On the programme this evening, a Labour divide | :00:00. | :00:00.
Jeremy Corbyn sides with Unions urging the Mayor to reopen | :00:00. | :00:08.
I think there's a need to have a ticket office, particularly in the | :00:09. | :00:20.
big interchange stations, Heathrow for example. That's surely something | :00:21. | :00:21.
that can be discussed. It | :00:22. | :00:25.
comes as more tube strikes After dozens of Heathrow flights are | :00:26. | :00:35.
cancelled, we will have more on the situation. The first snow of the | :00:36. | :00:40.
winter season across London, the first for quite a few months, we | :00:41. | :00:46.
will be asking of Londoners PPR. And could this help solve the housing | :00:47. | :00:51.
crisis? The hall is not for students but for professionals. And La La | :00:52. | :01:00.
Land comes to London. We speak to Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone about | :01:01. | :01:01.
the film that got Hollywood talking. Welcome to BBC London News | :01:02. | :01:12.
with me, Riz Lateef. First tonight: The dispute over | :01:13. | :01:15.
ticket office closures which this week brought the tube network | :01:16. | :01:17.
to a standstill. Millions of commuters affected | :01:18. | :01:27.
travelling to and from work and now it has divided these two. | :01:28. | :01:28.
London's Labour Mayor condemned it - today his party leader refused to. | :01:29. | :01:31.
In fact, Jeremy Corbyn went further and told this programme that | :01:32. | :01:34.
Sadiq Khan should re-open some of the offices. | :01:35. | :01:36.
It comes on the day Unions threatened to step up their action | :01:37. | :01:38.
Here's our Political Editor, Tim Donovan. | :01:39. | :01:48.
He has long been a supporter of their causes and they backed his bed | :01:49. | :01:55.
to be leader but we're busy on the strikes? Earlier this week he said | :01:56. | :02:00.
he would be happy to join a picket line. As regards the current tube | :02:01. | :02:05.
dispute he has not gone that far but today he was clear he sympathises | :02:06. | :02:08.
with union concerns about the closure of ticket offices. Sadiq | :02:09. | :02:19.
Khan has refused to reopen them. That doesn't go far enough the | :02:20. | :02:26.
Labour leader told me today. Is 200 more stuff back into stations and | :02:27. | :02:31.
off? In some places it has helped but in some places it is not enough | :02:32. | :02:36.
and I think there's a need for a ticket offers particularly in big | :02:37. | :02:40.
interchange stations like Heathrow, example. That is surely something | :02:41. | :02:43.
that can be discussed and negotiated. You are saying the Mayor | :02:44. | :02:48.
of London should improve his offer to workers? I am saying that has to | :02:49. | :02:54.
be an agreement. We have put a lot of money into the tube system and | :02:55. | :03:00.
that is good. He has managed to bring forward 24-hour running, well | :03:01. | :03:05.
done, we're going to have a better tube service but they do think a | :03:06. | :03:11.
point to the public telling me that they would like to see ticket | :03:12. | :03:14.
offices. On Monday they may condemned the tube strike. I think | :03:15. | :03:21.
today's strikers causing misery to millions of commuters. The Labour | :03:22. | :03:25.
Leader is not so forthright and today the RMT threatened further | :03:26. | :03:30.
strikes. More talks are due on Monday. I would encourage them to | :03:31. | :03:33.
get around the table as quick as possible because we need a good tube | :03:34. | :03:39.
system in London. Will you tell the union not to strike? The issue is | :03:40. | :03:44.
the two sides are not in agreement over the closure of ticket office is | :03:45. | :03:48.
fundamentally. That is an issue that many of us campaigned on before this | :03:49. | :03:53.
round of disputes took place, so it is not a question of telling people | :03:54. | :03:58.
what to do. It is a question of asking both sides to come together. | :03:59. | :04:06.
Here is something else he is asking. The new US president comes on the | :04:07. | :04:11.
visit with them to London. When he arrives I am sure we are going to | :04:12. | :04:14.
have meaningful conversation, I am appalled by his comments about women | :04:15. | :04:21.
and about minorities in the United States, on Muslims and his proposal | :04:22. | :04:25.
to build a wall between the USA and Mexico. Surely in the 21st century | :04:26. | :04:29.
we can do a little better than that. Will you meet him? Of course and I | :04:30. | :04:34.
am sure we will have an interesting discussion. I have invited him to | :04:35. | :04:39.
