Good evening and welcome to BBC Look North. | :00:00. | :00:00.
Business booms and Hull sparkles as it become the UK City of Culture. | :00:00. | :00:12.
We a had group of four people in this morning that have come from | :00:13. | :00:16.
Swansea for the full three days just because it was City of Culture. | :00:17. | :00:19.
There is criticism as the last surviving Dambuster is snubbed | :00:20. | :00:22.
The former soldier sent a ?4,000 bill for care by hospital bosses | :00:23. | :00:30.
It is disgusting that they still think I am an overseas visitor and | :00:31. | :00:37.
A sweet start to the New Year - the centuries old tradition | :00:38. | :00:46.
still taking place in East Yorkshire. | :00:47. | :00:54.
And a cold, sunny day to come tomorrow, but it will be windy for | :00:55. | :01:00.
some. I will be back later in the all of the details. | :01:01. | :01:10.
This weekend saw a remarkable start to Hull's year as City of Culture, | :01:11. | :01:13.
as tens of thousands of people flooded into the city | :01:14. | :01:16.
The banks of the Humber were packed as a spectacular fireworks display | :01:17. | :01:20.
marked the start of the celebrations on New Year s Day. | :01:21. | :01:23.
Hotels were full and businesses say they were inundated with people. | :01:24. | :01:25.
In a moment we'll hear from the man responsible, but first, | :01:26. | :01:28.
our Culture Correspondent Anne-Marie Tasker has this report. | :01:29. | :01:33.
Day three of City of Culture and the crowds keep coming. | :01:34. | :01:37.
Tonight, Queen Victoria Square was once again packed with people | :01:38. | :01:41.
watching the light and sound spectacular, part of the week-long | :01:42. | :01:43.
And that's benefitting businesses across the city. | :01:44. | :01:52.
Many cafes and hotels say they have seen a huge increase in custom. | :01:53. | :02:01.
We had a lot of people in last night from the made in Hull. They have | :02:02. | :02:09.
done the wok. People are coming back with relatives at the weekend just | :02:10. | :02:13.
to come and see it. It is just fantastic. We have seen an increase | :02:14. | :02:17.
in football in this area, people have been visiting the dock, the | :02:18. | :02:22.
fruit market regeneration. We had a group of four people in this morning | :02:23. | :02:25.
who had come from Swansea for the full three days just because it is | :02:26. | :02:29.
After fighting among revellers on New Year's Eve in Hull, | :02:30. | :02:32.
not all the press coverage has been positive. | :02:33. | :02:34.
But elsewhere, City of Culture has put the city in the headlines | :02:35. | :02:37.
for all the right reasons, telling the whole country | :02:38. | :02:39.
We didn't really need the City of Culture to tell us we have culture | :02:40. | :02:47.
in Hull, it is just telling the world we have already known. This | :02:48. | :02:51.
secret is out. They can come Nyhan cherub with us. It is no longer just | :02:52. | :02:56.
hours, we are sharing it with the world. | :02:57. | :02:57.
In fact, it's even made it into the news | :02:58. | :03:01.
Part of the opening event shows people from Hull posing | :03:02. | :03:04.
in their favourite film roles, in a project called Hullywood Icons. | :03:05. | :03:07.
It's even got Jim Wardlaw on national TV! | :03:08. | :03:13.
Very surreal. I have had university friends and family and staff ringing | :03:14. | :03:22.
up and saying, just opening the paper and seeing me there, not | :03:23. | :03:27.
realising it was going to be there. Yeah, it has been great. It is great | :03:28. | :03:32.
that we are taking holiday Hollywood, it couldn't be better. | :03:33. | :03:35.
The press has gone crazy, Facebook has gone crazy. Everybody seems to | :03:36. | :03:39.
be joining in and having fun with them, which is great, what it is all | :03:40. | :03:42.
about. Add that to the New Year's Day | :03:43. | :03:45.
fireworks, with an audience of 25,000 people, with tens | :03:46. | :03:48.
of thousands more watching along Organisers say 60,000 people came | :03:49. | :03:51.
into Hull city centre They predict a million extra | :03:52. | :03:54.
visitors will come during 2017 and with crowds still as big | :03:55. | :04:00.
as this, even three days in, Martin Green is the | :04:01. | :04:03.
head of Hull 2017. This afternoon, he was at | :04:04. | :04:15.
the opening of another event, Earlier, I asked him | :04:16. | :04:17.
whether the opening had been When you are making work it's only | :04:18. | :04:21.
