-We begin with the Winter Fair

-at Llanelwedd.

-Who is the ideal person to ask

-those tricky questions about quotas?

-I came to the Winter Fair

-for the first time two years ago.

-I enjoyed myself so much,

-I decided to return this year.

-Despite the mud,

-the wind and the rain...

-..there are thousands

-of other people here too.

-The Winter Fair is one of Europe's

-biggest agricultural shows.

-There's something for everyone.

-Food, arts and crafts

-and of course, animals.

-In a way, it's like an eisteddfod

-for animals.

-The standard of the stock

-is very high.

-Competition is fierce.

-S4C broadcasts the show live

-over two days...

-..so you can imagine

-the size of the production.

-Here's a man with a very important

-job behind the scenes...

-..director Rhys Padarn.

-Is it stressful? It's live with lots

-of things happening very quickly.

-It can be. The important thing

-is to keep your cool and not shout.

-If you panic, everyone around you

-will start to panic.

-as someone who loses his temper.

-I'm kicking like mad.

-When I started here five years ago,
