It absolutely brilliant. This is getting better and better.

He has done it! Welcome to the final weekend of the Premier League

season. We have loads to pack it in. He's been a menace to defenders all

season, no Hazard warns they are not finished. After the game we can win

the double. He won the Champions League with Manchester United and

Ajax, so who does he fancied for the Europa League? My full focus is on

winning with Ajax. It was the great escape for Swansea. What is it all

about, Alfie? I was in the Conference so then I was celebrating

with World Cup winners. Jack Butland is back. Can they be the new

invincible is? Celtic are a match away from a special season. It would

be a remarkable achievement or any football club. We will hear from

Millwall as they prepare for the play-offs. We will get the latest

from Arsenal. Here we go. The final ten games of the Premier League

season. They are at 3pm tomorrow. We know that teams going down. This

weekend is about who will play in those final champion -- Champions

League spots. We will look at that later. But we start with Chelsea.

This is a big night because we won the title. Chelsea, champions, 2017.

We have to appreciate how hard it is to win. This is what I would have

wanted from life. It is Watford tonight but they stand

for the rest of the Premier League with a mark of respect to the team

that has bettered all of them this season. It has gone in. The captain

has got his goal. He is gifted a call to Watford. Would you believe

it? One minute later, made the mistake and let him in. It was

deflected and is 3-1 to Chelsea. Janmaat is in and that is a terrific

goal. Okaka has levelled for Chelsea. Chelsea win another one!

Cesc Fabregas whether crowding -- with the crowning moment. The most

important thing is that we won. Now we can set a target to win 30 games.

Another good night at Stamford Bridge. The day after that game we

heard Walter Mazzari was leaving Watford. I suppose it's not a

surprise. Eighth managerial change in five years. They actually gave

him a three-year contract so it looks like they are bucking the

trend... There are factors. He struggled with the language which is

a problem, obviously, not just perception, I mean for the lads

playing there. Also, the style of football, I've done a lot of shows

where they said we cannot watch what we are paying to watch. There's a

fine line between staying in the Premier League, getting results, and

playing what the fans want. Every Watford fan I've heard talking about

it is grateful to the orders and thankful for the position they've

got the men. They are not against them. Dropping Troy Dini is

interesting. He has not had a go at the managers. But that is important.

Very important. The good thing about him is he's a man that will say

things to your face. There's a disagreement. He the type of person

who will have it out with you and then. It is not a situation where he

will think Troy Dini is getting the players against me. He's not that

guy. He's a leader. That's the beauty of having someone like that.

The breakdown is the language breakdown.

Marco dee-10-mac is the favourite to take over. Would that be good for

you? -- Marco Silva. You cannot walk into Watford and change them

overnight and make them a free-flowing football side. You've

got to get realistic. It is Watford. They should be thankful they are in

the Premier League and I think the majority of fans are. The style will

change. From a Chelsea perspective, it has been a far more relaxed week.

Eden Hazard got the chance to change the tyre on a Formula 1 car. After

that, he sat down with a reporter. Chelsea fans rise, into the box,

brilliant. You've been a standout player this season. What drives you

to keep going? I don't think it is just me, the whole team, all the

players, they have been fantastic. We won a lot of games. I think we

deserved to win this title. We have one more game and the FA Cup final

to play. It was such a big transformation from going solo down

in the table to being champions but essentially it is the same group of

players. What do you think was missing ingredient? That is

football. Two years ago we won the league. Last season was difficult

for some of the reasons. Motivation is not top. Fitness is not top. A

lot of things. We started the season well and we won the league. Next

season, we will be in trouble if we don't work hard as we did this

season. We have to be ready every year to be on the top. You won the

league so congratulations. How did you celebrate? We cannot celebrate a

lot because we have the FA Cup final. We've got to be ready for

that. After West Brom we did party together. It was good to see the

smile on the face and I hope on the 28th we can, after the game, win the

double. We shall hear more from Eden Hazard next week ahead of the cup

final. We are going to start talking about the man who scored his first

goal of the season on Monday night. John Terry. It is an interesting

debate about great Premier League defenders. Is he the best we've

seen? I don't know if it is an interesting debate. He is either one

or two Mac. For me, it depends where you stand. Rio Ferdinand was a ball

he caused problems. John Terry was good on the ball and he was a

warrior. I would say he's been the best. Would you go for that? You can

choose either of them, they've been remarkable. What I love about John,

even this season when he's not been playing, and he could have got

frustrated, he kept his leadership qualities, kept his counsel, he was

open to the lads, in the semifinal, players ahead of him, it was a big

call. Squad player. Absolutely scary, balls like the other night,

Gary Cahill and him have been scoring goals like that during their

careers. 61 goals is scary for a centre-half. It will be interesting

to see what happens next season. Lots of clubs would like to see him.

