | :30:13. | :30:15.
it, including the coat. Peter and Kate! Last week his vault set Andrea | :30:16. | :30:23.
packing. I'm sure Peter would rather not be in that position again. It | :30:24. | :30:27.
all depends on the scores. Let's get the scores: | :30:28. | :30:51.
Fantastic score. Well done. The first rhythmic performance is but a | :30:52. | :30:59.
ribbon twirl away. I will now demonstrate traditional rhythmic. I | :31:00. | :31:03.
give you the figure of eight. This is the snake. The snake on a turn, | :31:04. | :31:09.
you can do all sorts. Before that, it's our final trampoline routine of | :31:10. | :31:10.
the night. It's Sarah. On Saturday I was OK. I haven't | :31:11. | :31:26.
smiled once during my routines. I must look like the ice maiden. I | :31:27. | :31:32.
want you to have confidence, extend more, give us even more. Deep down I | :31:33. | :31:36.
think there's more in there. You could do a ten on the floor. I know | :31:37. | :31:40.
I can do better. But it just wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. We're | :31:41. | :31:45.
in a position where we haven't budged. That isn't bad. But it's not | :31:46. | :31:50.
good either. If we want to do well, we need to get going. This week | :31:51. | :31:55.
she's going to kick my Come on butt. Babe, you can do this. Trampolining | :31:56. | :32:01.
is really hard. Smile. You have to maintain your decorum while bouncing | :32:02. | :32:05.
in the air and painting on that Try to smile. Relax your face and smile. | :32:06. | :32:10.
One of the moves that Sarah is struggling with is the back | :32:11. | :32:15.
somersault U I think you need to be mentally prepared when you step onto | :32:16. | :32:20.
the trampoline. You need to be in good control of your nerves. I think | :32:21. | :32:25.
Sarah is still learning how to come to terms with that. Shoulders up. My | :32:26. | :32:33.
emotions have probably gotten the better of me this week. I'm sick of | :32:34. | :32:39.
not getting it. What are you talking about? Competition is hotting up. | :32:40. | :32:42.
I'm starting to wonder what the others are getting up to. I want to | :32:43. | :32:46.
do it. Because you know that people like H are trying to do doubles. | :32:47. | :32:51.
It's getting so tough now. It really is. Survival of the fittest. I do | :32:52. | :32:56.
not want to come last. If you don't want to come last, you need to do | :32:57. | :33:01.
that back tuck. I'm scared. I'm not going to lie. I'm really scared. I | :33:02. | :33:05.
better start learning to vault. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE | :33:06. | :34:41.
The big challenge for Sarah was to keep her nerve, and emotions under | :34:42. | :34:46.
control and to smile away through this very difficult routine. She did | :34:47. | :34:53.
a great job. Look at this. Synchronised back somersaults. And | :34:54. | :35:01.
that three quarter front somersault into safe cradle and what a way to | :35:02. | :35:07.
finish, that pose sums up martial arts. Great stuff. You did so well. | :35:08. | :35:12.
There's even a smile on Sarah Harding's face, lovely to see. Not | :35:13. | :35:17.
when you nearly landed on her head. What was that about? I trust him! | :35:18. | :35:21.
Nadia? I like the fact that you went for the back somersault. This is a | :35:22. | :35:27.
huge thing for you. I would like to see also, in the future, that when | :35:28. | :35:33.
you do simple jumps and straddle jumps that easy jumps up control a | :35:34. | :35:37.
little more your legs and everything else, because you were all over a | :35:38. | :35:43.
little bit. They didn't like that. What about Craig? There were times | :35:44. | :35:50.
during that routine I was edging to the close edge of my seat, nervous | :35:51. | :35:54.
for you with that back somersault. When you did it, you instantly went | :35:55. | :36:03.
binning. -- bing. If I give you one tip, do not worry about any other | :36:04. | :36:08.
competitor in this competition, you need to run your own race. Good tip. | :36:09. | :36:17.
Seb? Well, you're such a great performer. I can tell you did a lot | :36:18. | :36:22.
of stage before. That's good but in another side, also it's kind of bad | :36:23. | :36:26.
because Leon is taking all over the act now. You need to match as much | :36:27. | :36:33.
talent or work he puts in He's had a lot more years on me, come on. I get | :36:34. | :36:37.
that. You tell him Sarah. I get that, but you also have more | :36:38. | :36:41.
experience than him for stage as a performer. You get to use that, like | :36:42. | :36:45.
we all say, you have this in you, just let it explode now. I have to | :36:46. | :36:51.
agree with Craig and Seb, I think he's more talking about an energy | :36:52. | :36:55.
that you get from the performance. I think that comes from training. | :36:56. | :36:58.
