Also joining us are Footy Pups Pickles and Benny.

And that completes today's team.

OK, guys, gather around. It's team talk time!

Today we're going to be looking at concentration.

Who knows what concentration means?

-Concentration means when you're focusing.

Brilliant. Yeah. Midul?

-That you're paying attention.

And who knows where on the football pitch you would need to concentrate?

-Abera?

-When you're passing the ball to your team-mate.

-Brilliant. Sharuthi?

-When you're the goalkeeper.

Do we think that on the football pitch

we've got to be concentrating everywhere?

There's three things that can help us to remember how to concentrate.

We need to look, to see what's going on around us.

We need to listen to what other people are saying.

And we need to think about what we're going to do next.

we're going to play a little game called Rachel's Rules.

I'm going to say and do some actions and you have to copy them,

but only if I say, "Rachel says."

-Are we ready? ALL:

Rachel says jog on the spot.

Touch your nose.

Well done. Good concentrating there.

Rachel says stand still.

Touch your head.

I nearly tricked you.

Rachel says do some star jumps.

Whilst we keep practising, here's a reminder of how to concentrate.

First you need to look at what is happening.

Listen to what's going on around you.

And think about what you should do next.

We've learnt how to concentrate,

so now we're going to challenge ourselves

by adding in some football skills.

Rachel says grab yourself a football and get dribbling.

Rachel says take lots and lots of little touches.

Rachel says pick up the ball.

'Great bit of focusing there.'

Hold the ball above your head.

Oh, I tried to trick you. Good concentrating.

Rachel says let's go dribbling.

'Absolutely extraordinary stuff, this.'

Rachel says stop.

'Great skills all round.'

Rachel says sit on the ball.

'We're just in time for the Footy Pups' big match

'against a team of cheetahs.'

Today we're playing Spottingham Forest.

They're the sneakiest team in the league.

Don't worry, Freddie, we won't fall for any of their tricks.

RUMBLING

What was that, Pickles?

I think he said, "Broooahhh, roahhh."

Or something like that.

It's not me, it's my tummy.

I've forgotten where I've left my juicy bone.

And the more I think about it the more it rumbles.

We need to focus on the game.

'Looks like only Pickles can stop Spottingham Forest from scoring.

My bone must be here somewhere.

'Oh! And Spottingham Forest score. Right on the half-time whistle.'

This is a disaster. It's just as we thought.

Those cheeky cheetahs are up to their old tricks.

They keep on distracting us.

And they didn't clap when I did a backflip.

They showed me a brilliant puddle though.

We must concentrate on the match

so we don't fall for any more of their tricks.

That sounds like the perfect Puppy plan to me.

Did you get that, Pickles?

Pickles?

I don't suppose you've seen a big, juicy bone anywhere, have you?

Maybe it's buried under the pitch.

Remember, everyone, this time - concentrate!

Silly puppies. This is just too easy.

'Amazing dodging from Benny there,

'but it looks like more speedy cheetahs are on his tail.

'He's leading them towards his own goal.'

CHEETAHS: You'll never outrun us!

'I didn't see that coming, nor did the cheetahs.

We've got the red explorers and we've got the yellow explorers.

Let's take a look at Benny and Pickles to find out how to play.

To play this game you'll need to concentrate.

Carefully balance across the narrow bridge,

but be careful of all the creatures in the swamp.

Once you're across the bridge,

grab a ball and then throw it into the tree hoop.

Once you've got it in the hoop,

carefully cross back over the narrow bridge.

High-five your team-mate and they must do the same.

But you need to be careful of those cheeky cheetahs

who will be trying to stop you from concentrating.

Three, two, one...

WHISTLE BLOWS

'A well-balanced start from Abera as she crosses the swamp.

'Toahee's making it look easy despite that cheeky cheetah.'

-THEY CHANT:

-Abera! Abera!

'She didn't stop that cheetah. Don't let them put you off.

'Great bit of focusing there.'

Good shot. Well done. Back across. Don't fall off now, guys.

Keep concentrating.

'That's right, Rachel. Gently does it. Oohh! Careful.

'Wibble-wobble.

'That cheetah's doing a handstand.

'But Midul's balancing bravely.

'Smit's flying across the swamp. The cheetahs are going wild.

'Midul leaps. That cheetah missed him by a whisker.

'And he scores!'

Ignore that cheetah.

'Yes, Rachel, it's a jungle out there.

'Smit grabs a ball. Oh, it's an easy basket.

'Eyes down.'

Fantastic concentration.

'Oh, Smit. He's taken a dip in the swamp.

'That's not what you're meant to be exploring.

'I blame those cheeky cheetahs. Hang on a minute. What's that?

'A big cat custard pie.

'It's not the time to pause,

'especially as time is running out and it's neck and neck.

'Switha scores first. Sharuthi's right behind her.

'Oh, there's a wobble on the bridge.

'This is nail-biting stuff. I can hardly watch.

'Can Sharuthi bridge the gap?

'Avoiding the big cats, Switha makes it back first.'
