Episode 7 Copycats

Welcome to Copycats.

Today's Copycats are Amy's team, from East Sussex,

and Max's team, from Edinburgh.

Welcome to Copycats, where, unlike school,

we actively encourage copying the work of the person next to you.

We sure do and today our teams will be putting their copying

skills to the test, as they compete for their very own super-slick,

super-springy trophy.

AUDIENCE GASP

They'll have to battle their way through three cubical games

and the famous Copycats challenge, before the winning team

makes their way to the Ball Room.

I tell you what, I think it's going to fly by. Shall we meet the teams?

We tossed a coin earlier, which told us that Amy's team are going

to be going first. So, let's play Copycats.

I am looking forward to seeing Amy's team display

their artistic talents, with the aptly-named Quick On The Draw.

Amy, you are going to pick one of these three cards.

You'll then have ten seconds to draw whatever

is on the card for the player next to you, which is Nicola,

and then, so on and so on, down the line.

There are 50 points to be won in this first round,

but don't forget, you will lose ten of those points for every

incorrect answer coming back down the line.

Well, Mark, after Quick On The Draw,

Amy's team have ten points and Max's team have no points.

Our next round will really put our teams through their paces.

They're are going to have to hold their nerve

when they face the Copycats Challenge.

Now, because Amy's team won the toss,

they will be first to face the challenge.

For this challenge, all of you are going to be taking part.

The Void.

Players must follow an illuminated path across the void.

'If they step off the path or on to the void,

they must go back to the start.

20 points are awarded for each player across,

with a bonus 30 points, if the whole team makes it.

whatever is on that card to the player next to you, which is

Remember, all I'm asking for in this round is to keep those

performances silent.

So, even though that you're singing the song out loud, you can

only tell what your teammate is singing by reading their lips.

but don't forget, you will lose ten points for every incorrect answer

coming back down the line.
