another small routine to Loick Essien - How We Roll.

The move we're going to learn today is...

literally right at the end.

Right. What you do is, you stand still -

I'll show you what it looks like first -

all you do is, you go...

Really simple.

It is really, really simple. Right, before...

-It is. It's just getting into it.

It's like, just a groove.

Woo!

You know when you do this move, when you go down like that? Yeah?

It's basically just doing that, but instead of stepping forward,

you step back and do the exact same thing.

-Yeah, sort of like that.

-Yeah?

-So just step forward and you go...

No.

Basically, it's not...

You know when you do that step forward?

-This is part of the move?

-No.

-Oh.

-It's the same,

but you step back and go into it like this.

What you do is do it four times.

And you go one...

-four.

-Right.

All it is really... It's not all about the move,

it's about getting it to the music

and letting it look like you're just grooving.

-Just grooving!

-Like brushing your hair?

It's like dropping your body weight as well.

-What do you do with your hands?

-Anything, but I like doing that.

You can do that cos you have no hair!

You've got loads so it looks better.

But then my hair's going to be all messy.

You know what you can do? I do it over my hair -

I'm going to give you an extra recommendation.

Tracy Beaker Returns and the secret that you probably all know now,

is that Liam, played by our very own Richard Wisker,

he's left the dumping ground. Let's have a little look

at his final few moments.

It was very sad. How was it on the last day of Tracy Beaker Returns?

When I watched it, emotions were running high.

What was it like on set when they said, "That's a wrap on Liam"?

Yeah, really, really sad, but, again, it was a good episode

and I had to go with my brother, you know.

He was calling me, he said, "come with me," and...

-You've got to do it.

-Got to do what I've got to do.

-Can I ask a cheeky question?

-Have a cheeky question.

That's what we all want to know! Don't lie. We all want to know it.

Yeah, erm, Dani Harmer got me a big cake which I shared with the whole

crew and the whole cast.

THE Dani Harmer? THE Tracy Beaker got him a cake.

Yes! And then we went round and we gave everyone a slice.

Where's mine?

-It was a long time ago.

-Ah, no worries.

-OK.

-So, erm...

-Thank you very much.

-Anyway, I'm off.

-I've just got to go, you know.

-Don't go.

I'm just going to be standing here.

He's never going to leave. Loves me too much.

OK, next up is Ashley Banjo's Street Crew.

You all know Ashley Banjo, he's the lead dancer in Diversity.

He's taken it upon himself and made a bold statement.

He said, "I can teach anyone to dance," and that is what this show

is about. He goes around the UK taking people he thinks can't dance

and teaches them to dance. It's a great aspect, maybe for Mum and Dad,

so you go, "Mum, Dad, watch this and learn."

I know my parents could do with it. In this week, he starts off

in Stockport and teaches four dart players to dance.

Let's have a look at them in action.

Six, seven, go!

What is that?

Five, six, seven and...

Cor, they are flying at them moves. Get it? Flying with the darts. No?

OK. Next up is Help! My Supply Teacher Is Magic.

Is she? No, sorry. That's the name of the show.

Basically, the show takes ordinary schools and pupils

and they get a supply teacher...

"Teacher's ill today, here's your supply teacher."

..without them knowing supply teacher is magic, but the cover it up and say

"I'm here to teach you about gravity," then do magic tricks.

It's brilliant. My favourite bit is when they say,

"You're all on a TV show."

And all the kids are like, "Are we? Oh, got to act cool now."

It's really fun and they've got a great bit in the show

where you can do an interactive bit, so they teach you a trick.

This week, one of the teachers says, through healthy eating

they can bend metal and there are many more magical tricks.

Let's have a look at one of them.

If this doesn't work, you could have a very wet teacher.

Watch.

-PUPILS:

'They might have wanted to see her get soaked,

'but they can't deny it's an awesome trick.'

Look at that, guys.

'Fergus has made the water stay in the bottle.

'That's not possible. And the magic's about to get better.'

What's amazing,

is in his bucket I have some little pieces of stick.

What's incredible is that

nothing comes out of the bottle,

-but these pieces of stick go in.

-PUPILS:

-Oh!

I'm not actually a teacher. I'm a magician.

-Class!

-Cool!