Finsbury Park mosque and I will be happy to receive him and discuss | :04:40. | :04:42.
Islam with him. Any response from him? Not yet, we are awaiting that. | :04:43. | :04:46.
Well, Tim's in the City tonight where the Mayor's making a speech | :04:47. | :04:49.
to politicians and business people in London. | :04:50. | :04:51.
What's his response to the Labour leader's | :04:52. | :04:52.
Sadiq Khan said he commissioned an independent review by the passenger | :04:53. | :05:06.
group which came back and didn't recommend reopening these ticket | :05:07. | :05:12.
offices although it said this process could have been handled any | :05:13. | :05:16.
better way. A process that was of course put in place by Boris | :05:17. | :05:20.
Johnson. Sadiq Khan did not respond directly by name to his leader, but | :05:21. | :05:28.
stresses that from his point of view it is a good deal on the table where | :05:29. | :05:33.
they will ensure safety and they will ensure that they are as more | :05:34. | :05:38.
visibility for people in the station. I should mention, we cannot | :05:39. | :05:44.
blame the Maher for this one, a protest by black cab drivers. The | :05:45. | :05:48.
city is about to ban them from this junction. What else are you | :05:49. | :05:52.
expecting to hear from Sadiq Khan tonight in his speech? This speech, | :05:53. | :05:58.
and it is the first time he had made this speech to the annual shindig. | :05:59. | :06:03.
London politicians and business leaders, it will be about growing | :06:04. | :06:07.
that economy post Brexit. He has said it will create a new industrial | :06:08. | :06:11.
strategy for the London to feed into the government and really that is | :06:12. | :06:14.
just a way of rebooting and rebranding his campaign. This is | :06:15. | :06:18.
against the potential effects of Brexit and it has to be said that | :06:19. | :06:23.
the audience will be largely sympathetic to that, a large number | :06:24. | :06:27.
from the financial sector who are concerned particularly in this area | :06:28. | :06:28.
about the effect of Brexit. You're watching BBC | :06:29. | :06:29.
London News, coming up later. Paying tribute to former England | :06:30. | :06:31.
manager, Graham Taylor who put We hear from one | :06:32. | :06:34.
of his star strikers. I am not sure what it is looking out | :06:35. | :06:54.
for you are but we have been warned all week that the first heavy | :06:55. | :06:56.
snowfall was to hit the capital today and it has already started in | :06:57. | :06:58.
some areas. But let's cross to Wendy Hurrell | :06:59. | :06:59.
who's in Primrose Hill. Has it arrived where | :07:00. | :07:01.
you are yet, Wendy? What do we expect? Up here on | :07:02. | :07:11.
Primrose Hill it is a really unpleasant mix of sleet and wet | :07:12. | :07:16.
snow. It has settled a little bit underfoot and there is a perishing | :07:17. | :07:21.
wind blowing. Right across London and the Home Counties, similar sorts | :07:22. | :07:28.
of pictures. Some having fun. Lewis the dog in Barnet quite enjoying | :07:29. | :07:35.
himself and other pictures all very similar wet snow coming down and it | :07:36. | :07:38.
is in place is starting to settle underfoot as well. It is not all | :07:39. | :07:43.
fine and I expect some people are having none of that. It is adding | :07:44. | :07:48.
disruption to the transport system already with Heathrow cancelling | :07:49. | :07:53.
around 80 flights to free up space is on the schedule as there are | :07:54. | :07:57.
delays because of the weather, Gatwick has cancelled five flights | :07:58. | :08:00.
and the advice as always as to check before you travel. Aside from | :08:01. | :08:09.
flights what about trains and roads? TEFL says they are well rehearsed | :08:10. | :08:15.
when it comes to this kind of thing. The letters about this evening and | :08:16. | :08:21.
TEFL says it has enough great to put down on London's roads every day for | :08:22. | :08:24.
the next six months and wheel that will not be necessary! They will be | :08:25. | :08:29.
getting key areas to keep it running and they will be the icing trains on | :08:30. | :08:34.
the rails to keep that running but a lot of work to do, not least on the | :08:35. | :08:41.
outskirts of London. On the Metropolitan line and others they | :08:42. | :08:48.
are exposed rural areas so we have to be doubly careful to make sure we | :08:49. | :08:52.
have that covered, so all the de-icing trains are running and we | :08:53. | :08:56.
are creditable. I am not the only one that has had my nose pressed up | :08:57. | :08:59.
against the window pane today waiting for the rain to turn to | :09:00. | :09:02.
snow. The weather watchers have been as well, and you can see some of the | :09:03. | :09:08.
pictures they have started sending into the site. Everything underfoot | :09:09. | :09:14.
you can see, this slush, is going to turn to ice so that is the next | :09:15. | :09:17.
thing to worry about but he will have forecast later to give you more | :09:18. | :09:22.
on that. Get back in the warm! Thank you. | :09:23. | :09:24.
