First up, it's skiing - and going backwards. Epic!

Skiing is one of the funnest things you can do in life,

but why always go forwards when you can go backwards?

And we've got a top freestyle skier, to show you how to do it.

Hello, I'm Woodsy, and I'm going to teach you how to ski backwards.

So, starting facing up the hill in a backwards V-shape,

you're going to use your big toes, to control your speed and to stop.

Do make sure that you're wearing ski shoes,

otherwise those big toes will get a little bit nippy.

Next, coming sideways across the slope,

you're going to step with your skis into the V, around the corner,

and then step again across the slope and out.

Once your comfortable skiing backwards,

you're going to stagger your stance and you'll have a much better view

of where you're going and let it flow.

And that is how to ski backwards.

of your favourite music celebs.

Today, I'm going to be showing you how to look cool in photographs.

Now, being so beautiful, looking bad in photos

isn't a problem that I have.

Lesson one, the bathroom shot.

Bathrooms have the best mirrors in the house,

which is why when you flip through your friends' photographs,

you see so many. Why don't you take to your bathroom

and create your very own famous mirror shot?

-This lesson is in knowing your angles.

You could do this by using your phone. Try from the right.

Try from the left. And try from below.

-Find an angle that looks epic.

Whilst you are important to your picture, so are your surroundings.

If you're going to take your pictures in your bedroom,

make sure your room is tidy.

There's nothing worse than seeing stray pants in your photographs.

That would be totally embarrassing.

-How did she get hold of my pants?

-And finally, don't try too hard.

If you're trying to look cool, the chances are,

you're doing the complete opposite.

To avoid looking like you're straining on the toilet

with your poses, try a funny face,

something that makes people laugh. No-one has a problem with that.

Be cool, by not being cool. Interesting.

And that, my friends, is how to look good in photographs.

OK, ever had a go at a Rubik's cube and felt like a right dunderhead?

Well, this maths expert knows how to make you look

a right brainbox on it, instead.

I'm Matt Parker and I'm here to show you how to make it

look like you can solve a Rubik's cube.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!

Hang on, maths man, you mean, you're not actually going to solve it?

The trick with the Rubik's cube is that you could do the same

combinations of moves over and over again,

you'll eventually end up back where you started.

So you're not technically solving the Rubik's cube,

but all your friends will think you are.

Sneaky, I like his style.

Now, you must remember, start with a solved Rubik's cube.

This is the best way to do it.

You take the right side of the cube and you twist that down towards you.

And then with your left hand, you twist the left side away.

Then you turn the cube around.

If you repeat that over and over, 12 of these later,

you'll end up back where you started. About halfway through,

you get this kind of jazzy pattern, and then finally, you'll end up

with the cube right back where you started.

So, start with a solved cube.

Right-hand side towards you, left away.

Turn it around and repeat 12 times, and practise probably makes perfect.

-So there you have it, one Rubik's cube solved.

So, there you have it, your quick blast of epicness.
