..you'll pop all of your muscles at once, including this arm...

to give it more of an effect. After...

-I see you're doing it quite a lot! After this, switch arms.

Do the same thing. You can bend and straighten to add effect

Today, I'm in Edinburgh to meet a sporty 11-year-old boy,

who needs help ditching his tracksuits

for something smarter to wear for his school prom.

Hi, I'm Mark and I'm 11 years old.

I live with my Mum, my Dad and my little sister Zoe, who's eight.

I love football because my Dad used to play it

and I've played it for so long.

I can do quite a lot of keepy-uppies and my keepy-uppy record is 2,079.

My style dilemma is that I've got a prom coming up

and I'm not sure what to wear.

His comfort zone is tracksuits and things, so he's not quite sure.

I mean, he would quite like to wear a kilt, I think.

One of my ideas is to wear a kilt to the prom...

..because it's to, like, keep the Scottish tradition

and it looks funny, cos it's like a skirt.

For outfit number one, we've gone for a basic black T-shirt.

To bring the outfit to life, we used a grey, stripy scarf.

It goes well with the kilt and it looks fabulous.

I am a massive fan of TV,

so I'll tell you what TV shows you should all be watching.

The first one is Baboons With Bill Bailey.

You may know Bill Bailey as a comedian

and he's taking big interest in baboons,

so he's following different breeds and what they get up to.

Watching this, I didn't know half the things baboons could do,

or how clever they are. There's one bit where they

are chilling in the middle of the road.

One baboon goes, "I like that car. "I'll open the car door and pop in."

It's the funniest thing.

And there's a bit where they're in a car park looking for

a bit of food and they're doing everything they can.

They take the seals off the windows, making havoc of the cars,

setting off alarms. It is hilarious. Let's have a look.

Driven on by the prospect of a tasty treat, he switches to plan B.

Break in.

A bag of bread makes a pleasant starter.

-How did he get inside?

-That's a baboon. How'd he get in?

-Don't know.

But he's unaware there's a crowd gathering outside.

Merlin's been rumbled.

Time for a quick getaway.

A loose window, a clever and muscular monkey...

Loving those baboons. OK, moving on. Now we've got Don't Scare The Hare.

Now, if you love wacky shows, this is the show for you.

It's got two teams, fighting to win a prize of 15 grand.

But they have to get up to a series of physical and mental challenges,

without disturbing this huge, ginormous robotic hare.

If I'd one of them in my garden and someone was like,

"What pet have you got?" "Just got my robotic bunny."

Even if you love it or hate it, you will not stop laughing.

Let's have a look at what the teams get up to.

And he can't, he's just a fail. You can even set it up yourself.

He takes off the container and balls drop everywhere, he picks them up.

I got a few marbles, I did it myself.

I definitely did it, you know how I do.

It comes out today. Lego Pirates Of The Caribbean

takes the world of Pirates Of The Caribbean and brings it to life

in the form of Lego bricks.

One of the things I like about it is, if you're a fan of the films,

like I am, if you look carefully when playing the game,

you can see some of the films' locations and play through them

with your character.

One of the things that I like about this game is...

Well, you know how the characters don't normally communicate

-with words?

-They make sounds.

-Give us an impression.

Arr-arr! That's how they communicate.

-What were you saying?

-It's the sounds that represent their feelings.

Anyway, I was talking to the developer of the game,

and actually, they got Johnny Depp to do the voiceover

for all the grunts and moans.

It's got everything - treasure, sword fighting

and all your favourite characters. So you'll have a great time.

Or does it go through the first, second and third?

and there's some sneak bits from the upcoming fourth film.

This is also helpful because you don't need to fumble in your bag,

to be pressing the buttons. There's buttons to swap tracks.

You can just keep it in your pocket?

Yeah, you can keep this in your pocket while that's on there,

and you control the music from that.

And you can turn it up and down.

Yeah, the volume on this actually gets very loud,

you can hear it from up to 30 feet.

Another helpful thing is,

Yeah, if you're an adventurous bike rider,

then you'll be fine. It's not going to break or something.

The other thing that I like about it most is the size of it.

I'll be showing you something cool that

you can show your friends at school on Monday. Take a look.

Hi, I'm Alvie, I'm 13 years old

and I've been beatboxing for about six years.