We look to John Terry. He's got one this season. The man at the top with

26 is Harry Kane. 29 appearances and 26 goals. So impressive. It is

unbelievable. When you consider the amount of time out injured, he hit

the ground running when he came back. To be setting top of the

charts, is absolutely brilliant. He had the bit between his teeth in

this one. I think he looked at the centre halves and he thought they

were not the strongest, there are goals for me. This is him hungry to

get on the end of it. There was a warning to pass the ball to him.

This is the one I like. People talk about scoring goals. These Grissom

from all over the place. If you highlight this area, this is the

width of the goal. This is where the best strikers in the world will

score goals. No matter where the ball is getting moved to, he stays

within the goalposts. He is still within the specs when it comes to

him, it is not a coincidence that he is on the end of it to stick it into

the back of the net. The other goals are brilliant. His finishing is

remarkable. This shot hit three players. His technique on his

finishing, he can do the powerful one, the site through, what I love

about him is his mental strength. To actually go a lot of games without

goals, to come back and keep working the way he does, for such a young

guy. It does mean a lot. 25 years ago he scored a hat-trick on the

final day of the season, Ian Wright, to the golden boot. Romelu Lukaku

will be looking at those schools and thinking, I've got to go again.

Strikers are driven by goals. That's why you hear about that. He was

delighted to shut down the swansong. We saw the Chelsea title

celebrations at West Brom. This is how you take things up a notch. Look

at this in the dressing room. You can imagine somebody from the

insurance company with their head in their hands but everything was fine.

I could have done with that in my last season as a player. Chelsea and

Spurs are in the Champions League spots but who else will join them?

If they get a point then Arsenal will miss out on Champions League

football for the first time in 20 years.

Super finish. Manchester City have two Mac goals in the space of two

Mac minutes. Almost into his own net. Arsenal

need to wake up. He's given an indirect free kick. That is like a

queue at the bus stop. He heads it over the bar. Not the worst idea. He

slides that through. Did really well. Then Arsenal again. Looking

again. Sanchez! Of course it is him. Another three opportunities to

further increase their lead. They've worked their way through. Carved

open the defence. Yaya Toure walked through.

Guided the ball into the bottom corner. The whole of the Etihad. And

Pablo Zabaleta gets a wonderful ovation.

It's over Pickford. Olivier Giroud! What a save. To get his second of

the night. To seal the three points for Arsenal.

Arsenal get the win they want and the win they need to keep up the

chase for the Champions League football. They start the final day a

point behind Liverpool. At the moment we have 72.

We want to give everything, to get to 75.

It's over the cross. Tucked away. And Manchester City have beaten West

Bromwich Albion by 3-1. Manchester City have their destiny

in their hands. It's the best thing you can say. To

arrive in the last days. I want to win.

It's going to be a dramatic final day. Let's see how it is set up.

Three clubs separated by three points. It could be interesting in

terms of goal difference. Five goals separating them. So there is a

scenario where there could be a play-off for the fourth Champions

League spot. But if Manchester City and Liverpool do what they need to

do, they are in the strong position with Arsenal chasing them? Yes.

Middlesbrough, they have struggled against the Leicester teams.

City at Watford? That is tricky as Watford produced some performances

against the bigger teams. Arsenal, Manchester United. They are capable

but they have been poor recently. With what is at stake, City could

turn them over. Arsenal are hoping for a miracle. Definitely. There was

a game the other night, there was that much on the line, there was

only one winner. When Chelsea went to West Brom. Chelsea punt a hell of

a fight. There is something similar this weekend. It is nervy but they

have way too much. Anfield with the players at their disposal, what is

there in front, how hard that they have worked. I expect them to cement

the places. An article this morning, Carry on

Wenger, talking about him staying at the club, as the director of

football. Talking about the buy-out, and after the Cup final a discussion

about what happens to Wenger. Throwing in Ozil and Sanchez it is a

really important week? It is. But they are not the only club. There

are a lot of clubs with a lot of work to do in the summer, whether it

be manage managers, players, being poached. But Arsenal, it has been

like that all year. Some people call it a lot of work to do but I think

that the fans think it will settle the uncertainty and send them into

next season with a clearer frame of mind. It has been a hard slog for

the Arsenal fans. Do you expect to see him sat in the

dugout at The Emirates? No, I don't. You think he will leave like that.