Chelsea Football Club's plans to get bigger have been given the go-ahead. | :09:25. | :09:27.
The local council has approved proposals for Stamford Bridge to be | :09:28. | :09:29.
demolished to make way for the new 60,000-seater | :09:30. | :09:31.
stadium - which would take three years to build. | :09:32. | :09:33.
The final say though - will be down to the Mayor of London. | :09:34. | :09:36.
One step closer to building this, Chelsea football club given | :09:37. | :09:51.
permission by the council to build its new 60,000 seat stadium. We have | :09:52. | :09:55.
worked hard with Chelsea to make sure we minimise disruption to our | :09:56. | :10:00.
residents. That has been a priority and I think we have got the balance | :10:01. | :10:05.
right. They are not just going to be a football stadium but an integral | :10:06. | :10:09.
part of this community. It is going to be very good for Hammersmith and | :10:10. | :10:13.
Fulham. The redevelopment of Stamford Bridge will cost the owner | :10:14. | :10:18.
?500 million, but the club has been wanting to compete in size with | :10:19. | :10:22.
those of their Premier League rivals for several years. Arsenal built | :10:23. | :10:26.
their stadium more than ten years ago and West Ham moved into the new | :10:27. | :10:30.
ground last summer, and cotton are currently building a | :10:31. | :10:35.
state-of-the-art stadium. Chelsea's new home will increase capacity by | :10:36. | :10:37.
more than 20,000 than the fans are excited. If they want to attract the | :10:38. | :10:47.
top talent within the nation and Europe as a whole, it is good for | :10:48. | :10:53.
them so they can attract the talent and win trophies along the way. I | :10:54. | :10:57.
think they just need more seats on the ground to compete with other big | :10:58. | :11:02.
clubs like Tottenham and Arsenal. The players are always working hard | :11:03. | :11:05.
to ensure they make the fans happy, so I believe it is a way to generate | :11:06. | :11:13.
more funds to give them support and it is good for the fans and players | :11:14. | :11:18.
as well. The new stadium will be built on the existing Stamford | :11:19. | :11:21.
Bridge site and is expected to take three years meaning they will be | :11:22. | :11:24.
playing away from home while the builders move on. Sadiq Khan now has | :11:25. | :11:29.
14 days to decide whether to give Chelsea the green light, affording | :11:30. | :11:34.
more fans the opportunity to get close to their heroes. | :11:35. | :11:35.
Southern Railway guards are to stage another strike in their long-running | :11:36. | :11:38.
Members of the RMT union will walk out for 24 hours on January 23, | :11:39. | :11:42.
the day before drivers go on strike again in protest at | :11:43. | :11:45.
Westminster council has confirmed its to move | :11:46. | :11:52.
all of its homeless people out of the borough - the first | :11:53. | :11:55.
London council to publicly admit it's doing so. | :11:56. | :11:57.
Westminster Council says people can be waiting for social housing | :11:58. | :11:59.
for more than ten years - and difficult choices | :12:00. | :12:01.
From next month, residents in temporary accommodation will be | :12:02. | :12:04.
relocated to permanent homes elsewhere in the capital- | :12:05. | :12:06.
500 rooms with shared areas for socialising. | :12:07. | :12:15.
Sounds like a Student halls of residence. | :12:16. | :12:17.
But with an acute shortage of housing in the capital - | :12:18. | :12:19.
this place in north west London was set up as affordable homes | :12:20. | :12:22.
It only opened last summer and now there is a waiting list. | :12:23. | :12:43.
In some ways, it is like a well-designed student | :12:44. | :12:47.
Ed Thomas runs things here and claims it is the world's | :12:48. | :12:52.
biggest co living space and offers a lot more than just a room to rent. | :12:53. | :12:56.
This is the bar, and here is the restaurant. | :12:57. | :12:59.
On the seventh floor, this is a library. | :13:00. | :13:06.
Every night, there is something to do. | :13:07. | :13:07.
We have a jam-packed events schedule. | :13:08. | :13:10.
Every Friday we have community drinks. | :13:11. | :13:13.
