I'm Lauren and I love ballet dancing.

My teacher always tells us what to do.

And we have...good toes, naughty toes,

I wear my white ballet skirt when I practise in class.

You have to stand in line and do lots of exercises at the start

to get warmed up.

My favourite thing is spring-pointing my toes.

When we do bends, we have to push our knees out to the side.

Sometimes we get to do fairy dancing,

and we all do leaps, turns, jumps and twists.