I think he has given himself a get out.

If they lose the final and not get into the top four, the fans are

unhappy. But that is polite. They are fuming. If they don't win the

cup, they will start next season on the back foot in terms of support

against him. That is not helpful. Take that away and the recruitment

and the players that they have bought has not been good enough.

That is his decision. He runs the whole ship it is time for a change.

They're not going win the league. They need to mix it up.

You have spoken about diving. Successful deception of the match

official. Talk about a Monday panel to look at incidents like this to

give a retrospective ban. Is it is step forward? Sam Allardyce is not

happy. I think it is great decision, as long as the people on the panel

are competent. Not just box tickers. They must be reputable people.

An ex-match official, ex-manager and ex-player.

That is a broad spectrum. Somebody playing in the top flight is better.

To you want the job? Notes. But I think it is crucial. You will

never get rid of it completely. There will be a few where you go

"not sure" but not many. Will it make players think twice

about it? Yeah. That is why it is brilliant it is brought in. But what

about the FA Cup final where if a player dye, they win a penalty and

win the Cup and he gets a three-match ban.

Well, they have lifted the Cup. They can't take the Cup away. As much as

it is progression and good. The team are still getting punished. That is

where it will hurt. It will not keep everybody happy.

There is another route to the Champions League. That is winning

the Europa League. Manchester United face Ajax. Who better to chase this

up than Edwin van der Sar. He is now the chief expect at the

Dutch club. Two clubs close to my heart is Ajax

and after that it is Manchester United. There are a couple of great

experiences in life. In 95, winning the Champions League. A fantastic

end to my career. Winning four titles in the Champions League.

I don't have a foot in both sides. I'm responsible for Ajax. The sole

concentration and focus is on winning with Ajax. On Wednesday the

4th, there is only one winner. -- on Wednesday the 24th.

There has been success in the '70s. And in the '80s and the '90s where I

was there myself. It has taken 21 years to reach the final. A long

time for a club as big as Ajax. Many young fans have never seen Ajax in

this final. It's a long time ago. The fans are

really believing in Ajax and knowing that with the trophies we have won

in the past, we have the possibility to win them in the near future,

Wednesday, again. The main thing is for Ajax, the newness in the club.

The developing players, young players, the exciting players.

And the biggest plus for this year, it comes to Ajax. Manchester United

are through to the Europa League Cup. We have been in the final in

2009 against Barcelona and 2011, in the final. Now it is six years since

they have been in the final. The club is big. Of course, they need to

play more often in the European finals. But they are there now in

what seems to be a difficult season. They still value a chance to make

themselves shine. Their quality of managers like Sir Alex Ferguson.

Being there for 26 years he got the club in a way he wanted. We will

never see that again. They have had three different managers in five

years. It is difficult for a group of players. They have not created

the solid base to build on. At Ajax you have to reconfirm that

we are back at the European front. That we want to achieve things

against not only in Holland but Europe. Then it is important for us

to get our hands on the touch. For Manchester United they want to make

it a good season. They also need to win. Otherwise it is difficult for

them to take the next step. Great to hear from Edwin van der

Sar. You saw the pictures of Dennis Bergkamp and they are not scared to

bring in the greats from the club's past. No-one is threatened by them.

It is genius. It baffles me why more clubs don't do it. I suppose that

they need the willingness from the ex-players. We are talking about

greats. That they could be happy playing golf, sitting on a beach but

they have the hunger to give back to their clubs that they started at.

What that must be like for the younger players, stood there,

watching Dennis Bergkamp educating them on the game, it is probably a

big part of the reason that they are in this final.