There is a lot of pressure involved. You're trying to perform for your | :36:59. | :37:02.
partner, parents and family. It is stressful. That will come across. I | :37:03. | :37:06.
think that one thing you need to do is just enjoy it. Enjoy your | :37:07. | :37:09.
training. Enjoy competing and just give us a show. That will come | :37:10. | :37:13.
across. Thank you judges. You look so pretty when you smile. Sarah and | :37:14. | :37:18.
Leon. Nadia wants a little more control. Craig loved it but reckons | :37:19. | :37:26.
she should ran her own race. It was a pretty good race tonight. Well | :37:27. | :37:28.
done, Sarah. Let's get the scores: So, remember now that the two lowest | :37:29. | :37:53.
scoring celebrities will face the vault tonight. One of them will be | :37:54. | :37:58.
going home. So, let's see the score board as it stands: | :37:59. | :38:24.
Oh, it's very close. 29. 5 for three of you. They say behind every great | :38:25. | :38:33.
tumbling celebrity is a great coach. Who are the people who have whipped | :38:34. | :38:37.
our stars into lean, mean, gymnastic machines? | :38:38. | :38:46.
Our coaches are amazing. They're the back bone of our team. I can't do | :38:47. | :38:56.
it. It's too jiggly. Every week they try to teach you new skills. I | :38:57. | :39:00.
really couldn't do this without them. I've got you. Stand up, and | :39:01. | :39:07.
go. One and two. She cracks the whip. I don't blame her because | :39:08. | :39:14.
she's a world champion gymnast. Boy, does it hurt. Be quiet now, | :39:15. | :39:21.
focus on the shape. Let's go. Andy doesn't look like a physical man | :39:22. | :39:24.
because he has a little rotund belly. But he can jump on the cam | :39:25. | :39:29.
pleen and he can certainly touch his toes. Katie gives stickers when we | :39:30. | :39:34.
do well. We are like children sometimes. A unicorn, nice job. I | :39:35. | :39:46.
have the most golden stars. Our coaches are the best. It's a ten | :39:47. | :39:53.
from me. Beautiful. That was really good! Oh, my God. | :39:54. | :39:59.
I'm sure you'll all agree that our coaches are doing an absolutely | :40:00. | :40:05.
phenomenal job. Well done, guys. So, we are about to kick off then with | :40:06. | :40:08.
rhythmic gymnastics and Dave, first up, it's your girl Amelle. | :40:09. | :40:21.
Saturday was a great performance. Scores were really good. 29 and | :40:22. | :40:27.
third on the leaderboard. That was great. I like the back breaker, but | :40:28. | :40:31.
the competition is hard. If you want to be better, next time that cart | :40:32. | :40:35.
wheel you should be a cart wheel on the hands. I love a challenge, but | :40:36. | :40:40.
it's pressure creeping into my mind. Use the pressure and concentrate on | :40:41. | :40:43.
your technique, it's going to be fine. I'd love to shock them where | :40:44. | :40:50.
they're like whoa. Exactly. Team Amelle. Exactly. Holer! We have | :40:51. | :40:58.
rhythmic this week. It's an Olympic sport. It combined gymnastics with | :40:59. | :41:07.
equipment. The rope is difficult you have to keep it moving otherwise it | :41:08. | :41:11.
tangles up. It can look so impressive if you get it right and | :41:12. | :41:15.
you can look so rubbish if you get it wrong. Judges comments, | :41:16. | :41:22.
particularly from Nadia was about the free cart wheel. So I thought a | :41:23. | :41:29.
challenge, let's get it in there I would love that. Normally you use | :41:30. | :41:37.
your hands to support yourself. You need to push your legs and get the | :41:38. | :41:42.
legs over quick. If you don't get -- don't get the take-off perfect, you | :41:43. | :41:47.
don't have enough lift therefore you land on your face. The fact that | :41:48. | :41:54.
Nadia says she wants to see it has added to the pressure that I already | :41:55. | :41:58.
put on myself. I just want to make her proud and hopefully everyone to | :41:59. | :42:01.
enjoy it. MUSIC: These Boots are Made for | :42:02. | :42:07.