We are trying to change the way that young | :13:14. | :13:15.
professionals live in the | :13:16. | :13:16.
It is a natural progression from university. | :13:17. | :13:21.
Not so long ago, single living in London might have | :13:22. | :13:23.
meant a bedsit, which inspired a popular song. | :13:24. | :13:34.
But many in this new community believe that they will | :13:35. | :13:37.
Meet Ruth and Toby and they are shared space | :13:38. | :13:47.
They each have a private room with a shower, toilet | :13:48. | :13:51.
It costs Ruth ?900 a month and she prefers it to a flat share. | :13:52. | :14:02.
It is developed version, like the older version | :14:03. | :14:04.
And the drummer who pays ?1200 a month | :14:05. | :14:13.
for his shared room, says he has never known a place like it. | :14:14. | :14:18.
You have all these residential spaces in | :14:19. | :14:21.
the building where you can work and build up momentum. | :14:22. | :14:27.
It is the answer to the housing crisis. | :14:28. | :14:30.
It is the kind of place where we have come in | :14:31. | :14:33.
the middle gap before we climb onto the property ladder. | :14:34. | :14:38.
The people behind this development say they | :14:39. | :14:40.
will build two more in Canary Wharf and Stratford but of course it is | :14:41. | :14:43.
Do you ever have any misbehaving? When you put hundreds of people in | :14:44. | :14:59.
one big building it is inevitable that if things get loud we will come | :15:00. | :15:03.
and tell people to be quiet. People are very respectful of that. The | :15:04. | :15:07.
people behind this development say they are now going to build two | :15:08. | :15:11.
more, in Canary Wharf and Stratford, so good this catch on across London? | :15:12. | :15:18.
It is quite different financially and socially from the traditional | :15:19. | :15:23.
way a flat has been marketed, but I do see an expansion of this kind of | :15:24. | :15:30.
model. But of course it is not for everyone. The bar manager reverses | :15:31. | :15:36.
on house year. It doesn't really appeal to me, I have been a student | :15:37. | :15:39.
before around ?1000 a month is a lot for rent. The hundreds here seem to | :15:40. | :15:44.
like it and of course it is potentially lucrative for the owner. | :15:45. | :15:49.
This building could no generator and ?6 million a year in rent. | :15:50. | :15:51.
We take a look at what the journey of building Crossrail - | :15:52. | :15:56.
unearthed along the way - including beneath one of London's | :15:57. | :15:58.
Tributes are being paid to the former England | :15:59. | :16:08.
and Watford manager - Graham Taylor who died | :16:09. | :16:10.
During his ten years at Watford one of his star strikers | :16:11. | :16:14.
was Luther Blissett who joins from his home in Aylesbury now. | :16:15. | :16:27.
He is being remembered as the England manager by some, as Aston | :16:28. | :16:34.
Villa manager by others but it is without doubt that many fans will | :16:35. | :16:39.
remember him as the greatest manager of Watford. Two spells, the first | :16:40. | :16:45.
1977, approached by Elton John who apparently initially wanted Bobby | :16:46. | :16:47.
Moore but got Graham incident. Five seasons and three promotions | :16:48. | :16:49.
later, Watford had finished second in was was then called | :16:50. | :16:51.
the First Division, ahead of Manchester United, | :16:52. | :16:54.
and qualified for the UEFA Cup. The Hornets were also FA | :16:55. | :16:56.
Cup finalists with him He then had a second spell | :16:57. | :16:58.
as manager between 1996 and 2001 - which included getting promoted | :16:59. | :17:02.
to the Premier League. He was honorary club | :17:03. | :17:04.
president up until his death. One of the many players who achieved | :17:05. | :17:18.
success and the hem is Luther Blissett. He gave a responsibility | :17:19. | :17:25.
to Olivers in the dressing room to be in control of ourselves and each | :17:26. | :17:31.
other. On the pitch, he gave us the freedom to go out and played in a | :17:32. | :17:35.
manner that brought the best out of what we had and we had some very | :17:36. | :17:39.
good attacking players, so his game was let's make those players be the | :17:40. | :17:43.
ones that go out and make history for the club. He did that and helped | :17:44. | :17:51.
many a player. Must have been a very special relationship between a | :17:52. | :17:53.
manager and his star striker. Is the club planning to pay a tribute to | :17:54. | :18:00.
him in the runway. The understanding of that will be the case this | :18:01. | :18:01.
weekend. Yes, the club has released | :18:02. | :18:01.
a statement today saying - that the club is in a state | :18:02. | :18:04.
of mourning at the shock death of its most successful | :18:05. | :18:07.
and greatest ever manager. The club extends its deepest | :18:08. | :18:09.
sympathies to Graham's wife, Rita, their daughters, | :18:10. | :18:11.
grandchildren and other Together with Sir Elton John, | :18:12. | :18:13.
