Hello, everyone, and welcome to this week's Dance Download.

I'm going to teach you a move which you'll see in this routine.

DANCE MUSIC

APPLAUSE

This week, I'm going to teach you a move which you just saw,

it's called the Bodywave.

To help teach you this, I've got my man, Richard.

APPLAUSE

Right, so as you've already seen,

Richard has turned into a bit of a legend when it comes to dance.

You're teaching me slowly.

See, see, he's getting it!

What're we doing today?

The Bodywave, the wave bit, which is what we learnt before, this.

The Bodywave, right.

It's like there's a wave going through your arm.

Bodywave's exactly the same, but there's a wave starting from your head, going all the way down,

and it can either finish at your hips and bring it all the way back up, or

go all the way down to your legs, which is what we'll do today,

and bring it back up again.

-OK!

-So put your head up.

Now, what you do is, it's like you're grabbing a bar, and what you're doing

is you're rolling it all the way down your body like a rolling pin.

See, perfect.

When you get to your hips, you're going to do a little boop!

Just puff it out a little bit. Yeah!

Right, so we roll it down, go to there.

Now, we're going to do the same and roll it all the way back up again.

Now, you can either finish at your chest

or pop your head back up is what I always do.

We're going to go all the way to the hips and then you're going to...

Right? Then you go down, do anything with your legs, but I'm doing this.

Step, then step back, then wave all the way back up again.

You don't have to do the arm,

go all the way back up and back to your head.

You made that look really good!

-Right...

-Thank you!

So, down. Now, do whatever you want with your legs.

Now, bring it all the way back up and back to your head. So you got it?

-I can't get the... Yeah.

-The chest is really simple, it's just like...

Boom! Do that to the music, just stand there just casually...

I think that, for me...

Obviously, for you, you've got your own technique,

but I think for me, if I use my arms, I think...

Do you want to do the arms? Right, the arms...

I'll just like...sort of bring it back up.

-But that's how I feel comfortable.

-It's whatever you feel

comfortable with, you just add it in.

So you've got the wave from the first week, which is that.

You can start with one arm, into the Bodywave, bring it back up,

then out into that wave. Do you want to try that?

Right, so, right arm, wave,

down the body,

-back up, left arm. See.

-Yeah.

Right, so you've got it perfect. Now, we're going to try THAT to the music.

And that was a nasty belly flop. I wouldn't want to see that again.

Hello, everyone, welcome to the Games Download.

I'm here with Ceal and Dionne,

and the first hot game I'm talking about is Brunswick Pro Bowling.

It's on the PS3 Move and it's just like bowling,

but in your front room.

One of the things is, you don't actually have to wear bowling shoes,

-but we like to take things seriously here, don't we, guys?

-Yes.

-Yes.

-Right, so, Ceal's going to jump up and start playing.

There's your PS remote controller.

-Now, what you need to do to play is, you see that green line?

-Yes, I do.

The green line, you need to move it about by using the buttons on there.

-Right.

-Move it about, and then when you're happy with where you

are, then you're going to hold down the T-trigger,

-you're going to go back and release the ball, release the button.

-Right.

OK, cool.

-OK. Oh, look at that!

-Now, that looks pretty good.

OK, you got one out of three. That's not bad.

The good thing about this game is it uses

actual ball and pin physics, so it's very accurate with your movements and how the ball comes off.

What's the difference between this and Wii Bowling?

This is much better because there's so much more you can do.

You can give your character different bowling balls, you can

change the design of them, you can do career mode, multi-player, and there's just so much to do.

-Cos it's got all the other lanes going as well.

-Do you like this game?

I like this game, I was playing on this last night for hours.

Well, not hours.

-Come on, Tyger, then, give us a go.

-Yeah, OK.

Ooh, it vibrates as well.

OK, got to put the safety strap on.

This is going to be a strike.

That was really fast, that, Tyger.

-Just take a couple, chuck them on the floor.

Ooh. I feel like I'm like...

These are little robotic creatures.

Basically, they vibrate all over the floor, they scurry along.