Walking by The Supremes Amelle was out to shock the judges | :42:08. | :43:35.
and she wanted to make Nadia proud by stepping up the difficulty. It | :43:36. | :43:40.
doesn't always work. This was an aerial cart wheel she performed so | :43:41. | :43:45.
beautifully in rehearsal and it didn't come off. Great attempt. | :43:46. | :43:52.
Table lift with rope rotations, really well here. She was in control | :43:53. | :43:58.
with the apparatus. A rotating release and catch on one leg, what a | :43:59. | :44:04.
pity. See, Doug is telling her, once you were into the lift you were | :44:05. | :44:09.
fine. To come back from a stumble like that is amazing on live telly. | :44:10. | :44:13.
Didn't she do well? APPLAUSE | :44:14. | :44:15.
really well. You've got nothing to be embarrassed about. Yeah, I mean, | :44:16. | :44:21.
the number of times I've been in that situation where I've geared | :44:22. | :44:24.
myself up for this big performance and a big trick, and you could see | :44:25. | :44:27.
how much you wanted it and it didn't come off. You know what, I hit the | :44:28. | :44:31.
floor, it was like right, I'm getting on with this, you knocked | :44:32. | :44:35.
out an amazing performance after. You give it your all. Well done for | :44:36. | :44:38.
that, unfortunately, there was mistakes. Thank you. I appreciate | :44:39. | :44:43.
that. Well, everybody has to know that when you add a prop to a | :44:44. | :44:47.
routine, gymnastic routine, it's adding another person to the | :44:48. | :44:52.
routine. It's really hard. It takes a lot of time. It's an amazing | :44:53. | :44:57.
challenge to do it in one week. That's a routine I'm sure you guys | :44:58. | :45:02.
can do like very well in rehearsal. Unfortunately, it was right now. I | :45:03. | :45:06.
can tell you worked hard on it. But working also with a shape that | :45:07. | :45:10.
change all the time, changes form all the time, it's another | :45:11. | :45:14.
challenge. So great job just for taking those challenges. Thank you. | :45:15. | :45:19.
Really, it's hit or miss this really. It was tough. I mean, it | :45:20. | :45:24.
started off very shaky with the stumble. Like Craig said, you got | :45:25. | :45:27.
back into it. You finished off, which is what we want to see. It is | :45:28. | :45:31.
very hard and what you did just didn't happen on the night. Of She | :45:32. | :45:36.
tried the hand-free cart wheel, it didn't work out. I know it's | :45:37. | :45:39.
something there that you wanted to show me. I hope you're going to show | :45:40. | :45:45.
that to me quickly. You are the person that when somebody throws a | :45:46. | :45:49.
challenge at you, you go into it and you're positive. I know you're | :45:50. | :45:52.
disappointed. Really disappointed. I've done it over and over back | :45:53. | :45:56.
stage. I know you can do it because then you will have to challenge me | :45:57. | :45:59.
to do it. That will be difficult. I will do it. I'm disappointed about | :46:00. | :46:03.
tonight. Buff I will do it next That's the time. Spirit! We just | :46:04. | :46:07.
have to say quickly, don't try anything with the rope at home. | :46:08. | :46:10.
There was a malfunction and it went around the neck, don't do that at | :46:11. | :46:14.
home. Amelle and Doug, brilliant effort. Well done guys. Nadia said | :46:15. | :46:22.
you do it and I'll do it. Craig had sympathy and understanding. Louis | :46:23. | :46:26.
admired the way she kept going after problem at the A bit start. | :46:27. | :46:30.
Disappointed there. Let's have your scores. | :46:31. | :46:47.
24 there, not too bad. In week one, Emma Samms was the belle of the | :46:48. | :46:55.
ball. Last week she was having a ball. This week we've given her a | :46:56. | :46:57.
ball! Second on the leaderboard, how do | :46:58. | :47:13.
you feel? Surprised! We wanted to you give us a bit more and you've | :47:14. | :47:17.
done that. You were so beautiful and so confident. It I was really | :47:18. | :47:22.
pleased that the judges addressed the artistry. I don't know if | :47:23. | :47:26.
anybody else has lines like you. It was a psychological boost but it | :47:27. | :47:30.
doesn't mean it has elevated us anywhere. We all start from square | :47:31. | :47:34.
one again. Your prop is going to be... The ball. The concept is going | :47:35. | :47:40.
to be all under water. You are going to be in a shell and you open up and | :47:41. | :47:48.
the ball is the pearl. I think I'd be fine with the rhythmic stuff, if | :47:49. | :47:54.
