Hello and welcome to another Dance Download,

today I'll teach you a move which you saw in the last routine I did,

and it's called the pindrop. So here's what it looks like.

Right, now to help me teach you that move I've got Richard and Ceallach.

CHEERING

-So, I saw you try the pindrop before.

-Yeah.

-Do you remember what it looks like?

-Something like that.

Pindrop looks like that.

It's made to give the effect that you're dropping onto your knee,

but then the pin twists back up.

-Like a little elevation.

-What's the steps?

Step to the left, lift your right leg up,

then curl your right leg into your left...

-just behind your knee.

-Like this.

-Then drop down.

-So it's almost like you're bringing your knee down.

Yeah. Drop down. What you've got to do is...

cos your knee is not going to hit the floor.

All you have to do is drop down and land on your foot.

-Right.

-Drop down and land on your foot.

-If I bang my knee, I am sorry.

That's all right.

Yes!

But you go straight into it and then just twist out.

-You go on the side of your foot.

-Right.

THEY LAUGH

That isn't working.

You've got the first bit right, he's got the last bit right.

I keep falling over but don't understand why.

Drop down, put your hand.

You can do it in loads of different ways,

and we've already learned the spongebob, which is that.

You go from this, then go straight into it.

Do it in many ways.

is the one me and Richard were working on, right?

When you go like this, when you come back,

straight down into it and twist out.

You nearly pushed me off the stage there!

Today I'm meeting Dilusha who's throwing a big party

for all her school mates, and I've come to help.

Hi, I'm Dilusha, I'm 11.

I live with my mum, my dad

and my little sister Dheyona.

I want a Style Download because I want to throw a leaving party

as we're leaving primary school this year.

To achieve this party, Dilusha needs all the help she can get.

I want to throw a really fun party,

but I'll need help to do this.

Nothing beats a good old get together with your mates,

but Dilusha wants to involve her entire year,

and that is going to take some serious party planning.

I better hurry up and meet her and get stuck in!

I hear you want to plan a party, what's the occasion?

I'm leaving primary school and want to throw a party

-for all of my classmates.

-That's a great idea! Any ideas?

Lots of blue and purple cos that's everyone's favourite colours.

They're brilliant colours, I love that idea. Planning a party

for your year is going to take some serious party planning.

How about I help you with invitations, outfits and decorations

-and we have a mini party in your living room?

-Yeah!

If it works you can do it with the rest of your year!

Brilliant, let's go!

OK, the first thing you want to do when you're planning for a big party

-is make the invitations. How many people are in your class?

-56.

56?! OK, we won't do all 56 invitations today

but we can get started on a few.

You have everything to make an amazing invitation,

gel pens, felt tip pens, stars

and we even have purple and blue paper, to fit in with the theme.

What shall we put on the invite?

That there's a big party coming up,

everyone has to dress up and it's blue and purple theme.

OK, great, and let's not forget to put your name on

in big sparkly letters and let everyone know

-this is going to be the best party ever.

Every big party needs decorations

and if we're going to have a mini one here today,

we're going to need some too, yeah? Let's get started!

OK, Dilusha, the rooms looks amazing, the food's all ready,

the only thing we need is you in your party gear.

OK, Dilusha, everything looks great, but I don't think it'll be

much of a party with just you and me here.

Meeting Dilusha has been brilliant,

we've learned all about party planning together

Throwing a party's really fun

and with a little planning it can be a day you'll never forget.

Dilusha chose her favourite colours,

which she showed off in decorations and the cakes.

Include all the information they'll need about the party,

don't be shy when jazzing them up! Glitter pens will do the trick.

Crisps, fruit, cakes and fizzy drinks will keep everyone happy.

Try on different combinations till you're happy you look your best.

at a jewellery store on London's Bond Street.

to choreograph a beauty pageant.

At the start they just realise the kids are not the best,

they want to tomboy to win, the outsider.

It's not my type of thing, but if you're a big fan

OK, we have now got Desert Seas with David Attenborough.

I'm sure you've all heard of the very famous David Attenborough.

Now, this show, you have the Red Sea and the Gulf Sea.

Now, they are separated by Saudi Arabia.

And basically, David Attenborough looks at the two seas

and how they've been affected over time,

because obviously, you've had the Gulf War,

and there's been oil pollution in the sea, so it's about how

life in the sea has got back on its feet and started going again.

Now, some of the footage, I've seen it, it's incredible.

There's this one bit with the fish chilling,

and about how it digs out its home, it's really good,

and about the relationships they have with different fishes.

