Hello! Welcome to a new series of Copycats.

The game show where copying is good.

Oh, yes, your favourite multi-coloured cubicles are back

as well as some new challenges to test your copying skills.

Oh, yes, that's right. We've got new challenges, new suits.

AUDIENCE: Whoo!

-Check it out.

It's so shiny, it's burning my eyes off.

Copycats wouldn't be worth playing without two teams

ready to go head-to-head in the ultimate battle for fame,

glory and a gold bingy-bongy trophy.

-Shall we meet the teams?

-Let's do it. I'll take that.

-All right!

Over here we've got Joelle's team.

Joelle, team captain, introduce the rest of your team, please.

Hi, I'm Joelle. This is Tierra and Hannah, my two best friends.

This is Michaela, my sister. And, this is Njezda, my sister.

-This is Pia, Tiara's mum.

-Fantastic, confident, girls?

-Yes!

-Are you going to win it for me?

-Yes!

-I hope so.

Over here we've got Georgie's team.

Georgie, would you introduce the rest of the team, please.

Hello, this is Lucy, she's my best friend. My mum, Mo.

Lucy's dad, Stephen. Samii and my cousin's girlfriend, Holly.

-Are you all all right?

-Yeah.

-Ready and raring?

-Yeah.

-Are you going to win it for me?

-Yeah.

Well, it looks like our teams are ready to start copying.

As with every game, the teams will take it in turns to copy pictures,

actions and displays of musical genius.

To get as many points as possible,

each team'll take it in turns to face the Copycats challenge later.

We tossed a coin earlier which told us that Georgie's team

will play first. Let's play, Copycats.

CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

Georgie's team, I hope you've brushed up on your artistic skills.

Time to play Quick On The Draw. I've got three cards, to choose from,

you then have ten seconds

to draw what's on that card for the person next to you.

And, so on and so on down the line.

There is a maximum of 50 points to be won in this round

but as we pass it back, you will lose ten points

for every incorrect answer.

-Copycats, are you ready?

-Yeah.

-Awesome. Let's close the doors.

Georgie, you've got three cards, purple, orange or green?

-I'll have orange.

-Nice thinking, take a look.

-I was going to go with a telephone.

-Steve, any idea what Lucy's drawn?

-I'm thinking a radio.

-Let's look at the scores, Mr D, what could they be?

Well, Mark, after Quick On The Draw,

Georgie's team has 20 points

and Joelle's team also has 20 points.

It's like the closest it can be.

The next round will test our teams' skill, nerve and determination.

The game just got serious, this is the Copycats' Challenge.

Because my team won the toss, because they're great,

they're going first.

My team, so you don't see the challenge, we're sending you away.

Georgie, you need to select three people to face

the daunting Copycats' Challenge.

Before that, let's see what's in store for you. Mr D, over to you.

The Tubes - a coloured tube will be displayed on the screen.

Players must place a ball in the tube and catch it as it exits.

Ten points are awarded for every successful catch.

If a player catches a ball from the golden tube,

they'll score the maximum of 150 points and the challenge will end.

Ready? Steady? Let's roll.

Don't forget, ten points for each successful catch.

Lucy's dad, Stephen, tackles the red tube first.

Oh, that was quite close. Never mind. Let's try Lucy.

How does she get on with the white tube?

In there, catch it at the other end. Not quite!

OK, Holly...

The green tube, green... Everybody's shouting, "green".

Yes! We're off to a good start.

Stephen, next, on the blue tube.

He's racing around, look at this. Yes!

Now, we're scoring. Lucy...

Place it in there, race around. You've got to be faster than that.

Holly, try the black tube.

Race around and catch it at the other end. Never mind... Stephen!

Come on, you can do this. The yellow...

Round and round... You've got to put it in the tube.

Oh, not quite. Lucy, red, please.

Oh, you've dropped it. Never mind.

Holly... Green, please.

Green, green, everybody's shouting.

They're really moving this team, which is very good.

The golden tube, here we go. How will they get on with this?

I've got three cards in my hand. Pick one of them.

You have ten seconds to mime what's on that card to the next player, then so on and so on down the line.

There are 50 points to be won. If you think you know the answer,

try and add a bit more detail to help the mime make it to the end.

You lose ten points for every incorrect answer.

-No, no. Hannah, you did it well, but what was it?

-Drying your hands under a dryer.

It was tricky but unfortunately, Joelle's team don't get any points.

-Reckon you can do that?

but before that, you get a first look at what we have in store. Mr D?

and deposit them in the scoring cylinder before time runs out.

Any rogue coloured balls collected will be deducted from the total.