I didn't have the prop. I have no hand-eye coordination. I'm hating | :47:55. | :47:59.
the ball. I never did netball or basketball or anything with balls at | :48:00. | :48:03.
schools because I was only allowed to do ballet. It's no good if she's | :48:04. | :48:08.
hitting a beautiful line and the ball goes rolling off somewhere It | :48:09. | :48:12.
really frustrates me when I drop the ball because I drop the routine. I | :48:13. | :48:16.
drop my sense of humour. It's just impossible to keep going with the | :48:17. | :48:21.
routine because I'm always chasing the blinking ball. Those two bits | :48:22. | :48:26.
are really hard. The angel lift into a walkover, holding a ball, I have | :48:27. | :48:30.
to release the ball at the right time and then do the walkover. Then | :48:31. | :48:33.
there's the throw, turn and catch the thing. It's meant to look | :48:34. | :48:39.
effortless. If you're rolling it, it's meant to roll smoothly. It | :48:40. | :48:43.
can't bounce. It's a matter of practice. That's why the people who | :48:44. | :48:47.
are skilled at it, do it from the age of five. | :48:48. | :48:51.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Rbgs well it may have been ballet | :48:52. | :50:20.
and not ball games at school, but I tell you, it wasn't only one pearl | :50:21. | :50:24.
that emerged from that shell. A delightful performance. Look at | :50:25. | :50:30.
that, bounce and catch. This back angel lift into back walkover, to | :50:31. | :50:34.
put the ball in a position where it can be rolled forwards, ready to be | :50:35. | :50:40.
picked up once again and look at that technique, not gripping the | :50:41. | :50:44.
ball, balancing it, handling it really great rhythmic gymnastics | :50:45. | :50:48.
from Emma. Well, you were dreading the ball, | :50:49. | :50:53.
weren't you? You were dreading this all together, how was it? It's been | :50:54. | :51:00.
worse. Yeah, it didn't go flying, so that's This was good. A good one, | :51:01. | :51:06.
wasn't it? Yeah, good. Seb? Emma, I really appreciated that you kept | :51:07. | :51:10.
contact with the billion all along. -- with the ball all along. I really | :51:11. | :51:14.
missed what you gave us last week. Last week was magical. It was like a | :51:15. | :51:20.
fairy moment. I don't have that today. I miss what you were able to | :51:21. | :51:27.
do. Don't worry, it may get better now. It doesn't get much better, I'm | :51:28. | :51:34.
afraid. I mean, last week, you were beautiful. It was stunning and | :51:35. | :51:37.
moving. This week was nice. But it was just nice. There wasn't much pen | :51:38. | :51:47.
ash. -- panache. It was very dancy and polite I'm afraid. It was a | :51:48. | :51:51.
beautiful rue teeb and you showed that you can do the -- routine and | :51:52. | :51:56.
you showed that you could do the best execution in everything that | :51:57. | :51:59.
you do. I'm missing that thing that says Emma and something that will | :52:00. | :52:03.
impress me, like you did last show and the first show. You set the bar | :52:04. | :52:07.
so high, this is the problem. Craig? I'm going to try to say what these | :52:08. | :52:11.
guys are thinking. What we want you to do is throw the ball, do a full | :52:12. | :52:15.
turn and catch it, don't let it bounce on the floor, you have to | :52:16. | :52:19.
catch it or do a forward roll catch the ball, we want to see a little | :52:20. | :52:24.
bit more wow, but it's beautiful around the edges, but it needs a bit | :52:25. | :52:29.
more meat. Anything to say to Craig on that point? I would have loved to | :52:30. | :52:32.
have done that. A couple more weeks, I would have got there. | :52:33. | :52:39.
Good effort. Your coach looks ecstatic. Emma and Ivan everybody! | :52:40. | :52:45.
Emma scored an impressive 30 points last week, but the judges aren't | :52:46. | :52:48.
that impressed this time. Has sho done enough? All right then, | :52:49. | :52:53.
so let's have the judges' scores. Some disappointment there. | :52:54. | :53:19.