50% of a story and it doesn't make We have all been just blown away | :04:22. | :04:30.
by the emotion and the reaction from the crowds that have come | :04:31. | :04:36.
to see Made In Hull. I don't suppose you can put a value | :04:37. | :04:41.
in money terms of the coverage that Hull has had of over the last few | :04:42. | :04:45.
days, can you? We've got people working | :04:46. | :04:50.
behind-the-scenes and at the University of Hull | :04:51. | :04:54.
who in the months to come will put those figures on, but, you know, | :04:55. | :04:57.
people can work out for themselves the voice, the coverage, | :04:58. | :04:59.
the noise that has been around Hull, It's looking really good | :05:00. | :05:05.
for the rest of the year. The thing that has fascinated me | :05:06. | :05:11.
I think more than most is how emotive shining lights | :05:12. | :05:14.
on a building can be. I mean, I have seen people in tears | :05:15. | :05:17.
and I've been reading Well, this, I think, | :05:18. | :05:20.
was the important decision. We all like lights on buildings, | :05:21. | :05:28.
but often that's all it is - It was not until I met | :05:29. | :05:31.
Sean McAllister, the amazing documentary film-maker, | :05:32. | :05:36.
I thought what would happen if you gave it | :05:37. | :05:38.
to him, this mechanism. Then by working with the other | :05:39. | :05:42.
artists, both from Hull and further afield, that is exactly | :05:43. | :05:45.
what they have done - they have used it to tell | :05:46. | :05:47.
these emotive stories, some of which we know, | :05:48. | :05:50.
some of which are new, in vastly different ways as you go | :05:51. | :05:52.
around the city. And you are right, to see people | :05:53. | :05:55.
genuinely moved by what's being played back to them has been | :05:56. | :05:58.
amazingly fulfilling Let me just change the mood | :05:59. | :06:02.
and ask you about The Sun It has upset and hacked-off | :06:03. | :06:08.
a lot of people. People get drunk and moon in every | :06:09. | :06:11.
city on New Year's Eve. Are you cross with the paper, | :06:12. | :06:15.
with this headline of 'Scrapital of Culture' and your logo over | :06:16. | :06:17.
a woman's bottom? Because it is completely unexpected | :06:18. | :06:23.
and completely to form, so the best thing to do | :06:24. | :06:28.
is roll your eyes and ignore it. We know the truth, we know | :06:29. | :06:31.
this city is great. We know that in some ways we are no | :06:32. | :06:34.
different to everybody else and we know that we are also very | :06:35. | :06:37.
special so, do you know what? I have got to ask you, | :06:38. | :06:40.
you hinted earlier today you have Would you like to | :06:41. | :06:46.
tell me what it is? No, because it's one | :06:47. | :06:51.
of the surprise things We are here tonight launching yet | :06:52. | :06:53.
another part of the programme with the University of Hull | :06:54. | :07:00.
and the Brynmor Jones Gallery, with It's going to be a great night | :07:01. | :07:03.
for the University and another huge and important addition | :07:04. | :07:09.
to the cultural story this year. OK, well, I think that's a, "No, | :07:10. | :07:13.
I'm not going to tell you, Peter!" Good to talk to you, Martin, | :07:14. | :07:16.
thank you very much indeed. What do you think of the start | :07:17. | :07:19.
of City of Culture? Did you watch the fireworks or have | :07:20. | :07:27.
you been to Made in Hull? What do you think of | :07:28. | :07:32.
the newspaper coverage - The Sun focusing on New Year s Eve | :07:33. | :07:35.
drunken fights ahead Here's Kofi Smiles with what's | :07:36. | :07:37.
happening this week. 2017 is finally here | :07:38. | :08:16.
and here's what we've got Now, remember, you have got | :08:17. | :08:20.
until Saturday, 7th January to visit 'Made in Hull', | :08:21. | :08:30.
the opening event It's on every afternoon in the city | :08:31. | :08:32.
centre until 7th January. Plus, for a fiver, | :08:33. | :08:39.
you can take 'Pot Luck'. Now, this could be music, | :08:40. | :08:42.
film, spoken word - Just rock up to Fruit on Humber | :08:43. | :08:44.
