for this week I want to teach you a move called "isolation".

Now we've done the basics of popping which is "waving"

and "popping". Hopefully you've all practised this

and you'll know it by now.

What we'll do now is step it up a game and we'll do isolation.

To teach you this move,

I've got another brother - Richard!

All right, kid.

-So what is it, the isolation?

-You saw it at the start of the routine.

The move's like this.

Right, now, it does look really weird and not difficult

-because it isn't difficult.

-It looks difficult.

It looks difficult but it actually isn't.

-You're going to have to teach me in stages.

-All right.

Instead of learning it downwards,

you'll learn it this way first. It's like this.

Right. Now, to do this what you do is you keep your head still.

It's like you're just leaning that way.

And that way. So it's like you're doing that but, as you do it,

you keep your head in the centre.

LAUGHTER

Ish.

Yeah, you've got it "ish". All you need to do now emphasise it more.

When you go left, move left a bit more and keep your head straight.

-That's really hard.

-It is really hard.

It's the top half of your body, isn't it? You don't move the bottom.

That's why it's called "isolation",

you're keeping one part of your body still. Don't move your head!

-It's hard!

-Yes.

-You want to move your head naturally.

When you move left,

you're doing it a bit but, over time, you'll get used to it more

and you'll end up doing it properly so it's fully left,

so it looks a bit weird. I won't stay like this as it's weird.

-You'll end up looking like that. You can do cool stuff.

-I'm not sure.

-OK.

-Right, now we'll do it to the song and I'll tell you

when the music comes in and you'll all try and join in.

an 11-year-old girl who needs my help to swap her casual style

for something extra special for an important party.

Hi, I'm Bronwyn and I'm 11.

I live with my mum, my brother and my dad.

It's my dad's birthday party tomorrow

and I don't know what to wear.

I want to wear something I haven't worn for a while and something new.

Bronwyn wants to dress up, so any help that she can get

to look great will be fantastic.

Bronwyn goes for casual clothes so she'll wear leggings

on a daily basis and just put her usual tops.

Bronwyn might be unsure of a new look right now

but I know just how to give her the confidence to try out new looks

and share them with the world.

First, I need to meet Bronwyn face to face.

I'm nervous cos she's got no idea I'm going to come

so I'm going to sneak around the side. Wish me luck.

I think I know what the problem is. I think you're neglecting

half of your wardrobe because you wear your casuals.

I reckon if you try on a load of stuff,

It's a really funny show. You seem them getting really tense.

I'm a cool kid around the town, that's what I get referred to.

It has been confirmed that there is going to be a 23rd series.

We've had such guests in the past as Russell Brand, Daniel Radcliffe,

Ricky Gervais, so what's going to be next?

We are on the fifth episode so we're still on the auditions.

I mean, the auditions, I think, are my favourite part of the whole show.

I love the semi-final and the final

cos that's when you get to see them all shine

but I love how funny it is watching other people who can't do it

and think they can. It's awkward when they're like, "Yeah, I can!"

No, you can't!

And they're getting booed off, it's great. I sit there watching it

and I'm like, "Get off the stage, wasting my time, I'm bored now."

But it's still funny, you know. My favourite act has got to be, so far,

the guy with the eyes that go, "Boom... Boom!"

I can do it but I don't want to do it

in case I get asked to go on it, so...

Yeah. My favourite act of last week is this.

OK, next is Britain's Secret Seas. This is a new series

and this week we will see sea lions and how they hold their breath.

Did you know if you hold your breath in ice-cold water,

you can hold it for longer because your heart only pumps blood

to your vital organs.

That's half the stuff you'll learn so it's a really factual show

and I enjoy it so I'm sure you will. Here it is - Britain's Secret Seas.

DIVER: These whiskers are not just decoration.

They're as important for the seal as their eye-sight.

They use them to probe the water and sense the vibrations around them

and they can determine the direction in which a fish is swimming

up to 15 metres away.

These complex and adaptable animals

may also learn by copying the behaviour of others.

Look at that. Is he copying me? Every time I cross my arms,

the seal crosses his flippers!

We know that these seals mimic each other to learn

and it looks like this one has gone a step further.

How cool does that look?

OK, now, and finally, is Merlin. I'm sure you all know

this used to be on BBC One but it's now on CBBC

and, you know, it's a wicked show.

You've got a bit of magic in there, a few fire-breathing dragons -

"You got a pet?" "Yeah, just my dragon."

So it's brilliant. In this week's episode Arthur kills a unicorn.

Not very nice, I know. And because he did that, a curse is put on Camelot

and it's down to Merlin to find out what to do to remove the curse.

It's action-packed, it's a great show altogether. I still follow it,

I sit there, "Merlin's on! Yes! Boom! Definitely going to watch that."

I'm here with Dionne and Georgia and first up is Carnival Games.

