experienced all the elements today, but now we are into the golden hour.

that looked like so much fun from earlier today. That was the brim --

brilliant Foster The People. Live to The Other Stage and this is Paolo

Nutini who will be here shortly. Everything's been a bit messed up

today. There was an electrical storm, the power went out. Didn't

know if we would be on TV today? Any highlights? I was watching earlier,

the tent wasn't massively busy, time to leave and turned around and

couldn't move. So many people behind me. My highlight was De La Soul. A

lot of artists you wouldn't get a chance to see them and they put

these artists on and they were on The Pyramid Stage today and there

was a security guard in the front row who wasn't putting his hands up.

Everybody was going puts your hands up! They singled this guy out. He

was stood there going. And eventually everyone was going, 242!

Suddenly he goes. Everybody goes yes! You can see that on the BBC

Glastonbury website. You can stream all the stages, as well. Another

band I saw today Haim. I think we had a moment. We didn't explain your

face earlier. Is your face normally like that? I was on The Other Stage

and it wasn't the weirdest face on that stage. We did the bass face to

her face today. You know the band well, would they have been annoyed

at that? Not at all. They're fun-time girls. Sometimes you

interview a band and they're like, ha-ha! And they just leave and

they're not actually that nice in real life. But with Haim what you

see is 100% what you get. They're the most fun. Coming occupy we will

have Paolo Nutini live from the Other Stage. We are just waiting,

still loads of stuff tonight... He is probably getting into that shirt

Gemma gave him. No, he put that in the bin. As we said there is so much

to get your teeth into on the BBC. We have all the red button stuff

going on. Plus, you can go to the website and stream all of those

stages we talked about earlier. Really you can just do whatever you

like. You can watch stuff on your tablets and that stuff, as well.

Also The Introducing Stage. A cheeky plug, amazing bands on Sunday. Three

incredible bands to check out. Hello to Steve who says, how have I not

discovered Foster The People? Also, you are rocking us on our sofa at

home to Foster The People, that is. Charlotte, the coverage is just

brilliant. I feel like I am there with you. And also, this guy Adam

says, no World Cup football tonight but thank God for Kaiser Chiefs at

Glastonbury, they've saved my day. Over the next couple of days loads

of brilliant stuff and we have Sunday and Ellie Goulding who will

be on. These people love coming back to Glastonbury. What is it about

this place? It's not just a Festival, it's everything else, as

well. It's the atmosphere, the music, the people, the weird little

tents and performing arts. But also so many people are here that it's

like a birthday party. You go and you see all your mates, you are

like, all right, hi! And everyone is up for a good time, doesn't matter

what you are watching or where you are, there is something to do.

Kaiser Chiefs have had a big day, they started the whole Festival, a

band gets the job of opening the Festival, they were first on,

they've had a lock day. They've been away -- a long day. They've been

away a bit. And they're back on headlining The John Peel Stage

tonight which is a big deal for them. The great thing about them is

they'll have a crowd there who found them through seeing Ricky on The

Voice and the old school indie fans 2004 era when you were in a disco as

a student or whatever dancing to, oh, my God, I can't believe it! But

it's nostalgia and current and new. Arcade Fire later. I am going to

watch the Kaiser Chiefs, and I am happy, you are going to see Arcade

Fire and I am jealous of you. They've earned that slot, you know

what, they've gone we are ready for the Pyramid Stage. For them to do

that tonight is a big deal for them. The great thing about Arcade Fire is

they span a huge awry, they're going to put on a show. They draw

influences from different places. My favourite member is a guy called

Richard who I saw a couple of years ago do a performance called Hearts

and Breaths, him and a group of musicians and they did this thing

and performed this piece of music together and instead of playing it a

track or something they were playing to the sound of their own heartbeat

with stethoscopes on. Over this piece they fell into time. It was

amazing. Paolo Nutini is coming up, we promise you. We have a few

technical problems at the moment. You can see there is The Other

Stage. Everyone is waiting for him to be on stage. Everything's been

delayed because of the storm from today. We will get to Paolo Nutini

very shortly. Looking back, you have been to Glastonbury a few times.

Have you got a favourite moment, a headliner, a favourite moment? What

have you liked at this Festival? On The Introducing Stage Daughter last

year was special. All the kind of like, had gone to see them play, and

they played the Introducing Stage and there was hardly anyone in

there, it was so silent and quiet. You knew that every person in that

tent was a massive fan. It made it feel so much more like electric.

Also my first ever Glastonbury was brilliant too. We are going to go to

The Other Stage now, because Paolo Nutini is ready to go. Enjoy.