And all of you guys have been set up by your teachers

and there's a camera there, there's a camera in this spot just here,

there's a camera just at the back there.

OK, and it's Deadly Art.

I wasn't too sure about this when I read the synopsis.

But it's brilliant.

It's short, which is better

because it gets the best bits in a tiny little section.

Deadly Art takes Steve Backshall

and his Deadly 60 and combines it into art.

He takes an animal, explains about it,

see him in action and then create this life-size animal.

Also, another interactive part,

they teach you how to draw the animal and add cool things to it.

In this episode you will see Steve Backshall take on

the deadly Goliath bird-eating spider.

It's really fun, so let's have a look at this Deadly Art.

This art work will be large.

Big legs, big fhangs,

-everything over-sized.

-It's going to be terrifying.

I'm not sure what part of the spider

requires feathers, we'll find out soon, I'm sure.

This is where the back section of the spider will be.

This is the front section.

This arc is where the legs will end up.

Same again. Just the same.

This spider is going to be massive.

And this art has got to be huge.

On Deadly 60 we made our way through the incredible Amazon rainforest,

home to lots of creepy-crawlies.

It didn't take us long to find a Goliath bird-eating spider.

I am a little bit worried of spiders, actually. So, I'm going to go now.

Many of you may think that skipping is for girls.

I am here to prove you wrong because I met up with

the British skipping champions and they put me through my paces.

Let's have a look.

We're back again with Weekend Download.

When you think of skipping, you might think of this.

Think again.

My name's Rachel, I'm 22 years old and I'm the UK skipping champion.

I've been skipping for 12 years now.

I'm Lauren, I'm 14 and I'm the UK skipping junior champion.

I'm Stacey, I'm 14 and I'm number three in the UK.

I'm Becky, I'm 23.

We've been coaching Stacey and Lauren, that are behind me,

for about five years now.

All four of us are part of a skipping team.

The thing I love most about skipping is how unique it is.

There's so many different types of skipping out there

that you can do in a team or individually.

Sometimes it gets pretty tiring,

but it keeps you fit and it's really fun.

If the UK skipping champions can't teach me how to skip, no-one can.

Anyway, I'm going to go and get changed and meet them.

See you in there.

-Hi. Rachel, you all right?

-I'm good, thank you.

-Nice to meet you.

-You too.

-You guys look amazing, I'm really impressed.

-Have you ever taught a boy before?

-I've taught many boys.

-It's not just a girls' sport.

-OK. What's Double Dutch?

Double Dutch is two ropes. It's more like a team thing.

We are going to do single rope, one rope on your own.

I have used single rope before,

I have done skipping, but it was ages ago.

I need you to take it back to basics for me.

-Here's your rope.

-I'm embarrassed now.

-That's OK.

-We'll start with the rope behind us.

-Yes.

Feet together so you're not jumping one foot then the other.

Your feet are together, you bring it over your head,

and you start jumping on the balls of your feet.

-That is it.

-You do forget about your arms.

Think about the turning more than the jumping.

Make sure you're turning big circles.

And always pick your feet up. Nice big circles.

That's better. Don't stop turning though.

Let's have another go. I'm getting good at this now.

Excellent, there you go.

# My heart, skips, skip, skip

# Skips, skips, skips a beat... #

So, I've mastered the basics, I think anyway.

I'm ready for my first trick.

We'll do the crossover.

We'll walk through it first then you're going to jump it.

Start with the road behind us, bring the rope over your head into a cross.

Ensure elbows meet in the middle the rope is wide enough to jump through.

Point the handles towards the floor so it's low enough to jump through.

You're ready to jump through it, bring the rope behind you.

-So it's over, jump, open.

-Right.

-OK?

Can I start by doing a normal one and then trying...

You can do a normal jump first if you want to.

-Then you cross your arms...

-There you go. That's it. Nearly.

Try and cross your arms a little bit more.

There you go.

-Was that right?

-That was it.

After you actually crossed over the rope,

you're going to cross, jump, over then open and jump again.

Get those elbows to meet. There you go. Perfect.

-I didn't even know I was doing it.

-That's perfect.

-It just happened.

-Well done.

-Let's see if I can do a better one.

There you go.

You can even keep your arms there and keep crossing. If you want to.

That would probably be easier for me. No.

It's really easy to get into skipping. A rope costs £3.50.