Right, we're about to find out what happens when you give an actor from | :53:20. | :53:28.
EastEnders drum sticks. Here's John Partridge. | :53:29. | :53:38.
How do we think the weekend went? My weekend went great, I'm not so sure | :53:39. | :53:46.
about the routine. Don't rush that much. You don't need to. But really | :53:47. | :53:51.
it was an amazing act, good job. We did the best we could do. We hung | :53:52. | :53:57.
from our toes. Job done I say. Rhythmic week, how do you feel about | :53:58. | :54:04.
that? Lots of rhythm. Oh, yeah. It's been decided that we're going to | :54:05. | :54:09.
make you a hard core rock God with a drum kit. A drum kit? And your prop | :54:10. | :54:17.
is going to be drum sticks. Happy with the concept, hany with the | :54:18. | :54:25.
props. We're doing really well. The rhythmic you need to have great | :54:26. | :54:29.
hand-eye coordination, which isn't always there. The clubs are quite | :54:30. | :54:34.
difficult. There are two of them, so you have to get two pieces of | :54:35. | :54:38.
apparatus moving with both hands all the Team work time. Is vital in | :54:39. | :54:43.
rhythmic. We've come up with a move where Kat puts the clubs on her foot | :54:44. | :54:49.
and flicks them over the back of her head and I catch them - in theory. | :54:50. | :54:55.
Kick up not backwards. If I get it wrong he gets a club in the face. | :54:56. | :55:02.
The routine would be rubd. When I get nervous my palms get sweaty. Not | :55:03. | :55:05.
the best thing when you have to throw and catch clubs. I really hope | :55:06. | :55:08.
we manage to pull this off this week. | :55:09. | :55:17.
MUSIC: Should I Stay or Should I Go Now by The Clash | :55:18. | :56:36.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Wow! A difficult routine with | :56:37. | :56:45.
difficult apparatus, he did not hold back. | :56:46. | :56:52.
Look at that, throwing the clubs and catching from the foot to hand. This | :56:53. | :56:57.
shows you just how difficult this apparatus is. Turning split neck | :56:58. | :57:06.
hold was done really beautifully. Just look at this - he hit the drums | :57:07. | :57:12.
so hard, they exploded, terrific. Well, these props, I mean they're a | :57:13. | :57:16.
nightmare, aren't they? Do you want to have a go? Go on. Oh, right. You | :57:17. | :57:25.
hold that then. Flick it. You're being kind. Yeah, it's tough. | :57:26. | :57:31.
It's a good job you're not taking part. Isn't it just. It was great | :57:32. | :57:35.
energy. I loved it. I loved the fact this there were minor mistakes, but | :57:36. | :57:40.
your energy, you carried on with it, I'm sure at one point Kat's toe went | :57:41. | :57:45.
in your mouth, it was great. Good split, leg change, almost had | :57:46. | :57:48.
control of the clubs all the way through. It was good. Thank you. | :57:49. | :57:54.
You're very kind. It was good. I like all of those. What I was more | :57:55. | :57:59.
impressed is that in gymnastics we have a favoured side, I was a lefty. | :58:00. | :58:04.
But the fact that you were juggling two clubs on two different hands | :58:05. | :58:07.
that tells me that you have coordination and that's very | :58:08. | :58:13.
important. Thank you. OK, should I stay or should I go? John, you | :58:14. | :58:19.
should definitely stay. Brilliant. Nice! That was good. John, you rock. | :58:20. | :58:31.
Seriously, it was technique, artistic, dynamic, it was the kind | :58:32. | :58:34.
of act I would pay to go see on stage. That's great. Good comments. | :58:35. | :58:40.
I appreciate it. There were some mistakes, though. I appreciate all | :58:41. | :58:44.
your comments. Warren is waiting over there. John | :58:45. | :58:49.
and Kat everyone. Will he stay or will he go? What do you think? More | :58:50. | :58:54.
importantly, what do the judges think? What have they scored it at? | :58:55. | :59:17.
That's the highest score of the night. Coming up, the Saturdays are | :59:18. | :59:26.
here or rather up there. Plus the vault is looming. First, Bobby | :59:27. | :59:32.
Lockwood. Since he's been on Tumble. He's been a cheerful, happy-go-lucky | :59:33. | :59:42.
sort, then we gave him a basketball. How are we feeling after Saturday? | :59:43. | :59:47.