Here's a sneak peek at David Attenborough talking about

life in the Red Sea. Glug, glug, glug, glug, glug.

Another goby, and another strategy.

A shrimp dug his burrow and still lives here, cleaning out the sand.

The shrimp has poor eyesight and relies on the goby as a guard.

There's a tenderness between this odd couple.

The shrimp always has a tentacle touching the goby.

And the goby warns the shrimp with flicks of his fins.

A sohal surgeonfish passes.

The goby pushes the shrimp down the burrow.

The hard-working housekeeper rarely goes out.

Instead, it removes dirt and small visitors

and parasites by eating them.

The gulf's characters may be less colourful than the Red Sea,

but are no less wonderful.

How cute is that relationship?

That's some of the stuff you're going to see,

so make sure that you watch. We've now got the Glee Project.

If you're a fan of Glee, like I am, then this is a show like no other.

This is where children are auditioning to be a main part in the brand-new series.

That is a massive thing. Think how famous they'll become from it.

So you get to see how they sing, how they train,

and they also have guests from the actual show coming in and helping them.

So it's going to be everything Glee, and if you love Glee, definitely watch it.

Right, so, the first game is called Ape Escape for the PS3,

and we're going to be using the move motion controller,

It's a very exciting game,

It involves a series of monkeys from outer space

attacking Earth, and it's our job to find their leader and save civilisation.

I am the Earth's Guardian, don't worry!

OK, so, if we start, and basically, the controller is going to

change into a series of gadgets, like, it could be a net.

What do I have to do?

To change what gadget it is, use the button on the front.

-Right, capture all the monkeys.

-It's a net to start with, OK?

-You have to capture the monkeys.

-Got you! Yes! Come on!

And you keep abreast of the story, so now you have got to move on.

Now, with that, you want to swot.

You swot furniture out of the way, to give you more space.

Capture all the monkeys, right.

Now, whilst aiming that, at the screen,

press the button on the back to fire bananas at them.

There's over 100 different balls to collect, all varying in rarity.

-They've all got different designs.

-What's the rarest one here?

-I don't know.

-I want a pirate one.

But they are all very funky, and I think these will be the

-new swapsies things in the playground.

-They're like collectibles as well.

-You collect them and swap them.

-Trade them at school. That's a pretty good point.

So, they're specially weighted with ball-bearings

so that they can run through these things.

Basically, you get these runs

and you can construct them in any way you want. We've got three here.

One of the things, because you control them yourself,

you can make your own giant one.

-Wicked.

-Cool.

-So, what you need to do is, it is skill.

You need to manoeuvre the balls through,

but we have to set up our own angle,

so I'm going to try and do this one first.

You've to get it in there.

The objective of this one is to get it in this bad boy, here.

-It's all about the angle and speed to let it go.

-OK.

-Oh, I missed it!

-Oh, I stole your ball.

That is not good enough.

That was brilliant!

It actually does have its own personality,

it just jumped out my hand!

It's one of my favourite meals and it tastes so good -

Well, take a look at this.

Hi, I'm Ben. I'm 15 and I'm a BMXer.

BMXing is a sport that originated in America.

SONG: "The Star-Spangled Banner"

I do freestyle BMX which involves performing tricks on ramps.

I took up BMXing when I was 12 because I visited a skate park

and was really impressed by one of the BMXers there.

I wanted to be like him.

I love BMXing because there are no limits in what you can do.

There's a never-ending amount of tricks to learn.

# We don't follow no crowd They follow us

# Don't follow no sound It follows us... #

BMXing is very fun.

You can learn a really basic BMX trick in a couple of days

but the more advanced tricks can take a lot longer.

Some tricks have taken me at least six weeks to learn.

It's important to specialise in a range of tricks

to be a complete BMX rider.

My bike is make out of chrome and aluminium.

This combination makes the bike very light

which makes it easier to pull off acrobatic tricks

but it is also very strong.

I always wear my safety equipment

as I'm constantly falling off my bike when learning new tricks.

The safety equipment that I wear is -

my helmet...

my gloves...

my shin pads...

and my knee pads.

I wear my knee and shin pads under my jeans.

Absolutely anyone can take up BMXing.

You just need to save up enough pocket money to buy a basic model

then get yourself to a local park and practise riding around.

Once you have built up enough confidence

you can then head to a skate park and start learning basic tricks.

Basic BMX tricks are easy to learn but you should only attempt them

when you're confident on your BMX

and always remember to wear your safety gear.

The first trick I'll teach you is the bunny hop.

This is a great trick cos it's the first one that gets you into the air.