But you needn't worry,

because if they go on their back, it's got a self-correction mechanism

-and give it a few seconds and it just turns back over.

-That is weird.

This is the new arena for them.

One's gone over there.

Just pop them all in here, and they'll make their way into...

-Look.

They're having a fight now, are they?

-Whoever stays in longest wins.

There they all go. And if you want to impress your friends, everyone,

you should get a yellow Hexbug,

because some bugs are rarer than others.

Like the blue ones, the blue ones are very common,

but the pink ones and the yellow ones are actually very rare.

The yellow ones are so rare, we don't actually have any.

Right, so these are the Hexbug Nanos, but to carry on with the

Games Download, we'll need to take these out of the way.

-Ceal, could you...?

Could you get rid of all this for me?

Just pop them... Oh, they're escaping!

As Ceal is kindly doing that for us, I'll move on to the Spider,

but I don't get that, because he's only got six legs.

We're actually very lucky to have this one,

because this one isn't released until autumn.

It's remote-controlled, this one.

So we'll turn it on.

What's the distance like from...?

Not brilliant, you have to stay close when you're controlling it.

-It's quite scary.

-You can turn it round,

and you move it around and stuff.

It is scary, imagine hearing that in the night.

Right, so, that is the Hexbugs, everyone.

Right, so, now it's time for Tyger Versus. And for that, we're going to need Richard, Aidan and Georgia.

Tyger Versus is the part in our show where I go up against one of these guys at one of my favourite games.

Today, we're playing on We Sing Encore.

Let's hope I'm not up against Dionne, cos it is a singing game.

OK, the first one is Horrible Histories.

Now, this is a show, and it's a really fun take on history.

You've got actors who put on sketches of different periods in time.

So we've got the Tudors, the Romans, the Vikings,

World War One, World War Two, everything.

If you love history, it's a great way to learn,

even if you find it boring. In school, "History!" This is quality.

I've learnt so much. Did you know that in Roman times, a general would have someone counting

how many they killed. If they won, they'd write a book about it.

That's just one thing you've got to learn, so here is Horrible Histories.

What about that one there with the axe?

-Oh, I can't give you that one, sir, he's still moving.

Ah, this will be the first time I've ever killed 5,000 enemies

in one battle and qualified for a Roman triumph.

Two more, and then yours truly will be parading in a chariot

through the streets of Rome to the wild adulation of the crowd.

Oh, please. Oh, please. Ooh, is that one there?

Yes, I'll give you that. He's moving, but, realistically,

he's not going anywhere without his head.

OK, and now, it's Primeval.

So this is where there are cracks in time and dinosaurs are escaping

through the cracks and they're like taking over. You know like, waa?

Yeah, well, that's my dinosaur impression of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.

And this team are trying to push them back through the crack.

I don't understand why they don't get the Doctor in, with his TARDIS.

"Come on, Tyrannosaurus Rex, go in the TARDIS."

Well, that can't happen, and this week, we've got a tetrapod

in the water and he's basically living in the seas.

"Where are you living?" "Just in the Atlantic Ocean."

It's about them in a submarine trying to push it back,

but the submarine gets damaged and it's all going crazy.

So will they get the tetrapod back, or not?

You'll have to watch to find out, let's have a look.

Phew! Well, that was very stressful indeed.

And finally, we have got The Big Performance.

You may know it's Gareth Malone, and he's taking a group of ten children

who are really shy, and he wants them to sing in front of 40,000 people. I mean, how is he going to do that?

Gareth Malone, he can do anything. It's about building up their confidence,

learning different styles of singing. This week, it's Country Western.

I'm not going to give too much away, but you might recognise someone, so let's have a little gander.

Star of hit TV show Outnumbered,

Tyger Drew-Honey has been acting since the age of seven.

-I will do anything I can to get them on their way.

One of the most important things about performing

is getting into character, because if you're not in your character, things can seem very flat and uninteresting.

How can we help everyone get into character as a cowboy?

For our exercise today, we're going to be doing some role plays. You've all got the same characters.