Good. I mean, I was pleased. We got two points higher than last week but | :59:48. | :59:53.
I came seventh. It was fun, but the only thing was the round-off back | :59:54. | :00:00.
flip. You were short. It's hard. It is hard. Gymnastics is hard. : You | :00:01. | :00:05.
need to get stronger. Don't move even like a small shaking. After | :00:06. | :00:09.
hearing the comments we were like hold on a minute, but they're giving | :00:10. | :00:13.
you comments to go further. We need to up our game. We have the | :00:14. | :00:16.
performance down. Let's get the skill level higher. Let's put them | :00:17. | :00:19.
together. Hopefully the judges will recognise how much hard work you're | :00:20. | :00:25.
putting in. Another week, another discipline. | :00:26. | :00:30.
This time rhythmic. It's fun, but it's really frustrating. The | :00:31. | :00:34.
coordination part of this is really hard. For him to be able to throw... | :00:35. | :00:45.
Sorry. Spin Oh. Catch. OH. It's really tough. | :00:46. | :00:51.
Give me a couple of minutes. Something's happening today. You're | :00:52. | :00:55.
letting yourself get angry. I told you straight away. I know. I can see | :00:56. | :01:04.
your face already. You're going into a deep hole. Cool, thanks. | :01:05. | :01:11.
I feel like being calmer helps me. I need to take a minute just to have | :01:12. | :01:20.
it. This routine could be fantastic or balls flying all over the place. | :01:21. | :01:24.
I really want to enjoy the routine on Saturday. Know one dropped ball | :01:25. | :01:29.
will change everything. I hope I don't balls it up. | :01:30. | :01:38.
CHEERING AND APPLAUSE What a finish! It was a case of | :01:39. | :03:06.
anger management for bobby, keeping calm under pressure. He had to. He | :03:07. | :03:10.
needed to do it right on the ball with this performance. It does go | :03:11. | :03:15.
wrong sometimes. That was the catch behind that was done so easily | :03:16. | :03:20.
before. Here, the human ring, that was successful. Good balance. Just | :03:21. | :03:27.
look at this, using the body with the apparatus, such dexterity and | :03:28. | :03:31.
confidence. Look at him. Brilliant. Thanks, Mitch. A very energetic | :03:32. | :03:35.
performance from our last couple. Brilliant. While you get your breath | :03:36. | :03:42.
back, I found your pop-pop. -- pom-pom. I was trying to figure out | :03:43. | :03:46.
what is the part that you are lacking and you're not. A little | :03:47. | :03:54.
mistake over there, but that was not if a big deal. That was like the | :03:55. | :03:58.
music started bang you were straight into it. The ball never stopped from | :03:59. | :04:02.
the start to the finish. That was a brilliant performance. It was | :04:03. | :04:14.
knock-out. Well done. Coordination, manipulation, acrobatics, I mean, | :04:15. | :04:21.
you guys are ready for Las Vegas. Seb, will give you a job as well. It | :04:22. | :04:27.
was brilliant. I've been giving low scores because we have high | :04:28. | :04:32.
expectations and what do we expect from rhythmic gymnastics? That. It | :04:33. | :04:36.
was brilliant. Thank you. Bobby, you've got to be pleased with | :04:37. | :04:39.
those comments. I'm chuffed. It's been a hard week. Yeah, we had a lot | :04:40. | :04:44.
of fun. It was good. I loved it. Brilliant. Yeah, he was! Your coach | :04:45. | :04:50.
looks chuffed. Bobby and Kristin everyone! | :04:51. | :04:53.
APPLAUSE Nadia could find nothing wrong with | :04:54. | :04:57.
it. Craig said it was nonstop and knockout. And an offer to go to the | :04:58. | :05:03.
Vegas from Seb. Doesn't get much better than that. All nine have | :05:04. | :05:08.
performed and before we find out what Bobby's score is, I can reveal | :05:09. | :05:11.
that the first person definitely facing the vault is... Emma. And | :05:12. | :05:25.
also in danger at the moment is... Amelle. Bobby now needs to score | :05:26. | :05:31.
more than 24 to avoid the vault. 8. 5! So a total of 32. 5 out of 40, | :05:32. | :05:57.
the highest score of the series thus far. Bobby, it goes without saying, | :05:58. | :06:08.
no vault for you. Amazing. Let's go to the judges' scored board and see | :06:09. | :06:11.
how things are looking. What a thriller we've been treated | :06:12. | :06:43.
to tonight. So going head to head then in the | :06:44. | :06:47.
live vault tonight is Amelle and Emma. Emma, are you ready for this? | :06:48. | :06:57.
