-We've got some really brilliant

-weightlifters on show.

-for Wales and Britain.

-Then I lifted 81 kilograms

-Her father and coach, Dave Jones,

-was very pleased.

-He obviously keeps a close eye

-Commonwealth Youth Games...

-against Catrin.

-She's quite a bit younger than me.

-She's kind of come out of nowhere.

-She's progressed really quickly.

-She's been really good competition

-for me because it's pushed me.

-When you're competing on your own,

-you can get a little stale.

-So it has freshened up

-the competition for me a bit.

-I'm English but I've switched

-to lift for Wales.

-This is my first Welsh championship

-as a Welsh athlete.

-I've been lifting since I was eleven

-so it'll be twelve years this year!

-Weightlifting for girls

-is fantastic in Wales.

-I mentioned Catrin Jones. We've had

-brilliant performances in the past.

-Some have won gold medals,

-like Michaela Breeze in 2006.

-We've got some superb youngsters

-coming through.

-The set-up in Wales is brilliant.

-There's fantastic support

-for the athletes.

-Personally, I feel

-that I'm really part of the team...

-I'm an outsider coming in.

-I don't feel like an outsider.

-They really care about progression

-and lifters lifting really well.

-They care about all their athletes,

-not just a certain few.

-It's nice to be a part of it.

-Hannah and Catrin compete

-in the 48-kilo class.

-is the 58-kilo class.

-Really good competition there

-with Christie Marie Williams...

-..lifting fantastically really.

-She's made really good progress