Street and see what's cooking. Didn't get that 110-tonne bowhead | :08:45. | :08:50.
whale you wanted for Christmas? Well, the Hull School of Art | :08:51. | :08:54.
and Design and Hull University students have teamed up for this | :08:55. | :08:56.
amazing audiovisual display Get up close and personal with one | :08:57. | :08:59.
of the world's largest and longest-living animals, | :09:00. | :09:05.
which allowed Hull to become one of the UK's biggest whaling ports | :09:06. | :09:07.
during the 18th and 19th centuries. On 8th January, Bridlington Spa | :09:08. | :09:12.
have a knees-up in the classiest of fashions as the Manchester Cammarata | :09:13. | :09:15.
are joined by young dancers from East Yorkshire | :09:16. | :09:19.
in the Viennese gala. Every week this year there will be | :09:20. | :09:24.
a new creative challenge. This week, we have been asked | :09:25. | :09:26.
to do a self-portrait There are about ten culture | :09:27. | :09:29.
points-worth on there, yeah? And if you need even more City | :09:30. | :09:36.
of Culture, go to the website A man who says he was abused | :09:37. | :09:39.
by a wealthy Lincolnshire landowner says he hopes his case will help | :09:40. | :09:56.
others affected by Police have reopened | :09:57. | :10:01.
an investigation into Gordon Dawson. The farmer, from Dalby near Spilsby, | :10:02. | :10:06.
was found dead with gunshot wounds in 2007, just hours | :10:07. | :10:10.
after being confronted by police 30 areas of England, | :10:11. | :10:12.
including towns in Lincolnshire, are to get money to build new homes | :10:13. | :10:21.
on old industrial land. The Government says work | :10:22. | :10:24.
will start on thousands They will be sold to young first | :10:25. | :10:26.
time buyers for cheaper The first of the homes are expected | :10:27. | :10:32.
to go on sale next year. Campaigners say they are stunned | :10:33. | :10:39.
and angry that the last surviving dambuster has been ignored | :10:40. | :10:43.
in the New Year's Honours list. There have been calls | :10:44. | :10:45.
for Johnny Johnson to be knighted for his role in the raids, | :10:46. | :10:49.
which flew out of RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire, | :10:50. | :10:53.
and for his charity work. One campaigner says he's written | :10:54. | :10:56.
to the Prime Minister Tennis player Andy Murray | :10:57. | :10:59.
and comedian Ken Dodd - both knighted in the New Year's | :11:00. | :11:09.
honours. But there's disappointment | :11:10. | :11:12.
that Johnny Johnson, the last surviving British veteran | :11:13. | :11:14.
of the famous Dambusters If you are measuring against | :11:15. | :11:30.
contribution to the country or the community, then he should have been | :11:31. | :11:32.
The Dambusters raid was one of the most daring | :11:33. | :11:36.
of the Second World War, with crews in Lancasters dropping | :11:37. | :11:38.
specially-designed bouncing bombs on German dams. | :11:39. | :11:40.
Here, at the International Bomber Command Centre near Lincoln, | :11:41. | :11:42.
the Dambusters are being remembered, but it's director has | :11:43. | :11:47.
told me she believes, at times, the Bomber Boys, | :11:48. | :11:49.
including Johnny Johnson, have been forgotten about. | :11:50. | :11:58.
There has been the general lack of recognition anyway about all of what | :11:59. | :12:05.
bomber commanded, and certainly after the war that was intense. It | :12:06. | :12:10.
It took 70 years for them to get any recognition at all. | :12:11. | :12:13.
In the past, there has been a petition to get Johnny an honour. | :12:14. | :12:19.
I shall feel honoured if I do get the, but it will be for me at all, | :12:20. | :12:26.
it will be for the squadron hampered those who gave their lives. | :12:27. | :12:31.
Those who receive an honour have been officially | :12:32. | :12:33.
In Horncastle today, near to where Johnny was born, | :12:34. | :12:36.
people were shocked he's still not been recognised. | :12:37. | :12:40.
He should have been put in the Honours List. There are a lot of | :12:41. | :12:46.
people in there who I don't believe should be there. We all wouldn't be | :12:47. | :12:50.
here today are people like him hadn't gone forward and thought for | :12:51. | :12:53.
our country. I think that is the kind of person we do need to | :12:54. | :12:56.
