Time is running out for the coaches to pick their teams.

You would think it'd be easy, third time round.

But this is the hardest part for me.

I've got to make the right decision.

You think you've got it sewn up but then people can surprise you.

The pressure is mounting and the coaches are at breaking point.

to meet 18-year-old Emily Adams from Blackpool.

My dad owns a hotel in Blackpool, he is the chef.

'Sometimes I help my dad out at the hotel when he needs me.'

John Rafferty from Belfast is here hoping to put his favourite

musical style on the map.

Growing up, I think I was different.

Instead of music from my mates... They were into hip-hop,

and R&B, and I'm more into sort of country, country and western.

I used to be a Garth Brooks impersonator, back in the day,

when I was a bit skinnier.

I stopped doing it because I was getting sort of heavier.

But I still want to get the weight sort of back down, so I can do

the Garth Brooks with the hat and a microphone and the guitar.

John is not the only wannabe country star here tonight.

Meet Talia Smith.

I love country music. Because it is real. It is sung from the heart.

It's been said it's three chords and the truth. And it really is.

I've got tassle boots, I love a country shirt, so...yeah! I love it.

John is up first. Will the coaches fall for his country sound?

This audition today, it is a big challenge.

Well, John, that was great.

I loved the song choice, it's one of my favourites of all-time.

When I was a kid, my mum and dad had two cassettes.

One of them was the best of ABBA,

and one of them was the best of country.

So those were some very long car journeys.

LAUGHTER

And they were either disco-themed, which Kylie would have liked -

she was never there - or they were country-themed.

And that was my favourite. My brother used to be in the back,

I'd be singing it, he'd be doing the harmonies.

But what I loved about country music was the stories.

And although you sang it amazingly, I didn't get the story.

You told it well, I just didn't get it 100%.

Well done, though, you can sing.

Yeah, I'd have to agree with Ricky.

It sounded as if you were reading it

rather than, like, trying to put yourself

in the person's point of view, that he lived in West Virginia,

he was driving around on a country road,

But, you know, when you're singing, try to live the lyric,

and the emotion is what we're all drawn to.

and sing in a Yorkshire accent or owt, but...

I've grown up listening to country - my influence was Loretta Lynn.

That's where the twang comes from.

Behind the scenes at The Voice, family support is everything.

I don't think I would have made it through the bumps

that this industry throws at you

without my family being as supportive as they are.

I encourage folks to follow their dreams

and find a support system. It's about family.

Me and my sister did record a song when I was 13.

She was seven. The song was called The Chill Dance.

KYLIE: If you're singing with family, there's usually a tone

that's part of your DNA. So it's always interesting to hear

how family sing together.

So Kylie should identify with sister act Leanne and Natalie.

There were many family get-togethers.

There's a sisterly bond that is unlike anything else.

We both love music but we went through different musical paths.

It was a brilliant experience.

But things didn't really pan out as well as we all wanted it to.

When I left the record label, I took some time out,

He went down the recording route.

I went down the tribute route.

I've seen him once