Graham built Watford FC. We will treasure the legacy | :18:14. | :18:17.
he created and honour him He actually had a stand | :18:18. | :18:19.
at Vicarage Road officially renamed Watford are playing | :18:20. | :18:25.
Middlesborough this Saturday. The club are making plans to pay | :18:26. | :18:35.
tribute to Graham Taylor then - with among other things a minute's | :18:36. | :18:38.
applause in his memory. So many warm tributes today. Thank | :18:39. | :18:55.
you. Seven years of digging beneath the capital was bound to unleash | :18:56. | :18:58.
revelations about London's past. The construction of the new cross | :18:59. | :18:59.
rail line has seen It's uncovered plague pits, | :19:00. | :19:01.
roman ruins and now artefacts dating He had at Tottenham Court Road, we | :19:02. | :19:13.
are sitting out the station, so installing escalators and lifts and | :19:14. | :19:18.
cladding and Crossrail as a whole has completed panelling and is about | :19:19. | :19:25.
80% done. Crossrail is no less than two years away and things are taking | :19:26. | :19:30.
shape. It is in with the new but when you spend seven years digging | :19:31. | :19:33.
beneath the streets of London, you are bound to unearth some very old, | :19:34. | :19:41.
interesting objects. In the early stages of the project we had to | :19:42. | :19:45.
demolish buildings in central London and this created a unique | :19:46. | :19:48.
opportunity for the archaeologists to come on board and deck in the | :19:49. | :19:53.
central London sites. As part of that they found thousands of | :19:54. | :19:57.
artefacts, everything from plague victims to prehistoric stone tools. | :19:58. | :20:01.
Today above ground you can see the scale of the site where the new | :20:02. | :20:05.
Elizabeth Lane station will be. This site has quite a history. The famous | :20:06. | :20:11.
story nightclub and music venue was here before it was knocked down and | :20:12. | :20:17.
before that, between 1830 and 1931 there was a food factory which leads | :20:18. | :20:23.
us on to one of the most remarkable discoveries of the project. The food | :20:24. | :20:30.
factory belonged to the company Crosse and Blackwell. Hundreds of | :20:31. | :20:35.
pots and jars were found in a vault. Got one of the most famous products | :20:36. | :20:40.
that they launched, Peta Lily. The project has helped archaeologists | :20:41. | :20:45.
discover more about the palates of Victorians. Principally we have | :20:46. | :20:51.
found bottles and jars to do with their manufacturing of jam and | :20:52. | :20:55.
marmalade, but we also found how important the manufacturing of | :20:56. | :21:00.
Indian pickles and chutneys were, and she was they were manufacturing | :21:01. | :21:12.
my brass -- madras curry powders and pastes. | :21:13. | :21:23.
We are sort of a snow watch so let's go back to Primrose Hill where we | :21:24. | :21:30.
can get the latest because we hear things are developing elsewhere. | :21:31. | :21:36.
Yes, quite possibly. I think you just wanted to see me looking | :21:37. | :21:40.
freezing again! It is snowing up here, right across London and the | :21:41. | :21:44.
Home Counties as well. It is settling in places, even in central | :21:45. | :21:50.
London, and while we have been up here, the wind has increased in | :21:51. | :21:54.
strength and is better. I can't feel my legs. I suspect there will be | :21:55. | :22:00.
greater problems than there will be in central London because the snow | :22:01. | :22:03.
was going to settle in a few places. The other thing to mention is that | :22:04. | :22:07.
everything wet underfoot is going to start to freeze. This now and the | :22:08. | :22:12.
cloud overhead will eventually clear, probably by 8pm and you will | :22:13. | :22:18.
hear more later, but that will clear that this is all going to freeze so | :22:19. | :22:22.
really treacherous driving conditions first thing tomorrow | :22:23. | :22:25.
especially on the roads that don't get great, the minor roads, but TSL | :22:26. | :22:32.
say they are keeping London moving and they have tonnes and tonnes, and | :22:33. | :22:36.
after last is everyday for five months although we hope that is not | :22:37. | :22:42.
the case, and they have also got the de-icing drains out across the | :22:43. | :22:48.
network, especially the bits of the route outside of London on the | :22:49. | :22:52.
outskirts, because cities they are they might find there are | :22:53. | :22:54.
difficulties in two tomorrow morning. It is also worth noting | :22:55. | :22:59.
that when you head off to work tomorrow morning as well as the ice | :23:00. | :23:04.
there will perhaps be a little more snowfall, so we haven't got knee | :23:05. | :23:08.
deep snow, but this kind of weather is pretty unusual and I think the | :23:09. | :23:11.
last time it settled in any great amount was around about the early | :23:12. | :23:17.
