Good evening. Some live the weather up and down the country. Later on

this week, southern parts could be badly affected. Across the north,

it is blowing a gale. Some rain and snow. Most of the snow on the high

grounds. To the south, heavy, squally showers. Inland, it could

well turn to sleet or snow. Moving out of Wales into parts of England.

Cold everywhere, despite some sunshine. In the wind, it will feel

chilly. Still, a mixture of rain and snow across central and

southern parts of Scotland. Maybe turning back to rain again. That

sort of day makes forecasting difficult. Across Northern Ireland,

there will be dry spells, chilly, with the risk of snow. Across the

south, rain, hail and snow on the moors. As we go through the day,

some places will see whole clusters of showers. Others will see

sunshine. Regional variation across the UK. Wherever your, despite the

sunshine, it will be cold. -- or wherever you are. Tomorrow night,

it looks like we will see some nasty weather across southern parts.

Potentially some wet weather. Possibly some very, very strong

wind. The worst of that will clear out of the way as be going to

Thursday. Thursday will be brighter for many but there will be wintry

showers. At the end of the week, we're really challenged,

forecasting-wise. The atmosphere is volatile. The precise track of that

low will make all the difference. On Thursday night, it could go

across Wales, the Midlands and East Anglia. If that happens, we could

well see some damaging winds to the south of that. This could be the