Armed with props and some stock country characters,

our singers have to act out a typical cowboy movie scene.

There's sheriffs, cowgirls, bandits, and even a damsel in distress.

-No!

-Please! I have two starving kids at home!

You were a really desperate, dithering criminal, which I thought was really good and really funny.

It was the first documentary thing I'd done

and it was really cool getting to know them all, and lovely bunch of kids, actually.

Today, I'm meeting a boy who wants to give all his classmates at school

a present to mark their last year together. What a generous chap!

Hi, I'm Gabriel, I'm 11 years old, and I live with my mum.

I'm leaving junior school and I'm planning on making T-shirts for all my classmates as a leaving gift.

I really need some help doing this.

Gabriel's leaving junior school, so he wanted to make individual T-shirts for all of his classmates,

so they could all remember each other.

I like creative stuff and I think this will be a really fun thing to do.

I think I can pull this off, but only if I can get some help.

Gabriel plans to make all his classmates special T-shirts to hand out on their last day at school.

A fantastic idea, but seriously hard work. Luckily for him, I'm here to help!

Making T-shirts is fun, creative and they make really great presents.

Best of all, it's really easy. Here's how you do it.

Gabriel's was to mark him leaving school, but your's could be for anything, like a birthday,

a sporting event or to help you wear something original for a party.

Remember to pick a colour that reflects the personality

of whoever you're making it for.

Gabriel added a photo on to the front of his T-shirts.

To achieve this, you'll need to go to a local t-shirt printing company.

Alternatively, you could always draw a logo or picture on the front yourself.

You'll need fabric pens so whatever you write doesn't come off in the wash.

And using stencils is a great way to add important features, like your name.

Adding bright colours, glitter and stars really help bring it to life.

Get all your friends to sign and write messages on your T-shirt.

This'll make it special and something you'll want to keep.

What a fab day. Gabriel and his friends have learnt to make some amazing T-shirts

and now he can make them for the rest of the class. What a great gift.

I'm definitely going to make T-shirts for the class and I hope they'll like them.

I definitely think Gabriel should go on and make t-shirts for the rest of the class.

Yeah. All of the class would love it and enjoy it and deserve it as well.

Freestyle football was actually born in Holland

and since then, it's spread globally

and just inspired so many people to pick up freestyle.

I played normal football from a very young age,

and was always more interested in the skilful side of the game.

so after seeing some adverts and some videos on the internet,

freestyle just sort of developed into the real passion in my life.

There's lots of variation in the tricks,

for example, there's Abbas Around The World.

There's Around The Moon.

Touzani Around The World.

Side Head Stall which is done with your upper body,

so head and shoulders.

And then there's tricks like crossover.

And sole juggles, which can be done sitting down.

I started off with the very bare basics of just normal kick-ups,

then I progressed on to ways of getting the ball into the air,

like with the K-Flick.

Then I moved on to slightly more complex tricks like Around The World.

All you need to start freestyle is a pair of trainers and a football.

I tend to prefer to use Astroturf trainers,

which are specifically designed for playing football with.

But if you're a beginner, any trainers will do.

I suggest you're able to do at least 100 kick-ups

with your right and left foot

before you start trying to learn many tricks.

The first trick I'm going to show you is called the K-Flick Up.

It's great for beginners because it's a cool way to get the ball from the ground, into a kick-up position.

Step one, get the ball secured in between your ankles.

Step two, roll the ball with your stronger foot

around the other ankle.

Step three, combine steps one and two

then twist your body weight whilst releasing the ball

until you're facing the opposite direction.

Then start doing kick-ups.

I managed to get good with both feet just by relentless training of my weak foot.

I'd go to the garden and practise the same trick over and over again

with my weak foot, until it was as good as it was on my strong foot.

The second trick is called the Around The World.

This is vital to learn as a basis for many other tricks.

Step one is to roll the ball up and balance it on your foot.

Step two, to master the circular motion,

practise dropping the ball from your hands,

letting it bounce once and swinging your leg around the ball.

