I was doing a write-in session with him and this is a picture of me and him.

Basically, I went to the shop

and I got two coats to choose from.

I don't really wear a lot of coats but it was two black ones.

It was a leather one and a normal one that come up here,

which is the other one.

I had to choose which one cos I thought,

"I'm not going to wear them both." I was looking in the mirror thinking, "What can I wear this with?"

Were you swapping for ages?

This one was a bit more loose. The leather jacket was quite tight.

-I prefer that one.

-It took me a little while.

-Good choice.

-Nice one, Richard.

-That's what I did.

OK, here's what I did. It's not very glamorous.

I went to the dentist.

Here's what I did. This is me and my brother playing some computer games.

You can't see from the picture but my brother is not the best

person at playing games so I'm thrashing him.

That's him cheating and trying to beat me at FIFA,

but he's still losing, and in the end I think I scored about 3-1.

And he was Arsenal, I was United, cos, you know, United always win.

So that's what I did.

I'm going to teach you just a small routine of tutting.

It's like learning any routine. Just little hand things, like puppets.

-What we do first is bring them both up.

Look at each other. Snake fight. Talk if you want.

Now push it together. Now go around.

Now pull out again. What we do is face forward.

Put the left one down. Now bring this one up

then hit down and across.

-We'll go from the beginning.

-Go through that one more time.

So they go together, twist round,

pull back out, back forward, left one down,

up and across. Yeah. Check you've got that from the beginning.

Let's see if I can do it on my own. Ready?

As you all know, I am a massive fan of movies, and he are my picks

what's on your TV screens, out in cinema and out on DVD.

Out in cinema is Transformers.

This is number three in the trilogy of Transformers.

The second one wasn't as good as the first, so I'm hoping

the third one will be bigger and better, and it is sure to improve

because it is a massive battle.

The Decepticons are back to fight the Autobots and they're trying to take over the earth.

Are the Autobots going to survive?

Everybody has to get involved, even the humans.

It will be a massive battle. The action sequences will be incredible

and I'm going to give you a sneak peak at one of the action sequences here in the trailer.

Years from now they're going to ask,

"Where were you when they took over the planet?"

You're going to be fine, I promise.

It's over. I'm sorry but it's over.

Optimus!

You may lose your faith in us, but never in yourselves.

From here, the fight will be your own.

Did you notice that Megan Fox wasn't in the trailer?

Her character won't be returning for the third one.

A little bit disappointing, and also, make sure you ask your mum and dad

to take you to see this film.

Now I'm going to give you a little bit of an exclusive.

I've seen the trailer for the new Muppets movie.

I know, I was a kid, I wasn't a massive fan of The Muppets.

I thought, "The Muppets, really? Am I going to like it?"

Watch this trailer. Looks deadly, looks incredible.

The story is that they have to stop their theatre

being closed down so they can keep on doing their thing.

The old characters are back, Miss Piggy, Kermit the Frog.

They have to save the theatre. It's full of action and adventure

and it's non-stop. So if you're not a big fan of The Muppets

I'm sure you will love it because I am now loving it.

I'll prove it because I'll show you the trailer.

Here's this week's treasure trove of trip-ups.

Every human being is unique, for better or for worse.

Next up is the 1996 classic film Matilda,

in which Matilda, an extraordinary girl with magical powers,

is born into a very mean and unpleasant family.

Here a newborn Matilda is on her way home

for the first time from hospital.

When her careless parents leave her in the boot there is no seatbelt.

In a flash, a seatbelt appears.

And finally here is Spy Kids,

a film in which the children of two secret agent parents must follow

in the footsteps of their mum and dad

Welcome to the Games Download.

I'm here with Georgia and Aidan, the first game

we're talking about today is Wii Play Motion.

You might remember the original which was just Wii Play -

a series of mini games designed to help the players master the remote.

What they've done with this is build on that and you need

the Motion plus accessories and there are more mini games and more moves.

It's basically perfecting your technique.

It's only been out a week, so we just sort of testing it out, I suppose.

There's 12 mini games and the first Mini game,

you're going to play, Georgia, is called Cone Zone.

So, just get up and just click on the cone.

The little one there. Scoop mode.

There's going to be loads of dollops of ice-cream.

Is the aim to catch them all?

-And balance and you'll find that the tower builds up really high.

-OK.

-Are you ready?

-Which way do I...?

My high score is 60.

-It's like a tilt one. You see what I mean?

-Yes.

Oh! Come on, keep going, keep going!

Keep it up, come on! Straighten it out! Ah!

Well, it's quite fun, isn't it?

The next game we're playing

is the umbrella one. This is for both of you. We're going to do two player.

You go through a racecourse pulled by an umbrella

and the Wii remote is your umbrella, so depending on where you want to go,

that is where you put the umbrella.

-So it's a race?

-Wooh-ooh!

-Oh my days!

-How do you know where to go?

-Just follow the course.

-I'm on a role.

Come on. I'm collecting the little diamond things.

Aidan's got the hang of it.

-You can actually fall off the track, so be careful of that.

They're really unique, not like any other games you've seen before.

What do you guys think overall? The good things? The bad things?

-I really like it, actually.

-I actually find it really fun.

