one person wasn't excited about hosting the tournament. With

Belgium, it was a great experience, great stadiums. The expectation is

so high, especially for the countries that can do it, that

sometimes it also reflects on a team in a negative way. It can do

that. How impressed have you been with Poland? They came back very

well against Russia. They have done very well. The group always looked

tight. You would think Russia would probably be the ones who would edge

out. If things go to plan tonight, it looks like they will do. But if

we between the other three teams it was always going to be very tight.

We will wait and see, but Poland have done well. With Ukraine in

England's bid, we want one of them to stay in, let's hope it is Poland.

Welcome to a very sticky night and the final game of the tournament.

We have the local paper here. The front page there, Poland prepares

for success. Poland can have success if they pick up a win in

this game. If people only read the pre-tournament reports about Poland,

they will wonder how they got themselves into this position. But

what are the qualities that have got them to the brink of the

quarter-finals? It is difficult when they only play in friendlies.

They have had one good solid performance over 90 minutes but it

has been in two halves of two games. They were brilliant Begin's Greece

and really poor in the second half. -- brilliant against Greece in the

first half. Against Russia, in the second half, very good going

forward. Rather worryingly, the Polish manager has already said his

players are paralysed by fear. What can he do to let them play with

freedom? He has already done it by highlighting the fact that they

were full of fear. Tonight is no regrets, they have got to go for it

and they have been better when they have gone for it. They should have

won it against Russia in the second half. They have to go and win the

game. We are in a position where Balerno a win could take them

through and the same applies to the Czechs. You were in this position

The Czech Republic have been here before, when they were

Czechoslovakia, in 1976 and they lost in the final as the Czech

Republic in 1996, when the Germans got their revenge. They have got

history in this competition. They have done very well. I remember

when they were over in England and I watched them training, they were

based near where I lived, and I thought they were a really good

side with really good players. I don't think they have the same

qualities that they had in those days at the moment, so if I was

picking, I would push for Poland denied, but they are back in it but

without Tomas Rosicky, I don't know how they will do. And in 1976, D

were jailed. The fact is that Poland has embarked on the road to

democracy and it may be impossible ever to turn back. But that seed

nothing quite like football for that unification of a nation.

Yes. I have been besieged today from tweet of fans of Everton and

Tottenham, a lot of interest over whether Tottenham have approached

Everton for your services. What is your situation? As far as I am

concerned, it is all speculation. I have had no contact and if I did

have, the first person I would tell would be my chairman, because I had

a great relationship with him. it did happen, what would you say

to him? Would you be interested? am ambitious and I want to try and

win things and I would dearly love to do that at Everton. We brought

into all three players that -- in January and you could see they

changed it made and we want to do that again. So if that were the

situation, you would go all, if you want to compete, Tottenham have the

money. I told by chairman four weeks ago that we want to kick on

again -- my chairman. For me, my concentration is getting Everton

ready for the start of the season, hopefully to have a better one than

in recent years. It is a great club, you have been there a long time and

you have done a great job. The fans are very nervous that at this

stage... I tell people straight, I have had no contact and the club

have had no contact and I am the Everton manager. But a fresh

competing and trying to do the best we can and we will continue to do

opportunities at the big jobs in this country, which for many a year,

we have been saying Beatson happen. It is great to see Brendan Rodgers,