Er... Yes. Am snel Yes. Come on girls, you've -- Amelle? Come on | :06:58. | :07:04.
girls, you've practiced. Now a girl band with a name that's apt for | :07:05. | :07:06.
tonight. Here hitting the high notes and | :07:07. | :07:34.
possibly the roof with their greatest hits, please welcome The | :07:35. | :07:37.
Saturdays. # It's time to step it up a notch | :07:38. | :07:55.
# I'm ready to lose touch # Baby boy, go, go, go | :07:56. | :08:01.

# What about us? # Let me take the lead | :10:36. | :10:40.
# N Nah, nah, nah The Saturdays everybody! Brilliant. | :10:41. | :11:27.
Frankie, big news this week, we have to talk about Strictly Come Dancing, | :11:28. | :11:30.
we're excited. It's on straight after Tumble when this ends. How are | :11:31. | :11:34.
you feeling? It's so excited. We're on tour in September and then I'm | :11:35. | :11:39.
doing Strictly after. We have a busy couple of It will months. Be the | :11:40. | :11:42.
best thing you've ever done ah, part from being in the Saturdays, | :11:43. | :11:47.
obviously! We know that you were a little junior tumbler. When I was | :11:48. | :11:52.
younger, yes. Nowhere near as good as these What do guys. You think? | :11:53. | :11:56.
They're amazing! Thank you again, girls. | :11:57. | :12:02.
Brilliant. Right, back to business. Now Nadia Comeneci has vaulted in | :12:03. | :12:05.
European, world and Olympic competitions. But what is her idea | :12:06. | :12:07.
of the perfect vault? In my career, I've done thousands of | :12:08. | :12:24.
vaults. I knew I had to be focussed, really committed and really had to | :12:25. | :12:28.
push myself. This is exactly what I'm looking for from the | :12:29. | :12:29.
celebrities. The position in the air needs to be | :12:30. | :12:42.
strong, controlled and I really love to see pointed toes. | :12:43. | :12:47.
The perfect landing is straight body, bent knees and feet together. | :12:48. | :12:52.
Even if you stumble at the end of the vault, you have to land on your | :12:53. | :12:58.
feet first. In gymnastics, you are scored on technique and you are | :12:59. | :13:03.
scored on difficulty. It will take a lot to impress me, but I didn't say | :13:04. | :13:11.
it would be easy. So, Nadia will score on technique | :13:12. | :13:17.
and difficulty. I'm here now with Amelle and Emma's partners, Doug and | :13:18. | :13:21.
Ivan. It's not a good time for up. Now we've asked the contestants to | :13:22. | :13:25.
do their most impressive vault for this. So, what advice have you given | :13:26. | :13:30.
Emma and what can we expect? The advice we've given Emma is to be | :13:31. | :13:33.
calm and attack the run up, really spot where she wants to put her | :13:34. | :13:38.
hands and reach forward on the vault. Keeping her legs straight and | :13:39. | :13:42.
pointed. And do her best to stick the landing and to be confident. She | :13:43. | :13:48.
has good pointy toes. Bit of a disappointing night for Amelle | :13:49. | :13:51.
tonight, what advice have you given her before this vault? It is | :13:52. | :13:54.
disappointing. There were a few mistakes in the routine. We've done | :13:55. | :13:57.
it better. However that means that I believe Amelle is one of the | :13:58. | :14:00.
strongest competitors in this competition. She has a good vault. | :14:01. | :14:04.
She has to show everybody why she deserves to be here. We want to push | :14:05. | :14:08.
for the final. We don't want to lose either one of you. Good luck, boys. | :14:09. | :14:14.
Crossing our fingers for them. Amelle and Emma are just behind the | :14:15. | :14:19.
corps r doors -- behind the doors, stretching, flexing, preparing. One | :14:20. | :14:22.
of the girls will go home tonight. Right, this is it then. The vault. | :14:23. | :14:34.
Both celebrities will now attempt their most impressive vault. Up | :14:35. | :14:40.
first it's Amelle. ( We saw last week what pressure the vault can | :14:41. | :14:44.
bring. It's a matter of conquering your nerves. It's over in seconds | :14:45. | :14:51.
and so much depends on it. Amelle, please prepare to vault. | :14:52. | :15:14.