HE BEATBOXES

Beatboxing is basically making music with just your mouth.

I used to imitate sounds from songs when I was younger,

and my friends used to notice it and say, "You're really good,"

and they told me that it was called beatboxing.

Beatboxing is normally used in fast drum'n'bass and rap music.

'Anyone can take up beatboxing.'

At first it's not that hard, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy.

When you start beatboxing, you'll start with the three basic sounds

and build up from there.

The three basic sounds are the bass drum...

..the snare...

and the hi-hat, and they are very easy to learn.

The first sound I'm going to teach you is the bass drum.

Bass is the main sound in a beat

and it's very important for a beginner to master it.

Purse your lips as if you're going to do a popping sound like this...

Push your lips out quite fast, as if you're shooting air,

and it should make a popping sound.

The second sound I'm going to teach you is called the snare

and it's important because it's used in most beats.

Place your tongue at the top of your mouth.

Step two - breathe in while trying to make a "K" sound

and practise until it sounds right.

The hi-hat is important because it pieces the beat together

and it's most effective between the bass and the snare.

Place your tongue at the tip of your front teeth.

Blow out while making a "T" and "S" sound like this.

Tttsssttt.

And then make it shorter like this.

Ttsstt.

The best thing about the three basic sounds is you can do it anywhere -

in front of the TV, on the way home from school, on the bus -

and you don't need any equipment to do it.

I think I do have natural talent because I had the ability to do it

before I found out what beatboxing was, but I think anyone can do it

if they practise a lot and get the three basic sounds down.

In the future, I'd like to continue beatboxing and reach

the professional stage, and continue to learn as much as I can.

Now that you've heard me do it, why don't you try it for yourself?

Alvie, how long have you been doing beatboxing for?

-Well, I've been beatboxing for about six years.

-Six years.

-That's a long time. How old are you now?

-I'm 13.

-13 years of age.

I'm 16 and I can't do anything of what I've just seen.

-So, you're going to teach me a little bit?

-Yeah.

Just talk me through slowly what we're going to be doing.

-There's three basic steps to beatboxing.

-OK.

The first one is called the bass drum, which goes like this.

BEATS ONCE

Talk me through this one.

To do the bass drum, you purse your lips like this.

Push your mouth out really fast.

You should make a popping sound like this.

POPPING

-What's that called?

-Bass drum.

-The second is called the hi-hat.

-That's a part of a drum kit?

I know this, I know this. It's part of a drum kit,

so teach me a bit about the hi-hat.

-The hi-hat sounds like this.

-HE HISSES

Right. How do we do that?

By making a "T" and "S" sound at the tip of your teeth.

HE PRACTISES HI-HAT

-Right.

-And that's your hi-hat.

-So you've got...

Actually, I think my friend's really good at this. Can we get Tyger on?

Now, Tyger, I know you do a little bit of beatboxing here and there.

This is Alvie and he's world-class at beatboxing.

He's taught us. What was the first one? The bass drum.

Basically, all you need to do is take your two hands

and cover your nose like that, but make sure your thumbs are free.

With your thumbs, all you do is flick the back of your tooth.

That makes a cracking sound, so if we put that all together.

Put your two hands on your nose

and remember to tilt your nose to the side,

so it's as if you're cracking it. Three, two, one. Oh!

Remember, to react like it hurts a little bit, like, "Oh!"

A little bit painful for you and then crack it back.

That's how you'll make all your friends laugh

It's starring Jack Black, Billy Connolly, Catherine Tate.

I'm sure you know at least one of them - all comedians.

It is one of THE funniest films. I didn't stop laughing watching it.

The comedy timing in it is incredible.

Gulliver, who works in the mail room, just like,

"Yeah, just in the mail room. Nothing major."

But he lies and says he's a writer. So he ends up being sent off

to the Bermuda Triangle to discover it and write more about it.

However, some weird stuff happens and he ends up on the island of Lilliput.

It's really funny. They're about that small.

Just my Lilliput friend here. Just going to put him in my pocket.

And he bigs himself up so much -

they think he's this great king of Manhattan -

and it's so funny cos we know he's lying and they don't.

Then some stuff goes on and it all goes pear-shaped.

However, it is still so funny.

I enjoyed it. I'm sure you will.
