Good afternoon and welcome to the results show.

An Easter extravaganza of scores, reports, results and analysis.

There are promotion and relegation places and playoff spots

still to be decided, and by the end of the show we might

even know who the winners of the Championship are.

Plenty of issues for our football eggheads in the studio

They are Pat Nevin and Michael Stewart.

First, though, let's find out what's happening around the nation.

Ibrox, Rangers are told to Partick Thistle the scorer, 2-0. We have a

are playing well and more importantly points in the league,

whether it happens today or not, I think the Hibs fans are becoming

relaxed. Certainly the win that game is going, Falkirk will not give up

easily. They would like to get this is going, Falkirk will not give up

out of the way before the semifinal? Especially the way the game has

panned out so far, comfortably winning at home and it looked like

Falkirk were going to get three points, they have all things back to

the draw, they are ready. They will want to get that championship

celebrated and that would be a good way to build up to the semifinal

next week. Always a very difficult game. If it comes off this trophy,

then... If it is a drop then Hibs win the league anyway. Not

necessarily! You have to wait for the other results later today. With

Ayr and Dundee. There you go! You are depressing me. I thought it was

a draw for Falkirk. Hibs are not going to draw today. Three each?

Into the Premiership. We have been watching pictures about the moment

of controversy, Fir Park, this was a crucial time in the match. The Scott

because Dundee, one goal down to Hamilton, they will drop into second

bottom spot. This could be the seventh defeat in a row for Dundee.

They don't always play terribly. But when it is not going away, they are

dropping down, looking at everybody else having a good go. And as I

look, I can see a change! Bad to worse for Dundee. And from good to

look, I can see a change! Bad to better for Hamilton, another goal?

With six minutes remaining, Hamilton have gone 2-0 in front, as the

captain, Mike Devlin, unmarked inside the six yard box, on the end

because there were no goals by Michael Marnoch and Hearts played at

Ian Cathro, he said it was not acceptable as well. Well, confidence

comes from results and you heard him saying confidence is a bit low and

that is understandable but last night I heard him talking about how

they dominated the first half without creating chances and that is

would give them confidence and belief going into next season but

in the season if you get a point against Hearts, you probably are

quietly happy, there were opportunities and Boyd takes 34

chances in the game and he would generally take one of them but

between now and the enter the season, I no doubt that Kilmarnock

will be fine. They have a gap after that point and I think it is a big

point. Not only the fact they have that question, the same thing with

Hearts, if you look at commander, the performances are better, they

will feel confident they can steer themselves out of trouble. Two teams

have had wholesale changes this season, management and playing

staff. To be fair, not the only ones, Motherwell, those changes have

made a difference and also today! It can change in one game. I no Lee

McCulloch very well, he is so likeable, but sometimes you need

more than that, some people you think, the guys will do this for

them, he was one of them, they respect him but I don't remember

anyone in a dressing room with Lee talking about him who has not

fouled, great lad, I will work. The Aberdeen players are working for

Derek McInnis, 2-1 pub away to St Johnstone, they haven't enjoyed the

best results against them recently. I was not even slightly spooked but

that Rangers result, I thought they were playing OK, 3-0. Then that

nightmare for minutes, that can happen. In the wider context, that

run is very good. Not overly concerned. People were talking about

whether Rangers can catch Aberdeen, I never thought that was going to

happen, Aberdeen and a good side and a score a lot of goals. That is a

tough place to go, McDiarmid Park, they will be delighted so far. Derek

McInnes before the game talked about the perception, Saint Johnstone have

been a bogey for them and the season, undefeated against Saint

Johnstone, they have not conceded until today, this is the first goal

this season, they have turned things around and today was big because

yes, the game against Rangers was an unforeseen result the way it had

gone but that was a psychological blow. To go to McDiarmid Park and

look like three points is very big for them. Rangers, 2-0 against

Partick Thistle. I thought they would give them a fright? The

pressure is off. Rangers at home are usually a different thing. Kenny

pressure is off. Rangers at home are Miller! He keeps on being the story.

The last Emma Hurd, he has not been given the contract yet, but if you

look at somebody's H, but to be fair, he has kept on doing it all

the way through the season, he looks magnificent. Worst case, Kenny slows

and use them as an impact. Definitely, the point about if he

does come off a little bit, you can still use them, even not as impact,

even for only 20 games in the season, you will still get enough of

a benefit from keeping Kenny Miller at the club and I think if he goes,

a benefit from keeping Kenny Miller you will have to replace him and

even if you keep them you will want to improve the squad so letting him

go means you must do more recruitment and when you have

somebody who knows the club, he is a good example to the younger players,

it would be foolish not to at least offer him a contract. They could be

offering him something that he could say, no. It is strange that nothing

against Queen of the South. Can they hang on? 2-0 with ten minutes left,

we might get a draw! The professionalism that Neil has

brought to that team has been pretty good, there have been a lot of

draws. Seven out of the last ten. It should have been so not long ago.

