There are loads of ways that we can be a good loser

but three easy ones that you can do are to clap the other team...

You're sitting on a coloured mat.

When I call your colour you're going to jump up, run towards me,

around the outside and back through the middle to your mat.

The winner will be the first person back

but what I really want to see is you being good winners AND good losers.

To play this game you'll need to work as a team.

Each team is surrounded by coloured balls.

When the whistle blows you must grab a ball and throw it

onto the other team's side.

However, the other team will also be trying to get rid of their balls.

The winners will be the team with

the least number of balls when the final whistle blows.

And I'll be looking out for good winners and good losers.

Remember, whether you win or lose, it's about having fun.
