so we loosen up our muscles and we don't get injured

and, ultimately, we play better, OK?

It's all about getting those muscles moving.

Whilst these guys get their bodies warmed up,

here's a reminder for you at home.

First of all, you've got to move about,

then shake it out

and stretch!

Now I'm going to challenge you. I'm going to put you into twos.

One of you is going to have a ball

and you'll practise your moving by dribbling the ball around.

The other person is going to practise your stretching

and the dribbler's going to pass the ball through your legs,

then we'll swap over.

Let's have a look at Rozzie and Rex to see how to play the game.

You play this game in teams of three.

When the whistle blows,

start dribbling your footballs and move about.

The snow bear will chase after you

and the aim of the game is to avoid being tagged.

If you are tagged, you have to freeze on the spot and stretch.

You can only start to move again

when one of your team-mates dribbles their ball through your legs.

The winners of the game will be the team with the most players

still moving when the final whistle blows.

The Snowballs bounce into action and it's a flurry of Snowflakes.

Look out, here comes the snow bear.

And Snowball Lucy's frozen to the spot.

Oh, Shayan, make a big stretch. Well done.

Kwume dribbles up to Shayan and wastes no time setting him free.

Oh, no, you've been caught.

A great escape, but now the snow bear's after Amelie.

Oh, he's going to freeze Alfie. He's frozen like an ice pop.

Big stretch, Alfie. Big stretch.

The snow bear's chasing another Snowball, but trips on a football.

Would you believe it?!

Jessica, save Alfie.

Back in the game now. Oh, Lucy, make a big shape.

Call your team-mates, Lucy, you need help. Well done, Lucy.

Amelie frees Snowflake Shayan.

This game is really hotting up. But time's running out.

Snowball Jessica has been caught at the last second.

WHISTLE

Let's have a replay. With the snow bear freezing everything it touched,

the teams had to keep moving.

At the final whistle, two Snowballs and three Snowflakes

had given our snow bear the cold shoulder.

And we're still moving.

So today's wintry winners are the Snowflakes!