2013 mark, and just a slightly or two last years we are not used to | :23:18. | :23:22.
this kind of thing, might be fun for the cats but not much fun upon the | :23:23. | :23:35.
hell. We feel awful you are! Some last! You are here in the studio and | :23:36. | :23:41.
warmings clearly of ice that she mentioned and of course tomorrow | :23:42. | :23:42.
morning's commute. That is going to be the problem over | :23:43. | :23:51.
the next 12 hours or so, things are going to be freezing on the ground | :23:52. | :23:55.
and tomorrow on the roads again it will be icy. We are hardy capital | :23:56. | :24:03.
and we will get through this, fairly unusual but it happens. Just a | :24:04. | :24:07.
little bit of snow on the way but it is the ice that could be the real | :24:08. | :24:11.
problem. The yellow warning is still in force from the Met office. | :24:12. | :24:19.
Another hour or snow of some snow. This massive cloud you can see | :24:20. | :24:24.
crossing the south, very different to what is happening across northern | :24:25. | :24:28.
parts of the UK. You can see the rain and snow mixing and by around | :24:29. | :24:33.
about 8pm the leading edge of that band of winter the weather clears | :24:34. | :24:37.
out of the way and we might see one or two flakes of snow still falling | :24:38. | :24:41.
through the Z the course of the early hours, but that is pretty much | :24:42. | :24:49.
it, so the main Hazzard, I want to reiterate, is the iciness and that | :24:50. | :24:54.
could be even in zone one, so not just the outskirts. Watching this | :24:55. | :25:01.
next little band of weather, just about the second half of the | :25:02. | :25:06.
rush-hour, and it may not look like an awful lot but the grounds will be | :25:07. | :25:12.
frozen and then we get a fresh dusting of snow so that is a | :25:13. | :25:16.
slippery combination so take it steady if you're travelling | :25:17. | :25:19.
tomorrow. The weather itself is not looking too bad, plenty of bright | :25:20. | :25:24.
weather around but it will be called with a temperature around about | :25:25. | :25:30.
five, and a strong wind blowing particularly towards the east of the | :25:31. | :25:35.
capital. Gale force winds out to sea and once again Friday evening, we | :25:36. | :25:41.
can see the blue, so Saturday another frosty one and I think | :25:42. | :25:45.
Saturday after a bright and crisp day, that is pretty much it for now. | :25:46. | :25:51.
As far as this cold snap is concerned. By the time we get to | :25:52. | :25:57.
Sunday, it looks as though milder wetter weather will be sweeping and | :25:58. | :25:58.
that is it for now. A former MI6 officer has gone | :25:59. | :26:04.
into hiding after being named as the source of the latest | :26:05. | :26:08.
allegations against President He produced a dossier | :26:09. | :26:10.
last year which included unverified allegations | :26:11. | :26:13.
of compromising activities. Investigators have announced that | :26:14. | :26:16.
a total of 23 people and organisations could face | :26:17. | :26:18.
prosecution in connection Files have been passed | :26:19. | :26:20.
to the CPS which will decide Tributes have been paid | :26:21. | :26:27.
to the former England and Watford football manager, | :26:28. | :26:32.
Graham Taylor, who's died at the age of 72 - | :26:33. | :26:34.
from a suspected heart attack. The leader of the Labour Party | :26:35. | :26:39.
Jeremy Corbyn has called on the Mayor of London to re-open | :26:40. | :26:41.
ticket offices in And arctic weather is causing | :26:42. | :26:43.
disruption across parts of the UK, with snow and ice expected | :26:44. | :26:49.
in London tonight. Around 80 flights were | :26:50. | :26:52.
cancelled at Heathrow. Keep up to date with the latest | :26:53. | :26:58.
on the weather on our website and feel free to send us your pics | :26:59. | :27:01.