But, for now, Johnny will have to continue waiting and see if he's | :12:57. | :13:00.
included when the next honours are announced. | :13:01. | :13:07.
Paul Walmsley has campaigned for Johnny Johnson to be knighted | :13:08. | :13:09.
and written to the Queen and the Prime Minister | :13:10. | :13:12.
Earlier, I asked him why he thought Mr Johnson | :13:13. | :13:15.
Because he is a war hero, he has done a significant amount | :13:16. | :13:23.
of work for charity, particularly in Bristol - | :13:24. | :13:26.
The British Legion and the RAF Benevolent Fund. | :13:27. | :13:29.
He is an outstanding member of his community. | :13:30. | :13:33.
And when you find out on Saturday that he had been overlooked again, | :13:34. | :13:36.
Well, I was totally shocked and amazed at the omission. | :13:37. | :13:40.
There must be a reason why he has not been awarded before now. | :13:41. | :13:49.
I was told earlier last year that recognition of an honour after five | :13:50. | :14:02.
years is only put forward in special cases where the guy has | :14:03. | :14:08.
done incredible things, and if Johnny Johnson hasn't done | :14:09. | :14:11.
incredible things for this country... | :14:12. | :14:15.
How does it make you feel when Mr Johnson misses | :14:16. | :14:19.
out to a civil servant, say, that earns ?165,000 a year, | :14:20. | :14:22.
Well, it's just annoying and it's ridiculous, really. | :14:23. | :14:31.
He has done far more for this country, charity, | :14:32. | :14:33.
and his community than any of those that have received honours. | :14:34. | :14:45.
Now, you have written again, you have written | :14:46. | :14:47.
What did you say to her and what is your message | :14:48. | :14:50.
I think she should look at this case particularly and recognise that | :14:51. | :14:56.
something has gone wrong and she should use her authority | :14:57. | :15:00.
and power to put him forward now for a knighthood. | :15:01. | :15:06.
Do you think she will overturn this one? | :15:07. | :15:09.
I did receive a letter from Buckingham Palace in November | :15:10. | :15:15.
and clearly the Queen is very fond of our Armed Services and she has | :15:16. | :15:20.
met Mr Johnson at the opening of the memorial to Bomber Command | :15:21. | :15:25.
Well, let's hope you get a response from Theresa May. | :15:26. | :15:32.
Should Johnny Johnson be given an award? | :15:33. | :15:42.
Do the likes of Andy Murray or Victoria Beckham deserve honours? | :15:43. | :15:47.
What about entertainers like Ken Dodd, who was given | :15:48. | :15:49.
There is the e-mail address and the text number. | :15:50. | :16:06.
Still ahead tonight: The army veteran who says he is disgusted | :16:07. | :16:09.
after being sent a ?4,000 bill by the NHS. | :16:10. | :16:12.
The New Year tradition still taking place centuries | :16:13. | :16:14.
It is very nice to be back with you, and happy New Year. Tonight's | :16:15. | :16:38.
photograph is a real winner. Tonight's photograph | :16:39. | :16:40.
is a real winner. The Deep and the flood barrier | :16:41. | :16:41.
like we've never seen them before, Bob, thank you very much indeed for | :16:42. | :16:51.
that. More moving pictures of fireworks future in the programme. | :16:52. | :16:58.
Paul was filming just around the corner from my flat this morning. He | :16:59. | :17:03.
didn't even bother to tell me or get in touch or give me a call. | :17:04. | :17:08.
He probably has a good measure of your culinary skills, that is why. | :17:09. | :17:16.
I'm sure you could might go a couple -- a cup of tea for you. | :17:17. | :17:22.