The games are really unique and you can have a great time with your family.

But there are only 12 mini games and it doesn't go much further than that.

Are they repetitive?

If you played through it in an hour, you will have played all of them.

That was the Wii Play Motion.

Now on to the gadget, which are called Trampit shoes,

tramp it as in trampolines.

They're not really trampolines.

That is the essence of them.

-Are they quite bouncy?

-Yeah, I've just been for a jog.

Basically they are just made for bouncing and jumping around and having fun.

They are out on Monday and we're lucky to have them in the studio.

You might notice they look very similar

to the flex feet that paralympians use.

-I was thinking that.

-They're the same design,

but these have been made in a different way so they are more fun.

They are quite fashionable as well, I think.

How it works is there's a folded piece of reinforced steel

underneath the sole, and that gives you a sort of springiness.

So you can sort of bounce and walk and spring.

It's good that you can balance.

No, literally, I put them on my feet and I remembered with other things

I have to watch a video and stuff, but nothing to these.

Can you pick up speed? Can you run really fast?

There's a bounce setting and a sprint setting.

There's a thing in it that you pull out and it changes

the position of it somehow so it is more running rather than bouncing.

-That is really cool.

-One of the interesting things about this

as well is that one boot fits not all, but many.

They have this size adjustment thing,

small, medium and large and all of your friends

and family with different-sized feet can all have fun with the same pair.

-That is really cool.

-Isn't it?

with a little bit of rap slang added on to the end of it.

My rap name is M Dot. I took the first letter from my name Mason

It's important to have a rap name. There's a million people with

the same name as you. Your rap name makes you stand out as an artist.

I was taking part in local showcases.

Now I'm turning my hobby into a career.

Rapping is our life. We do it all the time.

We are near enough rehearsing and writing new songs every day.

When I'm writing a rap, inspiration can come from anywhere.

There's been times where I've woke up in the middle of the night

and I'm like, yo, that's a sick idea.

I write it down.

You've got to have a note pad with you all the time.

I rap about loads of different subjects.

This includes my friends, where I'm from, my clothes. Anything.

The structure of rap, you write sentence after sentence,

usually rhyming at the end, until you get 16 sentences.

This is normally a verse on a track.

If you love music, then anyone can take up rapping.

This is our top tips.

For anyone who wants to learn how to rap.

The very basics of the any rap is rhyming words together.

Done. Everyone takes English at school

and rapping is just like poetry.

-Writing sentences after sentences that rhyme.

Rapping is all about flowing to a beat.

This is all about rapping on time to an instrumental.

-It's then up to you whether you rap fast or slow.

-Loud or soft.

But practice will make you better.

Voice your own opinions.

And write about your own experiences.

to tell you what TV shows you should be watching next week.

The first one is a Mythbusters.

Now, this is where the host uses science and scientific evidence

to test all the myths and rumours.

This episode is based on sharks

they are testing rumours like if you come

face-to-face with a shark, hit it on its nose it'll be scared.

It's never happened to me. It might have happened to you.

Also, if they're scared of their own reflection. I know I'm not!

But can a shark? You have to watch the show to find out.

So here is a little glimpse of what they get up to.

Well, Tory, to the untrained eye,

it looks like you're playing the part of shark bait.

Oh, man! I've got to give you credit. I'd never do this!

If they thought stepping out into the middle of

a feeding frenzy was bad, it's about to get worse.

That is up there with one of the scariest things I've ever done.

Man, just looking out at the water and having sharks come up and you see

their fins and someone's telling you, "Go jump in there and thrash around."

That's a scary place to be.

Them sharks look deadly and so does the show, so make sure you watch.

OK, on BBC One we have got Escape From Scorpion Island.

Now, this is a game show where ten children are put on

the island and they have to escape.

They are split into two teams, Sting and Claw, and they have to

compete in a load of trials and events to try to escape.

It's a bit weird - the island has got a mind of its own

so that set up the tasks that they have to do.

But this week's episode is action-packed.

I'm going to show you my favourite trial that they have to do.

They're on the treetops. Here's a little glimpse.

It's a straight race to see who can get their final cog in quicker.

James is climbing much faster.

He's already caught Natty up.

Oh, but she's first to swing.

Now James.

Come on, James!

Oh! Their teams are absolutely screaming for them to win.

It's Sting against Claw. It's James against Natty.

She's swinging back.

No, but she can't make it!

This could be a disaster for Sting.

Oh, so close, it's agonising for Natty!

James is going down.

This is for the last cog.

And it's for the first Sting versus Claw victory.

Can Natty do anything now to pull this back?

Oh, she's going for the drop. No! Her cog's bounced out and that

means James can toss his in to take this for Claw.

we have got Good Luck Charlie.

Now, it is returning for its second series and the show is based around

the Duncan family and the main character, Good Luck Charlie,

is the youngest daughter, two-year-old Charlotte.

In this episode it's her second birthday and they

want to make it one never to forget.

And she has a favourite TV show, The Gurgles, it will be

live on stage so they want to get her there to watch it,

but they haven't got tickets, so they have to win tickets.

It's really funny and this is my favourite clip of them

doing a little clip they're sending off to try to win the tickets.
