Hi, everyone, we've warmed up and now it's time to get moving.

Today on my team, we have No.1 - Andrea.

No.4 - Tibby.

No.5 - Eva.

No.6 - Sanya.

And joining us are Footy Pups Geraldine and Pickles.

Excellent. OK, let's have a little team talk.

What we're going to look at today is jumping.

You might think, a little bit strange, jumping in football,

but we do lots and lots of jumping so I want you to have a think.

-When in football do you need to jump?

Fantastic. If the ball was in the air,

we could also jump to chest the ball down and control it.

-What other positions might we need to jump?

-Goalkeeper.

So, there are three things that we need to remember.

We're going to bend and then we're going to push up and then we're going

to stretch to catch the ball. Shall we do it together?

-A lovely day for jumping out here on the practice pitch.

You've got to be really small, bend, bend, bend,

-and then push and stretch really big.

-Great stuff.

Oh, excellent, Tibby, so a forward jump, I like that.

Well done, keep going, practise.

Come up with some different jumps.

Sometimes we're waiting for the ball and we do little jumps like this.

Good, go backwards, go backwards. Come forwards, come forwards.

So you're nice and small to start with

and then a big stretch at the end.

Whilst these guys keep practising their jumping skills,

here's a reminder for you at home.

First, you need to bend your knees like you're a cat waiting to pounce.

Then, you need to push up with your legs and stretch to catch the ball.

and challenge you a bit more.

That's a very big football.

It's called a basketball. And it's perfect for throwing practice.

-There are two teams, and passing and shooting.

-But I can't see the goal.

It's not called a goal. It's called a basket.

And it's up there.

That's really high.

Not when you throw like this.

To play this game, you'll need to work in teams of three.

Each frog stands on a lily pad.

The aim of the game's to jump, catch as many balls as you can

and put them in the water lily basket.

The winners of the game will be the team that collects the most balls.

WOOF! WOOF!

OK, Orange Frogs. You're up first.

You've got one minute, starting from...

three, two, one... PEEP!

This game looks set to be RIBBITING!

But oh, no! Right in the frog's eyes!

Eva plucks a ball out of the sky, but Sanya's forgotten to jump.

Push up, and catch that ball. Ooh, Eva! Unlucky.

Remember, you're going to need to bend to stretch up

to get that jump.
