so she's with one of those objects prepping for that moment.

facial expressions.

I'm sorry, I mean, that's absolutely ridiculous -

unless we've got a caricaturist in the studio

by the name of George Williams.

Welcome him, my friends!

-George.

-Hi, Radzi.

Welcome to Blue Peter.

Now, you've got a very cool job. You're a caricaturist,

so you draw very unique drawings. Can you tell us about that?

Yeah. I'm just, er, I'm going to pick on some of your features,

be it your eyes, your nose, your mouth - or in your case, your hair.

Exactly.

Over-exaggerate them slightly and, er,

make it recognisable as a caricature.

And talking about recognisable,

you've done that with celebrities. We've got some behind us here.

Yeah, we've got Bruce in the corner there. Bruce Forsyth.

He's just a gift, absolute gift.

-Look at that nose, look at that chin.

-Look at it!

The beady eyes - we love it.

And then we've got Ant and Dec.

The TV duo, the legends.

Absolutely. They're a gift, as well.

Look at those foreheads. Had to be done.

-Have they seen that, by the way?

-They have. They've both got a copy of that now.

-Amazing.

-They love it.

Erm, and Will Smith, there.

Yeah, poor fellow.

He's got a head a little bit like the shape of a football,

like an American football.

It's good for caricatures, I guess. And David Beckham!

Yeah, talking of football, David Beckham over here.

Slightly two-dimensional, slightly more graphic.

But I think that kind of suits him really, doesn't it?

And the biggest of all the celebrities is the one

-and only Mr Barney Harwood here.

-Of course.

You've actually started drawing a caricature here.

Yeah, we've made a start with some blue lines and an outline, just to save us some time,

and I'm going to get stuck in here with the eyebrows, if that's OK.

Look at that. If anyone at home, in fact, who's thinking,

"I'd love to be able to draw a caricature," what would you say to them? What advice would you have?

Erm, try and keep it bold. Keep it simple. Be brave.

Erm, no hairy lines, no redraws.

Just all in one. Couple of minutes.

Now, when you say hairy lines, what do you mean there?

Well, hairy lines is anything like, er, that kind of thing.

-Like we're going to draw a fake moustache.

-Ah, OK.

That kind of rough line, OK. We don't want any of those.

Nice and bold and simple. I'm going to start with his eyes here, as well.

-There you go. They're very important.

-Whilst you carry on with that, George,

TealFriendlyOrchid has asked us a little bit of a challenge.

So, we're going to have one minute for me to draw a caricature

-and for Lindsey to draw a caricature. So, Linds, come on in!

-I'm ready.

-Are you ready?

-I'm ready for this challenge, yes.

-OK. Right, I'll take my position.

OK, George, what do we have to do? Tell us.

Well, you've got about 60 seconds.

Just use the big pen for the hair,

the small pen for the other outlines.

So, we're drawing each other here, as best we can do?

-I'll draw you, you draw me. 60 seconds on the clock, please!

-Let's do it.

-OK. Three, two, one, off we go!

-OK.

-And away you go.

-This is hard.

-That's a good flying start there. Look at that.

-Oh, do you like it?

-I'm assuming that's hair.

-That is hair, indeed. With a hairy line.

Yeah, looks a bit like a hairy line, but we'll let you off.

This is harder than you...pfft! Just got it all over my hands. OK.

Don't forget the big pen there. That fills out really nicely.

-Oh, yeah. The big pen.

-Fill the whole page. That's it.

I'm just going to quickly finish off some of this.

Yeah, OK, hang on.

-What does Radzi look like? I've forgotten what...hang on.

All you have to do is go on any CBBC web page with comments,

Try and change it up and make sure it's not the same as your username.

Next, just confirm your age and date of birth.

to find out eventually where she lands and to get that all-important

We have just sent something into space.

This is off the charts.

Now, QuartzLaughingKoala said they want to see more

animals on the show.

Well, here on Blue Peter is how we care for them.

The British countryside is home to many wild animals,

including birds,

mammals,

and a fair few reptiles.

But, when wild animals become sick or injured,

what can be done to help them?

Well, I've come somewhere very special to find out.

This is Tiggywinkles,

one of the world's leading wildlife hospitals.

It was set up almost 40 years ago by Sue and Les Stocker,

and, so far, it's treated over 250,000 animals.

-Hello, Les, how are you?

-Hiya, Lindsey.

-Good to meet you.

-And you.

-Thank you for having me here.

This place is amazing. It seems huge!

It just keeps growing and growing and growing. It's amazing.

