Norwich City have announced a major revamp of the club


ahead of today's 2-0 win over Barnsley.


to be replaced by a sporting director and head coach.


Former finance director Steve Stone becomes managing director.


Chairman Ed Balls says they need a new direction.


As seasons go, it's all been a bit of a damp squib.


Today, they got it, with the chairman announcing


A sporting director, managing director, and the new head coach.


We are looking to make sure that we have a coach who can really


motivate and pick and drive a team to get us up.


But also a sporting director who can work with the manager and make sure


Last week, it was the manager sacked,


And his position is seemingly gone for good.


Splitting it between a managing director that's got the business


focus and a sporting director that's got the football focus


But what it particularly gives me time to do is actually looking


from a fan's point of view and the engagement of fans.

I think that's all right, providing the director


and the manager can really speak as one.


Really whoever the new sporting director is needs somebody that

Norwich aren't out of the promotion race just yet, but today

Four people have been taken to hospital after


Witham Leisure Centre had to be evacuated at 11:30 this


morning after two chemicals were mixed accidently.


Eight people were treated with breathing difficulties,


and the swimming pool at the centre remains closed.


The Polish Ambassador has been in Harlow today for the unveiling


of a mural designed to celebrate the town's diversity.


It follows the death of Arek Joswik last year.


On Harlow's walls, the faces of people who live here.


Street art saying, this is a tolerant town.


We want to show everyone who is here that


everyone is welcome, that Harlow is a tolerant, kind town.


It doesn't matter what your background is, we


The Polish community thrive in this town.


The Polish flag flying, the Polish ambassador here.


A tribute to Arek Jozwik, a Pole who died in the town last year.

This mural is showing that Harlow is an open place for


diversity, and open to different nations.


The wall, the work of a Polish artist.


The title of the piece is We Are All in the Same Boat and the


message would be that, just relax, guys,


Let's do things together and let's live together


peacefully and quietly. And let's appreciate life.

Football now, and in the Championship,


Ipswich lost 3-1 at Cardiff, but Norwich beat Barnsley 2-0,


which leaves them five points from the pack.


In League One, defeat for Northampton, MK beat Coventry 1-0,


Peterborough vs Oldham was 1-1, and Southend came from 2-0 down


to beat Walsall 3-2, which puts them back


In Two, Cambridge got a winner at Cheltenham,


Colchester lost 2-0 at Crewe, Luton again Exeter was 1-1,


and Stevenage beat Portsmouth 3-0, which leaves them in fourth

It has been a rather cloudy day today, but we saw some spells


of brightness and sunshine a bit earlier on.


The cloud is going to thicken this evening and we are likely to see


a few patches of light rain and drizzle.


But other than that, a mostly dry night to come.


Mild, too, to start the day off tomorrow.


10 or 11 Celsius, and we've still got that westerly


wind that is actually going to pick up tomorrow.


Lots of low cloud around through the morning, but the wind


Get some spells of brightness and sunshine at times.


And in the best of that, we could be looking at highs


We might get a bit more patchy rain and drizzle as we head


into Sunday evening, but nothing heavier than that.


There will, however, be some proper rain


on Monday - quite a wet start to the new working week.


Still mild, it will turn cooler and brighter on Tuesday.