They are a very young side. On the Manchester United side of things,

Danny, if they win the Europa League, is it a great season,

brilliant, for Jose Mourinho? Winning the two trophies would be a

fantastic season. Looking at it like that. In terms of what Manchester

United are expected to be which is competitors in the Premier League

and Champions League but you can only down one thing at a time. I

think that they have progressed well in the terms of the way that they

played. The squad is healthy. They have had a lot of games but they

have been unlucky. It hurts me to say it, the games that were drawn at

home... The six, seven games at home, they murdered them. The away

form has been great. I think next season they will be challenging.

Jose Mourinho has been complaining about fixtures and challenging. In

this final ahead of De Gea, he is one of the best goal keepers in the

world and you don't play him in a game that could secure Champions

League football? It tells you how much he rates Ramiro himself as a

manager. It is him that has got him to the point playing in the Europa

League. It is not a great call for me. I think that De Gea has been

good. But Romiro has been good. He played in the World Cup final. He is

not a kid. How can you drop him if you played him every game.

You were there with Fulham, an amazing run to the final. When you

look at that, the memories come up, you think I was the captain that

night. Was there an opportunity missed? Or did you lose to the

better side? There was not much in it. Probably the biggest

disappointment I have ever had. If we had done it would have been

remarkable for the side. Talking about fixture congestion, we had an

ageing squad. Even against Liverpool, we won the treble. We

played over 60 games. So come on. Stop whingeing. Win the game.

Everyone will say well done. They are the biggest squad. One of

the biggest. They can put out the genuine quality. I agree with

Murphy. There is no need for the mooning.

The live coverage for the Europa League final is at 7.45pm that is on

Wednesday night. We heard from Edwin van der Sar, now to a keeper

returning from injury, Stoke City's Jack Buckland. He has been telling

Rachel about his annus horibilis. They are calling for the stretcher.

That is really disappointing. Although it was a friendly, probably

the biggest game of my career so far. It was just a cocktail of

emotions, so be honest. Yeah. Started the game well. Then the most

innoccuous thing. I tried to sprint for a through-ball, that is where it

all started. It was then that we realised that I

had a bone growth growing in my ankle joint which at that time

compressed and sheered straight up my tibia.

It wasn't meant to take as long as it did for you to come back. Talk us

through your journey then as well. So, 26th of March is when I broke

it. Three days later I had an operation in London to repair the

fracture. It went fine? Fine. Three screws,

all cleaned up, job done. Then the day before the first game of the

season against Midlands, I landed awkwardly on it in training. I had

the whole sensation all over again. Then a second operation on a tendon

in my ankle, believed to be the cause of my latest pain. It turned

out not to be true. Ultimately, the original surgery,

back in March, the screws were not quite placed in the right area. They

did not go through the stress fracture. The third operation on the

12th of December to remove the two screws to replace them where they

should have been originally, now all is well and finally back on the

pitch again. What kept you going during the

rehab? I knew I would play again. I knew I would be OK. There were a

couple of soppy phone calls home. A few tough moments but it was mainly

box sets for a long time. Come on, what were you watching?

What does Jack Butland watch? Netflix is good.

You were tweeting about it! We were hooked.

What else have I been on? The new Prison Break. Not keen on.

When you were injured, Gareth Southgate was appointed. What was

your reaction? Really pleased with that.

Brilliant. He is someone I that enjoy working with. He is great for

the future of England. He knows the young players. He has worked with

them before. There is no better person to bring the guys through

especially with the experience he has had at international and club

level. It's positive. He has also been through tough time, which we

have as a country as well. So I think it could be a really good one.

I guess the ambition was to be England number one playing every

week. What is it now? Still the same. It is still all systems go. It

has always been my target. Jack was speaking at the Kick It Out event.

We were chatting about box sets in the studio. I can't believe you're

only just catching up on Line Of Duty. Gareth Southgate has involved

him in the England squad even though he's been injured. So he does not

feel excluded. It is good management. He knows he's a top

goalkeeper. He was so close when he broke his ankle. He had a dodgy

tournament and I'm sure he would have been pushing him all the way.

That will only lift his spirits. Quite a strong position for England

in Gaul. There are a number of options. David Moyes has said this

week that he can go. Is it too much? It is a lot. He's only had one half

decent season. You've got to be careful judging goalkeepers who are

playing behind a bad team. But he is a talented player. Jack Butland is

the one. He can make that jersey his own. It is interesting, if there is

movement from goalkeepers like David De Gea here, it could open up a

merry-go-round of players moving to significant clubs in the Premier

League. I think that could be the case. There are a number of clubs

searching. I'm not sure Manchester City are 100% happy. Liverpool,

maybe. I know that their keeper has had a good end to the season.