The weather, it is been quite boring today really. Tomorrow will really | :17:23. | :17:31.
quite cold, especially along the coast where there is a strong and | :17:32. | :17:36.
gusty breeze from the north. High pressure continues to dominate into | :17:37. | :17:40.
the estate. Thursday we will start off on a much colder note, many | :17:41. | :17:45.
places below freezing. It will be a cold day but another fine one with | :17:46. | :17:49.
plenty of sunshine. Quite a lot of cloud at the at the moment. This | :17:50. | :17:54.
cloud is moving down from the north, bringing with it more mild air. It | :17:55. | :18:02.
will stay dry tonight overnight. It will become windy and along the | :18:03. | :18:07.
coastline, but it won't be as cold as it was last night, temperatures | :18:08. | :18:09.
down to four or 5 degrees. So, tomorrow we might start with a | :18:10. | :18:29.
bit of cloud early doors, but quickly crisp winter sunshine will | :18:30. | :18:33.
develop. A strong and gusty breeze blowing in along the, potentially | :18:34. | :18:38.
broad blowing in someone to re-showers. It will feel raw along | :18:39. | :18:45.
the coastline, in line and it will get up to about 6 degrees, about | :18:46. | :18:51.
average for the time of year. Really cold on Thursday. We start the day | :18:52. | :18:56.
with the widespread frost. Plenty of sunshine, though. Miles report | :18:57. | :19:02.
Friday, with some rain around, then mild at the weekend as well. I | :19:03. | :19:10.
thought I had gone through with the fine tooth comb. You are letting the | :19:11. | :19:17.
side down with your Christmas eve traffic. Even you should be able to | :19:18. | :19:23.
get the forecast right if it is from Christmas Eve! You have one job, all | :19:24. | :19:28.
you have got is one job! And I can't even manage that! Go away and sort | :19:29. | :19:32.
it. An army veteran from Scunthorpe | :19:33. | :19:39.
says he is disgusted at being accused of cheating the NHS | :19:40. | :19:41.
after he was sent a ?4,000 bill Bosses at Doncaster Hospital say | :19:42. | :19:45.
Malcolm Roberts failed to prove he is eligible for free care, | :19:46. | :19:48.
despite being treated They say patients suspected | :19:49. | :19:50.
of living abroad must now send in ID to stop what's | :19:51. | :19:55.
called "health tourism". The NHS is facing a budget short | :19:56. | :19:57.
fall and now the pressure is on hospitals to claw back | :19:58. | :20:07.
millions of pounds from overseas But when army veteran Malcom Roberts | :20:08. | :20:10.
received a letter wanting him to prove he was eligible for free | :20:11. | :20:14.
healthcare, he thought A few months later he got a bill | :20:15. | :20:16.
for more than ?4,000 for the treatment he'd received | :20:17. | :20:21.
at Doncaster Hospital I was flabbergasted. I didn't think | :20:22. | :20:37.
that being a UK resident, an Army veteran, paid all my taxes and | :20:38. | :20:42.
everything else, that I would get a bill from the NHS for treatments | :20:43. | :20:44.
which I am entitled to free. Anyone with permenant UK residency | :20:45. | :20:49.
is eligible for free NHS treatment, but hospitals will ask for proof | :20:50. | :20:51.
of that eligibility if they suspect a patient lives abroad, | :20:52. | :20:54.
in order to crack down Malcolm thinks the fact | :20:55. | :20:56.
he has worked abroad could have raised questions, | :20:57. | :20:59.
but he says the way his case has It is disgusting the way they have | :21:00. | :21:14.
treated me. It is disgusting that in spite of the information that I have | :21:15. | :21:19.
given to them, that they still think I am an overseas visitor and has to | :21:20. | :21:22.
In a statement, Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals Trust said: | :21:23. | :21:42.
Obviously, in this case he is not a foreign citizen and you would hope | :21:43. | :21:48.
that at least an apology should be forthcoming because I do believe he | :21:49. | :21:51.
has had rather harsh treatment, as he sees it, which is why, one of the | :21:52. | :21:57.
reasons, why it has come into the public domain. | :21:58. | :22:00.
Today, the Patients' Association said the trust should apologise. | :22:01. | :22:02.
Malcom says he get plenty of support from his local army veterans | :22:03. | :22:05.
But he's concerned that for some people, an unexected bill | :22:06. | :22:09.
Malcolm got in touch with us with his story. If you think you have | :22:10. | :22:18.
something that needs a wider audience, please get in touch with | :22:19. | :22:24.
us and we might be able to put it on the telly, as always. | :22:25. | :22:25.
An exotic pet refuge in Lincolnshire is looking after a scorpion | :22:26. | :22:29.
which caused a London to Edinburgh train to be halted after it crawled | :22:30. | :22:32.
The Guatemalan scorpion made its surprise appearance | :22:33. | :22:36.