Step one...

whilst riding along, pull upwards on your handlebars.

Step two...

at the same as you pull up your handlebars

hitch up your back wheel so the bike hops above the ground.

Step three...

repeat step one and two but this time pull harder to gain more height.

Remember to bend your legs as you land.

The second trick is "the manual".

This is basically a wheelie

but you keep going for as long as possible without pedalling.

Step one...

whilst riding at a reasonable pace,

lock your arms out straight and pull up on the handlebars.

Step two...

start to lean back and move your body behind your seat.

This will maintain the front wheel above the floor.

Step three...

to land, lean forward until your front wheel touches the floor

and you're back in the riding position.

I've been involved in lots of competitions,

including one in Germany.

In the competitions you get 60 seconds

to show off as many tricks as you can.

This can be quite nerve-wracking but win or lose they are always good fun

and the people are really nice.

In the future, I want to turn pro and make BMXing my job.

This is going to take a lot of hard work and dedication,

so it's lucky I love what I do.

How would I do that?

You want to get the perfect motion, so as you get to the highest point

of pulling the bars, jump up with your feet.

Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows - Part 2.

Yeah, I know, I went to see it.

I'm not going to lie, it's not a disappointment.

In my opinion, it's the best film of the century. I couldn't fault it.

You just had everything in there. There's so much action.

I can't even say enough about it. I could take up the whole show.

I sat in my seat, I had butterflies just before I started watching it.

I was like, "I'm going to cry when it starts. You don't understand."

I nearly cried. The film has got everything.

If you don't know the background, Harry has to find all the Horcruxes,

which is part of Voldemort's soul, to kill Voldemort.

The films have got darker and darker as they've gone on,

and this one is probably the darkest yet.

So if you're easily scared, look away now,

cos I'm going to show you a clip. Here it is.

Sammy doesn't know what the journey is, but it's the journey of life.

It's a really sweet film, and if you're a fan of Finding Nemo

and Shark Tale, you will love this, cos it's along them lines.

It's not as good as them, actually.

But it's still a nice film. Make sure you watch it

with your family and friends.

and just make a girl fall in love with him. He falls in love

with this star, and it's just a really great film.

It's got some great stars in it - Ricky Gervais is in there,

one of my personal favourites. It's also really funny,

and if you're a fan of Take That,

you may have heard the song Rule The World. That was for this film.

It's a really good film,

so make sure you all watch it on your TV sets.

Marley & Me, a film in which John and Jenny Grogan -

Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston - raise their beloved

but extremely naughty dog Marley.

In this scene, John is taking Marley home for the first time,

and the excited puppy can't sit still. Look how cute he is!

Keep a close eye on the action and see if you notice anything wrong.

Like that? Do you like Bob Marley?

Bob - would that be a good name?

-What happened?

-The Millers got robbed.

-Again?

Good thing I got a watchdog.

-Hey, buddy. He's got some teeth.

As Marley rides in the car,

you can very clearly see that he isn't wearing any collar.

But when John steps out, Marley is wearing a black collar.

That wasn't there before!

Here he is with no collar, and in a flash he suddenly has a collar on.

No collar, collar.

A foolish error there, but we'll forgive Marley, as he is so adorable.

You may remember earlier in the series we showed you a blunder

from the classic film Nanny McPhee.

Well, the magical childminder is back again,

and we're here to show you another blunder,

this time from the sequel.

In this film, Nanny McPhee returns to help a young mother

whose husband is away at war.

Watch as Nanny McPhee drives through London.

Lord Nelson!

Did you notice the mistake?

No, it's not the moving statues.

As Nanny McPhee drives past Trafalgar Square,

the children are sitting in a sidecar to her left.

Here they are again, and the children are still on the left.

But a moment later, we see the sidecar is on her right.

And now it's back on her left again.

Here the children are on her left.

Here they are on her right. She may have magic powers,

but she clearly doesn't know her left from her right!

We've discussed everything,

and we're very sorry about what we did today.

From one magic nanny to another now,

as we look at the true classic Mary Poppins.

I'm sure you've seen this film.

You'll know it's all about a very special nanny

who arrives at the household of Mr and Mrs Banks

to try and tame their mischievous children Jane and Michael.

In this scene from the start of the film,

the children have written an advertisement for a new nanny.

But the disapproving Mr Banks tears it up and places it in the fireplace.

Watch closely and see if you can spot the gaffe.

I decided to step in.

Play games, sing songs, give treats - ridiculous.

Give me The Times, please.

-George, you're always so forceful.