Everton. You name it. There are a few that could be having a look

around. To the bottom of the Premier League. The final relegation place

was confirmed when Hull City were beaten by little Palace. Wild

celebrations in Swansea had just about calmed down when we caught up

with the defender. What a finish from Alfie Mawson! Can

we rewind to the party you had going? It was mad, to be fair. When

the first goal went in we went crazy. It's a tough one as a

footballer. You never want to see a set of professional athletes get

relegated but that is the game. It is a dog eat dog world. For Swansea

it was a positive weekend. If you look at the back-end of our season

it has been a totally different feel about the place, the way we've

performed. If we can implement that next year, nobody will know what we

can achieve. We see what happened as a building block, getting away from

the relegation scrap. People look at the form since the manager came in

and they would suggest you would not find yourself in that position

again. He's been brilliant, he came in with a real planet he's not

change that. People were not where they needed to be. If you're not on

it you can get punished. You meet people and you want to see them do

well but better than you think you can do.

The one thing that launched you was the goal against Leicester. There

was a celebration to go along with that, the shuffle. I was just happy

about it. I got other of abuse for it but I'm not going to change. -- I

got a bit. That will stay with me for a long time. It has been a crazy

12 months for you. You're preparing for a play-off final. You got

success with that. The journey is carrying on. Playing week in, week

out, it has been incredible and credit to the hard work I've been

putting in. You get the moments Bridger pinch yourself. Before that

I was playing in the Conference and then I was celebrating that we had

stayed up with World Cup winners. I'm very lucky to be in this

position. Very confident young man. Since Paul Clement took over he led

the way. The work they've done on the training pitch has helped.

They've got protection. Sometimes with one manager, you get someone

who understands you. And they help you. He's a good footballer. I think

he is potentially a really good player. I was speaking to Gareth Ian

is worth a couple of weeks back regarding him and he said he was

close to quitting football. He lost confidence. Those things can happen.

Now he's on a different level. He is back in the Premier League. First

choice centre-half. He's getting better and better. Over the last few

months there has been a lot of praise for town-3-mac. You were on

the radio talking about Paul Clement and what he brought to the club and

how he changed things -- praise for Marco Silva. If the Premier League

had started when he took over then Swansea City would be eighth.

Numbers will tell you one thing. Watching them will tell you another.

There are games that you're going to lose but if you do the right things,

the manager is implementing the right tactics and plan on the

training pitch. The minute that Paul Clement took over you could see that

he had a way of playing. They had that little drop but once he got

them out of that it was testament to what he did. He also did a decent

job at Derby. Be interesting to see if he can hold on to Gylfi

Sigurdsson and Fernando Llorente. He has unbelievable statistics.

Technically brilliant. Always on the pitch. Not the quickest. I'm not

sure they will be able to keep him. That will be one of four matches

featured on the red button tomorrow. As we saw there, one year ago, Alfie

Mawson was playing for Barnsley. They are back and playing Bradford.

We have been to see the preparations. This was their fifth

appearance in eight years. How did you process the disappointment of

last season. Last year there was no expectation. It was almost a bonus

getting to the final. We wanted to win at the turnaround was so quick

last year, everybody was high as a kite. We did not really turn up on

the day. I cannot get over how uncanny it is that you all started

in non-league, that you all banged in the goals. Is there a

characteristic that fit this football club. They brought me out

of non-league and they took a chance on me. That opened it up for them to

take another gamble and another gamble. I'm a goal-scorer and I will

always score goals. Since you join from Halifax, 54 goals. Not bad for

a guy that quit his job to go professional. Have you done your

mouse or have you seen this that? It has been a good three years for me.

I've enjoyed every minute and hopefully I will keep enjoying it.

It is not a risk. It is a risk. You've got a job and you quit it to

go into football. We had already been there. When you get the

opportunity to take it again it is not a risk. We've been down there.