APPLAUSE Good, confident approach. It's a | :15:15. | :15:25.
round-off vault and she landed straight down the middle. Need to | :15:26. | :15:35.
push, get the legs high overhead, make the half turn and make sure of | :15:36. | :15:42.
that landing. That's the round-off. That's Amelle. Next to vault, it's | :15:43. | :15:44.
Emma. Emma will not have seen Amelle's | :15:45. | :15:56.
vault. Now it's about her own focus. It's about conquering her own | :15:57. | :16:01.
nerves. Emma, would you please prepare to vault. | :16:02. | :16:33.
P APPLAUSE | :16:34. | :16:41.
This vault needs a big push and a confident landing. She did just | :16:42. | :16:44.
that. Needs to straighten the legs, needs | :16:45. | :16:47.
to get plenty of height, the landing was great. Phil standing by there, | :16:48. | :16:53.
but he wasn't needed. This was a good, confident vault. Brilliant | :16:54. | :17:00.
effort from both our girls. Well done. So the decision lies solely | :17:01. | :17:07.
with head judge, Nadia. Based entirely on tonight's vault, which, | :17:08. | :17:13.
what was your verdict on Amelle's vault? Amelle did a round-off which | :17:14. | :17:19.
is a pretty difficult vault. She did a pretty good form. She had good | :17:20. | :17:23.
form in the air and just a hop on the landing. All right. What was | :17:24. | :17:28.
your verdict on Emma's vault? It was a straddle vault, it's a basic | :17:29. | :17:33.
vault. It was a pretty vault. Not very impressive, but it was a good | :17:34. | :17:40.
landing. Not very impressive, oh. It's decision time Nadia. | :17:41. | :17:48.
Based entirely on the girls' vaults, which one of these celebrities, | :17:49. | :17:53.
Amelle or Emma, would you like to save this evening? From my | :17:54. | :18:00.
experience, I will have to go with the more difficult vault, so the | :18:01. | :18:03.
celebrity that I'm saving tonight is... Amelle. Amelle, well done. | :18:04. | :18:23.
Brilliant effort. You are safe. Back you go to Doug. | :18:24. | :18:29.
Emma, Emma! Perfectly executed. I mean, how has your Tumble experience | :18:30. | :18:34.
been? It's been fantastic. Meeting Phil and Ivan and working with them | :18:35. | :18:38.
has been extraordinary. I'm in better shape, a few bruises, than I | :18:39. | :18:42.
have been for ages. It's been fantastic. Well, here's Ivan and | :18:43. | :18:47.
Phil. The boys have worked with you for the last nine or ten weeks. | :18:48. | :18:53.
Ivan, can I just get you over here? Now then, how has Emma been as a | :18:54. | :18:58.
partner? She's been a pleasure actually. She's worked really hard. | :18:59. | :19:01.
She's been determined and focussed. Every day has been a pleasure to | :19:02. | :19:06.
work with her. She just makes he smile. -- me smile. Behind every | :19:07. | :19:10.
good couple is a brilliant coach, Phil, how have these two been for | :19:11. | :19:16.
you, hard work or... ? Not hard work, a pleasure. It's been ten | :19:17. | :19:19.
weeks of fun. It's been a joy meeting Emma. I'm sure we will | :19:20. | :19:22.
remain Friends for Life. Ivan equally. A great journey. Thank you | :19:23. | :19:28.
very much. We will certainly miss you, Emma. Any final messages to | :19:29. | :19:31.
Ivan and Phil? Well, we'll keep in touch. I know their numbers. We'll | :19:32. | :19:38.
be sorry to lose you. A final farewell then to your Tumble family. | :19:39. | :19:41.
Well done. Emma, Ivan and Phil. | :19:42. | :19:49.
APPLAUSE So, that is it for tonight. Thank | :19:50. | :19:53.
you to all our couples and their coaches. Also to head judge Nadia, | :19:54. | :20:00.
Seb, Louis and Craig and of course, to Mitch. Coming next on BBC One is | :20:01. | :20:05.
the brand new Doctor Who. We'll see you next Saturday at the slightly | :20:06. | :20:09.
earlier time of 6. 15pm. Have a great weekend. Thanks for watching. | :20:10. | :20:10.
Good night! | :20:11. | :20:16. |