It was in the bag of a passenger who had just returned | :22:37. | :22:40.
It has since given birth at the centre in Deeping St James. | :22:41. | :22:51.
This one being pregnant had stowed away in the Lady's five to try to | :22:52. | :22:57.
find some dark and secure to have its babies. I suspect that it could | :22:58. | :23:02.
be pregnant so, this morning, it was a little bit of a surprise. | :23:03. | :23:03.
Dozens of school children in East Yorkshire have taken | :23:04. | :23:07.
part in the centuries old tradition of scrambling. | :23:08. | :23:09.
Shop keepers throw sweets and coins into the street which local children | :23:10. | :23:12.
A shoulder of mutton, a crown to spend. | :23:13. | :23:19.
A traditional rhyme that shopkeepers reward with sweet and coins. | :23:20. | :23:28.
It's a ritual repeated up-and-down Driffield High Street. | :23:29. | :23:35.
They throw money and sweets and we just grab it. | :23:36. | :23:39.
I've got loads of sweets and it's been really fun. | :23:40. | :23:42.
A shoulder of mutton, and a crown to spend. | :23:43. | :23:49.
It is thought to have started in the 1800s, | :23:50. | :23:58.
It's all about the community, it's all about shopkeepers giving | :23:59. | :24:08.
back to the community for local spend. | :24:09. | :24:12.
I think it's absolutely wonderful, we should keep it going, | :24:13. | :24:15.
It's special to Driffield and Driffield is a special town. | :24:16. | :24:21.
We have been here for 25 years and over the 25 years they have | :24:22. | :24:24.
The sweets on offer may have changed a bit over the years | :24:25. | :24:32.
but the enthusiasm for the annual scramble is as great as ever. | :24:33. | :24:35.
Katy Austin, BBC Look North, in Driffield. | :24:36. | :24:40.
Let's get a recap of the national and regional headlines. | :24:41. | :24:43.
Just weeks before official Brexit talks begin and Britain's top EU | :24:44. | :24:46.
A boost for business as Hull's city of culture year bursts into life. | :24:47. | :24:56.
Tomorrow's weather, plenty of sunshine but feeling cold, | :24:57. | :25:03.
especially along the coast with the wind will be strong and gusty Andy | :25:04. | :25:09.
Goode be a few showers. Top temperatures of six Celsius, 43 | :25:10. | :25:14.
Fahrenheit. Not a response on the City of | :25:15. | :25:19.
Culture. Christine says watching the highlights on the TDI felt I would | :25:20. | :25:23.
burst with pride. Fantastic. Can't wait to see what the rest of 2017 | :25:24. | :25:29.
holds for the City of Culture. Chris says I watch them from the warmth of | :25:30. | :25:38.
my loft window. Marco says all Hull needs now is a replica we'll like | :25:39. | :25:42.
the London eye, that would be a fantastic idea. Lucy said, awesome, | :25:43. | :25:48.
so proud. Gary was not so impressed, a few fireworks and some jam | :25:49. | :25:52.
projectors. Shame you can't get any to see it due to the ridiculous | :25:53. | :25:56.
traffic scheme we have. It's all a big joke. This is not culture. That | :25:57. | :26:01.
is happy Gary with that message. Carol says Queen Victoria Square was | :26:02. | :26:06.
incredible and the fireworks were brilliant. Paul Aiton says the | :26:07. | :26:10.
people opposed to do the same as Liverpool did to disarm after | :26:11. | :26:15.
Hillsborough and stop buying it. Another one here, sadly, it is | :26:16. | :26:20.
typical of the sun to be the opportunists and create negativity | :26:21. | :26:24.
while the rest of the country is excited about how's year. Thank you | :26:25. | :26:30.
very much indeed for all of those. It has been an amazing few days for | :26:31. | :26:35.
Hull has it became the UK's City of Culture. That is it from me at the | :26:36. | :26:40.
moment. I will be back with the ladies at 10:25 p.m., but let's | :26:41. | :26:44.
finish with some of the highlights from an unforgettable weekend. | :26:45. | :26:45.
Goodbye for now. Magical new drama... | :26:46. | :27:06.
The Worst Witch. Something like this | :27:07. | :28:04.
could change my life. We're looking for someone | :28:05. | :28:04.
who can sing, someone who can move. | :28:05. | :28:05. |