Once you go down there you don't want to go back. You work 9-5 then

you get up at 6am to go to work. Changing your lifestyle should give

you the edge but you've got to have the right mentality. They work hard

and that is keen. People want a reason as to why stuff happens but

the honest answer is it just works. The FA Cup has been brilliant for

us. During that run, the last-minute goals in both of them. We've got the

spirit and we've got the bond in the group. We've got that mentality this

year and we believe this could be our time. I've never spent as long

in a goal as I have now. It is enormous. You cannot miss. What

would it mean to you to get them back in the Championship? First and

foremost I see it as my job to get the club promoted. I want to see the

players succeed. They work hard. They do everything together as a

group. It would be special for them. It would be special. They have a

good cup run. It would be a good end to see them go up. It would. He has

them working well. Had a good run in the cup and he was putting out his

strongest side. Those strikers are good goal-scorers for him. With him

coming from the same pedigree, he will be hoping he can do the same

today. Championship play-off final, Fulham were highly fancied against

Reading and Reading beat them. Huddersfield were favourites to go

down and they've beaten Sheffield Wednesday. They are both one game

from Premier League trouble. It is incredible, the Championship is the

most unpredictable league. Every season somebody comes up you do not

expect them to be there. Huddersfield deserve great credit.

You look at them and you say, how have they got to this level? He said

when he went in there he had to make a decision. He changed it overnight.

He changed the training and the discipline and instead of doing it

bit by bit he did it overnight. He seems a very bright man. I fancy

him. I think it is meant to be the fairy tale ending. To Scotland.

Celtic are a match away from being in the history books after they beat

Partick Thistle. Rob McLean was there and can explain everything.

Queen Victoria was the reigning monarch. Oxo cubes appeared in the

top flight Scottish team went through a season unbeaten. Now,

after a dominant campaign, Celtic have the chance to rewrite 180 years

Now two teams stand between Celtic and their quest for invincibility.

Hearts on Sunday on the last day of the league season and tonight here

on Fir Hill, Partick Thistle. Forest. Instant control from

Roberts. And a dangerous looking challenge from Booth. He has given

away a penalty. Lee Griffiths, scores Celtic 100th league goal of

the season. It is easy to switch off at this

stage. But there is never a question of switching off? No. The gaffer

never let's us switch off. He always wants us to maintain the levels that

are set. He has set a great standard this season.

He is at the edge of the box. Griffiths casts the ball into the

middle. It has gone in! They are a joy to work with. To see that

relationship in the game, how they play in work and training to the

game. It is very, very pleasing. It leavous satisfied. They know this is

the beginning of how we are trying to work and hopefully we can

continue. Forest is inside the box. Back it

goes. Patrick Roberts thumped an unstoppable left-footer into the top

corner! Does this feel like a special season? It is a special

season. A special manager, a special bunch of lads. That are doing

something unbelievable on and off the park. What the gaffer does, what

he speaks about, setting the standards. We with will keep that

through for the rest of the season. That was over the line! What would

it mean to be The Invincibles to go through the season unbeaten? Well,

some say it is easy but it would be phenomenal for us! Patrick Roberts.

Sensational! It is 103 Premiership points and 104 Premiership goals.

You are bearing down on another record? Yes, and the most wins for a

season, which is 33. So we have a job to do. We want to finish the

season on a high on Sunday. Hopefully play well. We have 60,000

supporters we want to make happy. If we can do that and finish the season

unbeaten, it will be a remarkable achievement and an era for the

players, and I would applaud them. 44 points clear.

Only Hearts stand in their way. We used a bit of Elgar's Nimrod

there. If Celtic waned Aberdeen fail to

win, they set the record for the biggest title winning margin in

Europe. There is documentally to mark the

anniversary on BBC One nexten Wednesday night.

It would be a remarkable achievement if they do it.

We heard from Jack Butland about how glad he is to be back from injury

wows. Another man is somebody who has been

out of the game since December. But hoping to be back jogging. Bolaise.

Take us backs to the moment you sustained your injury? It was

December. I think I got a shoulder injury when I plant my feet.

Something that I do all the time. So to come out with a nasty injury. I

shocked myself. As player, you don't think it will happen to you, being

out long-term. I have coped with it well so far. But at times it gets

him is how much he is missing it. Now he is talking about how much of

a privilege it is just to run. He is starting to get to that jogging

phase. He is starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

you come back. The big thing for Everton is Berkeley. Ronald Koeman
