Well, it was my grandson said to me, "Grandad,

"I can't drink the milk out of the shops, but I like your milk.

"Why is that?"

Well, I explained it was raw milk.

He says, "It's really good and tasty. Could we not sell it?"

We started in May at our church fair,

to see how things would go, and people are looking for raw milk.

People didn't know where to find it, they were telling me.

And enjoyed the taste of it.

And those customers are coming back to me now.

I get to hear all the stories, how they enjoy it,

how their kids enjoy it.

The kids like it better than fizzy drinks, they were telling me.

So, is there a demand for it?

-Have you seen much of a demand grow for it?

-There is a demand.

If I can get you to taste it, you'll come back for more.

-Is that a promise?

-Yeah.

-Right.

Well, hygiene is the top priority.

The cows are all pre-dipped and pre-wiped, before milking.

Tips are all drew out to make sure the milk's OK,

the cows are all sprayed after milking too.

And is there much more in terms of bureaucracy and paperwork

because you're selling raw milk?

Well, there are a lot of hoops to jump through, there's no doubt.

The cows are all tested and the milk has to be tested

before you can sell raw milk.

So, how do you say "one" in Irish?

ALL: A haon.

We work in schools that are identified as being in areas

of high social deprivation or high social need.

A lot of these children wouldn't get the opportunity to go to a theatre

if they weren't going with our project,

so that's a really nice thing that we can bring to them.

We're working with their schools and their teachers and their parents,

so we try to work with the whole community around the child,

so that we're not just dipping in and dipping out, that we're working

in a very circular project which is built around the child.

Creative Child is starting to get international recognition.

We've had interest from the Netherlands,

from a children's festival there.

They're very interested in the project.

And we've also had interest from Shanghai, would you believe?