Carnival Games is a fairly new game

for the Xbox 360 Kinect

and it's a virtual fun fair. You are able to play a variety

of different mini games using your body as the controller.

It's got all the fun fair classics such as Pig Racing

and the Wheel Of Chance

but my personal favourite is Monkey See Monkey Do

and Dionne is going to very kindly demonstrate for us.

It's the most energetic of all the mini games

and involves you dancing around and copying a monkey.

Are you being the monkey or just copying?

-You just stand opposite the monkey and do everything it does.

-OK. Nice.

-Copy everything it does.

-So the aim of the game is to get as many moves

-as similar as possible?

-Yeah.

-Cool.

-OK, what do I do now?

-Raise your left hand.

-IN GAME:

-Now watch that monkey!

-So just copy it, yeah?

-It's quite scary!

from the App Store. It's been out a while now

and it's called Morfo.

Basically what it involves is taking a picture of one of your friends

and then you can change it into a 3D model of them,

-change their hair, make-up, facial features...

-Sounds cool.

You can even make it dance

in certain styles.

OK, we'll create a new face so you can see the whole process.

I took up skateboarding when I was eight years old.

My dad bought me a skateboard for Christmas.

I love skateboarding because I wanted to do something different.

The skateboarding scene is cool because you meet new friends.

I like it because everyone wants to help you out.

When people pull of a big trick, you call it sick.

That doesn't mean it's poor.

It just means there's no better word to describe it.

My favourite type of skateboarding is vert skating.

Some people think vert skating is scary because of the height.

Aarghhh!

In fact, it's really easy.

Uh. It's not so bad.

In vert skating, I've had quite a few successes.

I won twice in a row in the European Vert Championships.

I do get nervous at competitions.

But when I'm skating, I don't think about anyone else. It pays off.

# Every day I'm shuffling... #

The safety equipment I wear is a helmet,

big elbow pads and big knee pads.

I uses quite big ones because I skate vert ramps,

which can go 14 foot high.

If you're falling from that distance,

you want to have well-built pads.

As a beginner, you want to wear all your safety equipment.

To avoid bashing into people, you want to keep an eye on things,

as well as concentrating on what you're doing.

This is the drop-in.

It's very good for beginners. It's a way of getting used to the ramp.

Step one is all about feet positioning.

You back foot on the centre of the kicktail.

The front foot should be covering your front bolts.

Step two - a firm press with your front foot.

Step three is all about staying balanced - leaning into the ramp.

Don't lean back or you'll end up on your bottom.

When you're starting to learn on a skateboard,

you want to learn on small ramps and work your way up.

Everyone wants to master the Ollie. Here's how you do it.

Step one - getting your feet positioning right.

Back foot on the edge of the kicktail.

Your front foot just behind the bolts.

Step two - hop and jump.

Thrust the back foot and then raise both your knees towards your chest.

Step three. As you reach the highest point,

slide your front foot towards the nose of the board to level it out.

Anyone can take up skateboarding.

If you stay dedicated to it, it gets easier and easier.

I want to keep on skateboarding and I really want to go pro.

If I stay dedicated, I think I can do it.

Stay strong and peace up.

That was amazing. You know the best thing?

We've got Matt in the studio with us.

He's going to teach me some tricks.

Shall we jump onto the floor?

What are you going to teach me?

-An Ollie.

Where do I put my feet?

I've never been on a skateboard before so you'll have to show me.

First step is you put your front foot behind all the four bolts.

-Your back foot on the end of the tail.

-OK.

-Second step.

You want to compress your legs as if you're going to jump really high.

Third and final step is smack the back tail down as hard as you can.

As well as that, you scoop your front foot up the board and jump.

Really high. All in one.

-OK. Can you show us one?

-Yep.

Wicked. That's really good. Give him a clap.

and you just click in the bag.

Make sure it's all realistic.

Listening to CDs - are we talking about listening to CDs,

If you bring your Walkman, then you've got 12 songs, say,

on something like that. Already, if you want more than 50 songs,

you've got to bring, say, four CDs. It's so impractical.

Having a CD - you go and buy a CD, you can also put it on your laptop.

cos in this film, Jack Sparrow goes on the hunt for a youth fountain.

If you drink the water, it restores your youth.

It means living forever, on a pirate ship, being young, forever and ever.

But I'm totally hyped by this, I'm sure you can feel my excitement.

So let's have a little look at Pirates of the Caribbean IV.

And it's the latest Disney Pixar animation,

based on the character Rapunzel.

I don't want to brag or anything, but, you know, it's what I do.

It's a bit of a different take on it, different things happen.

My favourite character, the horse, you know,

chilling with his sword in his mouth, fighting off the bad people.

And she wants to go see these lights, but she doesn't know

her background, and all sort of weird things happen.