Step three, combine steps one and two by lifting the ball into the air

and going around it in one fluid movement.

My freestyle career has taken me to places that I'd have never been otherwise.

A few years ago, I won a competition

which meant I got to carry the ball on

to the Champions League final in Rome in 2009,

which is something that not many people get to do.

So to be able to do that at such a young age

is really, really special for me.

My number one ambition is to beat my own limits

and bring my freestyle to almost a new level, really.

Are you all right, mate? So this is my ball, I'm gathering.

Today I'll try and teach you

one of the most fundamental tricks of freestyle

called the Around The World.

Right, I'll show you the trick first.

Basically, you need to get the ball balanced on your foot

and then go around it and try and continue doing kick-ups again.

I could do this.

Right. So is there a special way of flicking it round to catch it?

The main thing you need to remember is it's a fluid movement,

so instead of kicking the ball up and then trying to go around, it's more...

That's quite difficult.

What you're doing there, you were doing kick-ups,

kicking it and then trying to go round,

where you want to be doing just a fluid movement.

-If you want, you can start...

-You need to get the ball spinning, don't you?

The easiest way to learn is from balancing the ball on your foot.

If you manage to put it in there -

just point your toes to the sky -

and then it should balance there.

We'll go again.

There we are. That was close, that was one fluid movement as well.

it's called the Thumb Dis-attachment Trick.

To do this, you have to get your hand,

then put your thumb like that and curve it around.

What we do now is we get the thumb and put your finger over it.

We're going to tell a story to your friends,

You say, "I've got a fake thumb. I had a fight with a shark,

"bit it off, beat the shark in the end. Got his big brothers involved,

"beat them too." You've got half a thumb.

You put it like this and you go to your friends and just go, "whoop."

I'll do it again, so you've got the "whoop."

Woop, that's a little, cool noise. Whoop.

There we go, got the noise.

-So we go, "Whoop, whoop."

and the film that's out in the cinema next week is Diary Of A Wimpy Kid 2.

These films are based on the magazine strip by Jeff Kinney,

and the main character, Greg, with his older brother, Roderick.

Now, this film is based around their relationship.

I have a younger brother, and you know, we've had rocky

bits in our relationship, always not getting on, fighting, me and Key,

but it's a really fun film.

I watched the film, I'm like, "I remember that, I did that with my brother."

Also, there's a new girl in school, so I'm sure you all know when there's a new girl or boy, you're just like,

"Be cool, yeah, new girl, new boy, yeah."

So it's all about him and his friends trying to impress them.

It's a really feel good film, you'll watch it and think, "I know someone like that."

It's brilliant, so let's have a look at Diary Of A Wimpy Kid 2.

To think just a couple of years ago,

me and the boys were in a rehearsal studio singing to each other.

Fast forward a few years, me and the boys are singing to 20,000 people.

I love JLS, and the film that's on TV this week is my favourite ever Disney film,

Here I am, doing my work.

And also, a new robot comes from the sky called Eva.

And he's like, "Oh a robot, oh, I'm happy, there's a robot."

However, she's there to do a job and she does her job and she shuts down.

It's about him trying to get back Eva so they can live

happily ever after, but he ends up in space he with a fire extinguisher,

ends up on this massive ship...

It's crazy, but it's a really good film, really cute,

and Wall-e is my favourite ever robot.

And now for one of my favourite bits in the show,

it is some classic movie mistakes with Georgia.

First up, School Of Rock, where wannabe rock star, Dewey,

played by Jack Black, poses as a supply teacher

at his local school and turns the kids into a rock band.

In this scene, we see Dewey teaching his class

how to go from grade A student to rock stars.

Here he is teaching a girl the bass guitar.

But hold on, what's missing here?

Rewind.

The guitar that Dewey is playing has no strings.

Let's take a closer look.

Yeah, no strings. Schoolboy error.

Or should I say, schoolteacher error.

Here is Nanny McPhee,

where Emma Thompson stars as a family nanny

using magic to discipline seven mischievous children.

In this scene, we see Nanny McPhee tuck the children into bed.