Now, tell me, how many animals have you got in at the moment?

We've got, well, 1,010 at the moment.

-Wow!

-It's our busy time of the year and it's baby birds everywhere.

I'd love to have a look around, if that's OK?

-Yeah, I'd love to show you some.

-Let's go.

So, Les, tell me, how do the animals end up here?

Either the general public bring them in cardboard boxes or the police

will bring them in, the Fire Brigade, the RSPCA.

Absolutely everybody brings animals into us.

All the animals that are brought in are treated by the experienced

staff, with the aim of one day releasing them back into the wild.

-Right.

-So what happens in here? Where are we?

This is the main hedgehog room.

There's loads! This is amazing!

I'd like to introduce you to Sharon.

-This is Lindsey.

-Hi, Sharon. How are you doing?

So who've we got in here, Sharon?

I was going to show you this one -

-this guy was burned and he was actually found in a bonfire.

-No!

So obviously he made a nice house there.

So this is him here. You can actually see...

Do you know what's weird?

-You can actually smell bonfire a little bit, can't you?

-Yeah.

So will he recover fully?

Yeah, as long as he gets full set of spines back...

-He'll be all right.

-..he can go back to the wild.

'As well as treating all sorts of different animals...'

I like this one, he's my favourite.

'The team are also on call 24 hours a day

'in case an animal needs to be rescued.'

Today, they're planning to release a male deer

they've nursed back to health.

PHONE RINGS

'But before they can get ready, a call comes in about another

'deer that's been badly injured and needs help.'

Let's go.

'We've been given a rough location of where the deer was spotted.

'But the final search needs to be done on foot.'

Do you know what?

This is exciting but it's also a little bit nerve-racking because

we don't really know what state we're going to find this deer in.

Hopefully it's OK, and hopefully we'll be able to catch it,

get it in the box and get it back to the centre really safely.

'Trying to find a well-camouflaged deer in thick undergrowth

'takes some doing. But eventually...'

He's there, he's there, he's there, he's there!

I've got him. He's there.

(I found him, I found him.)

He's just there.

'Sharon knows exactly what to do and she takes control of the situation.'

OK, we've got him.

'To stop the animal getting upset,

'we gently cover its head using a towel.'

-OK.

-So that'll calm him down now.

-So he's just really stressed, isn't he?

-Yeah.

-OK.

-Do you want to go and grab the box for us?

-Yeah.

'The team realise the deer is very poorly indeed

'and rush it back to the vets at the centre as quickly as possible.'

'They will do everything they can to try and save it.'

'For now, there's nothing more the rescue team can do.

'So we return to today's original task of releasing an adult male deer

'back into the wild.'

'The deer is carefully transferred into a trailer to start

'its very special journey.'

Got it?

It's time to lock this up, drive the van

and get him back into the wild.

'We head to a nearby forest where the deer can settle in

'to its new surroundings.'

-We've had this dear with us for about two years now...

-Wow!

..so he's all ready to go back to the wild.

-This is quite a big moment for you, isn't it?

-Yes.

What we'll do is drop these bits down into it in a minute

and then we'll open up the other doors

and then we just stand back out of the way. Are you ready?

-Yep.

-I'll open this door.

-Like that.

-He's off.

There he goes, he's just checking out which way he's going to go.

Yep. Off you go!

Aww, he's gone off into the little bluebells!

My time at the centre has been amazing,

but it's also tinged with sadness when I hear the young deer

we rescued earlier was simply too poorly to be saved.

'But being involved in the incredible work the team do

'and seeing the animals they are able to help has been so rewarding.'

'I'm really proud to have played my part.'

I absolutely loved going there and helping out.

Les and Sue, you are amazing for helping out so many animals.

Now Gymnastics Magnolia asked to see Lindsey

and myself racing through the BBC centre.

Well, we did that in an old school sports day sack race.

I grew up in a dance school in Leeds.

It was my mum's dance school and at 18 years old

I went to a circus school in London and I learnt how to do that

along with other cool circus stuff.

I can't believe how you do that. You were laughing, it was easy for you.

-Now, we've seen you on Britain's Got Talent...

-Yep.

You've been on Tumble, the gymnastics show. What's next?

-There's no stopping you!

-I've just come off tour with Diversity.

That was amazing. We did arena tours up and down the country

-and I'm working with those guys next week.

-Amazing.

We love Diversity. Did they have a sneaky go on the cyr wheel?

They did. We got Ashley and Perri on there.

-Perri - the guy with the big hair, he was phenomenal.

-Really?