You sometimes have to grind things out. They have grind things out and

this will help Hibs, the fact that the other teams are much of a

muchness. I was talking before about going into the semifinal against the

top team, Hibs have done well against the top-flight but

performances against teams at the top, they have only lost, Dundee

United once, unbeaten against the rest so clearly when you play

against those lesser clubs, with respect, that consistency is

difficult, to keep yourself going, games you are expected to win, but

against the top, that is when Hibs are not their best and if they get

promoted, and there is no doubt... In the next seconds! Have a look at

Hibs against Queen of the South. It has finished 3-0. Hibs are champions

of the championship, after three years in the championship, they are

back in the top-flight Scottish football, goals coming from Darren

McGregor, that double in the first half, the third coming from David

Gray, the captive, two minutes into the second-half. Hibs dominated,

there will be a celebration, 17,054 fans, they are here to party,

Hibernian are back in the Scottish Premiership. You might have worked

out that this means Falkirk did not beat Saint Mirren. Let's get the

Hibs, St Mirren were very classy today in front and the heavily

Bob McHugh on 77 minutes, one minute after coming on, high into the net,

making it a full-time score of 2-2. Up to the Premiership, details and

second-half goals from Scott McDonald and Alan Campbell settling

a brilliant win over Motherwell and with seven points clear at the

bottom. Fantastic Chris Cadden effort followed by a cross off the

post but Inverness impressively came back. Fabulous finish over Samson

from distance. You thought Inverness had the momentum but that was taken

away with McDonald coming off the post, it was cleared from the line

the top, one thing is clear. In the championship, Hibs are promoted

after three seasons, they needed to go up? It was a nightmare when they

not stay, I believe he will and he will stay whatever happens. This is

You want to see Hibs in the Premiership. You want to see the

Amber Derby. It is a great fixture. Hibs getting 17 to 18,000 people on

the ground, head on the back of the Scottish Cup Abberley rallied behind

the club. I don't see why you won't see similar numbers to that. That is

all good for Scottish football as far as I am concerned. Right now

Monday. Swansea City the other team on the bottom. Not much action in

the championship today. There are matches on Monday. If Brighton

Hove Albion win their game against with -- Wigan and Huddersfield Town,

and Brighton Ann Clwyd Albion will be promoted. Back to Scotland's, and

one championship match still to be played this evening. The club now at

the bottom at home to Dundee United. It kicks off at 5:13pm. I will let

our reporters at the scene of Somerset. Not the biggest crowd in

the world here this evening. With things in the championship clearing

up today, there is no doubt to this is important for. A win for them

tonight against Dundee United would put them to within a point of

Dumbarton and St Mirren. That would be huge for Matt --. They have only

won twice in six games and they have not beaten Dundee United at all in

the three games they have played already this season. It is a big

challenge. They have made three changes. Michael Rose, Craig

McGaughey and Gary Harkins coming into the starting XI. For Dundee

United, they could go second they when here tonight and that would be

a big result for them, but they also are not the greatest of form. Only

two wins in eight matches. I have made one change, which was enforced

on them. This could be a good game. It is a very important game,

especially for a Ayr Utd. It certainly is. Let's start with Ayr

Utd. If they win, they will go one point behind St Mirren. He wanted to

be tight if you were neutral. Ayr Utd or not a bad side. They had a

very good results with a birdie on. They have done well against Hibs.

It's not written off yet. The run that St Mirren have been on, I think

they're probably going to be safe. We know there are no easy games in

that league. If you don't approach it with the right attitude. Dundee

United, that's really interesting. We kind of know who the three teams

are going to be. I think we are pretty confidence. But you want to

be the top. It makes a massive difference. And if you think about

it, just a couple of weeks ago, Dundee had a terrible run, drifted

away. Morton had lost a chance to get seconds, but here you are, this

game kicking off later. If they win, they go into second place. That

would be a real boost to them, to know they have had a terrible run

but have the chance of finishing second. Finishing second is a real

positive, a massive difference. In terms of the number of games you are

going to play, it gives you a much better opportunity. When Falkirk got

through the games last season, they were just wiped out completely. It's

really important that people... You are tired at the end of the season

and you go and add another four games, it is relatively hard. Let's

turn our attention to being Bush and the league. The first much we look

at is the second placed Tottenham against Bournemouth. Spurs took less

time to work out Bournemouth than some children sobbing Easter egg

Hunt puzzles this weekend. Dembele the Man of the Match had all week --

Palace are seven points above the relegation zone, and Leicester at

didn't. The players are adamant that it wasn't over the line. One of

their players told me it definitely wasn't. Devastated. Bring it from

us. It was a disastrous start to the game for you. The way your players

came back must have given you a lot of hope that you might want to get

that win. Yeah, we stopped doing what we were doing well, that was

passing it from back. We panicked a bit which was disappointing. Credit

to them. The majority of them. An outstanding game. We've got to deal

with crosses. Every time a cross comes in the box, it is causing us a

problem. We work on this so much as well. I can't take responsibility

for that. It is the players have got to pick up their cross when it comes
