Hello and welcome to the BBC Sport Centre, with me, Ore Oduba.

On the programme today we're at Augusta and Aintree,

and we'll look ahead to another big night for British boxing.

First though, let's have a look at some of the day's

Scotland's women are six points clear at the top of their Euro 2017

qualifying group after a 3-1 victory over Slovenia.

That's five wins from their five matches.

England drew 1-1 with Belgium, while Northern Ireland's

And Super League leaders Warrington lost their unbeaten home record

Warrington have now lost two of their last three games.

So to one of the most famous horse races of them all.

In just over four hours' time, 39 runners and riders will contest

Our sports correspondent, Andy Swiss, is at Aintree now.

Andy, anticipation building, maybe a little bit of pressure on Many

Clouds too? Yes, Ore, welcome to Aintree. It's a chilly afternoon

here. We've had a little bit of rain this morning, but all eyes are on

Many Clouds and on Leighton Aspell to see whether they can make

history. The National is one of the most unpredictable events in sport.

No horse has won it two years in a row since Red Rum, back in the

1970s. But Many Clouds has a fantastic chance to match that feat.

He is still favourite with the bookies. Leighton Aspell is hoping

to become the first jockey to win the National three years in a row.

No jockey has ever achieved that. Remember, he won on Pineau de Re as

well back in 2014. Many Clouds is trained in lamb born in Berkshire by

Oliver Sherwood. Both trainer and jockey are very much keeping their

fingers crossed. Everyone will be nervous. All 40 jockeys will have a

little bit of nerves about them. It's healthy. It keeps you sharp,

keeps you focused. It will only be pre-race butterflies. From a

trainer's point of view I only have to get that horse there in one

piece. From my point of view, I'm enjoying the build-up and the run.

What happens on the day is another matter. I'll probably be a nervous

wreck, but as long as he comes back in one piece, that's all I care

about. Good to hear from the Many Clouds camp, but there'll be plenty

of sets of eyes on them when this race gets going won't there? Yes,

that's right. People are asking, could we for the first time have a

female jockey winning the National. Nina Carberry has a great chance. He

is on board Sir Des Champs. She had a late call-up last night after Ruby

Walsh fractured his wrist. His sister, Katie Walsh is on Bally

Casey. Katie came third two years ago on Sea Bass. Normally 40 start

the National. This year already down to 39 horses because one has been

ruled out because of injury. But the bookies on the course are already

doing a roaring trade. An estimated ?200 million will be bet on this

race. A slightly later start than normal, 5.15pm. It would be a

potentially historic day here at Aintree. Thank you very much.

From fences to fairways and to Augusta, where Rory McIlroy

has closed the gap on leader Jordan Speith at the US Masters,

the only major that eludes the Northern Irishman.

Before that, Hazel Irvine looks back on an eventful day's play.

It's part two for the 80th playing of the Masters. Masters. At the

halfway stage Jordan Spieth holds the advantage, but only by a narrow

margin. Having held a two-shot lead into round 2, it was cut to just one

after Jordan experienced his first ever round over par. 74 that

included four birdies and a double bogey, and with it even a four-putt,

unheart of from him. It has given the others a little bit of hope,

including Rory McIlroy, should shot one of the few rounds under par on a

testing and difficult day. Jordan Spieth reckons this could be a

battle and a real challenge between the two of them from here on in.

Hopefully the next couple of days bring outs one of the better battles

that have ever happened here. That have would be a lot of fun if I was

a part of that. Rory's proving himself in Middle Ages. We have a

Green Jacket already. It could be a lot of fun for the both of us even

though it will be a grind. Jordan is the defending champion and he's

playing great here. He's very comfortable on this golf course. I

feel like I've got some unfinished business here over the past few

years. Yeah, I would look forward to it. Jordan is playing very, very

well. If I were to have a battle with him, the next two days, I would

enjoy it and hopefully I could come out on top. Only seven men under

par, Rory and Jordan will be paired together in the final pairing for

the first time ever at a weekend. We'll be live to share in all of it.

coverage of round 3. Of course, the final round tomorrow, when the Green

Some fighters never get a shot of the world title.

Anthony Joshua has his chance sooner than many expected.

Just 15 professional fights later he can become the first reigning

Olympic heavyweight champion to become a world champion too.

When you mention it it gets my blood boiling.

But I've got to keep a lid on it and just do what I do.

If I can do that, all the rewards are going to come after.

For the man who sells his fights, he's the golden ticket.

It doesn't really matter who you are, you just

through to bantamweight, and there are more coming through.

But a former champ is in no doubt which name is on the list.

Josh is going to transcend the sport and become a superstar.

I'm probably a little bit biased, he's a good friend of mine,

but look at him, he's a physical specimen.

It's down to him now, and he's got the right mindset.

The mindset will be keeping that unbeaten record, but the same

goes for the American, so as they say in boxing...