All you need is a rope and a bit of space.

You learn the basics within six months

and after that it's just adding tricks to it.

I'm so tired, but before I go there's one thing I want to try

-and it's Double Dutch.

-We can do that.

-Yeah, you're up for it?

-I am.

-Right, let's do it.

I would jump in there first, but I'm going to let you.

Just joking, I need you to teach me how to jump in.

I'm looking at the rope closest to me, which is Lauren's right arm.

When it hits the floor,

that's when I call and follow it in and start jumping.

Hit the floor, hit the floor, follow and jump.

OK? Don't worry, I am going to push you in.

So, watching this rope.

-Do you want me to call you in?

-I'm good, I reckon I can do it.

So follow it in. Nearly!

That was good though. At least you didn't hesitate.

Straight in for the kill.

It's when it hits the floor and goes up.

Whenever you're ready.

Now. There you go.

This one, that one. I'm going to try it.

Good.

This is fun. I'm going to go on the floor, can you do that?

How am I going to do that?

He's doing really well.

He's got a natural rhythm to him. He's quite a natural jumper.

He gets in quite easily.

He's got a natural bounce to him and everything.

He's pretty good. Quite natural.

That's absolutely exhausting.

I'm going to leave it to the masters now.

I have learnt some good tips and I'm happy. See you later.

Tip one, before you start, practice jumping

without the use of a rope to get the technique right.

Small movements using the wrist to turn,

then practice with friends.

They can hold the rope with you in the middle.

Tip two, check the rope is the correct size for you

by standing on the rope with your feet together.

The handle should reach just below your armpits.

Once you're comfortable skipping at a regular speed

try an arm cross.

To do this cross your arms just before jumping over the rope.

Just before you jump again, uncross your arms.

Who would have thought skipping would be so much fun?

A lot of boys would enjoy that just as much as the girls.

Those girls are so energetic, my back's in bits.

Today I'm here to surprise Amy, who needs a little inspiration

playing games with her friends.

I'm ten and I live here with my mum, dad, my brother and twin sisters.

They look the same, but I can tell them apart.

I like to dance and play games with my brothers and sisters,

but if I play charades one more time, I think I might explode.

Amy's always making up games

but she's played them all so many times she's getting bored of them.

Amy always tries to prepare games for us.

But some of the games we play, we just play every day.

They just get really boring.

Let's get in there quick and see if we can help solve her problem.

Time for a Style Download surprise, I think.

So Amy, what seems to be the problem?

Well, I always like playing games with my friends,

but we always play the same sort of games.

What kind of games do you play?

I like games with celebrities and things to do with music.

-OK, I think I've got a few ideas. Want to hear more?

-Yeah.

Come with me and I'll show you how to get started.

OK, so how do you fancy making a game from scratch

that involves cool celebrities?

That sounds cool.

So the game is everyone has to wear a mask of a celebrity's face,

and they have to try and find out who they are by asking questions.

-Sounds all right?

-Yeah.

The fun bit is basically looking through some magazines

and finding pictures.

-Who are your favourites?

-Beyonce and Olly Murs.

OK, let's hope we can find them.

OK, so we've printed our celebrity faces out -

all we need to do is cut them out and stick them on the card to make masks.

-I will cut, and you stick.

-OK.

'If you haven't got the Internet or can't find large enough photos

'then don't worry. You can use objects instead.

'Like fruit, or funny shapes.

'Just draw them on card and cut them out. Simple.'

OK, so game one finished. Now on to game two, which is called Fling Pong.

This one is a bit like ten-pin bowling. Do you like that?

-Yeah, I love it.

-Brilliant.

It's not quite the same, but it's the closest you'll get indoors.

So all you need are six cups and a ping-pong ball,

and stuff to decorate them with.

-Ready to start designing?

-Yeah.

-Let's get making!

I've got a feeling these games are a success.

If you want to make some for yourself, just follow these steps.

A great way of coming up with new games is to take an old game

you like and customise it to your liking.

Sing a famous song to your friends, but change the words -

you can make a really fun guessing game.

Particularly when you make the words up as you go along.

Try customising your cups and balls

with favourite colours for added effect.

Place your cups at the end of the table

and bounce your ball from one end to the other.

Each time someone gets a ball in the cup, take one away.

The last player to score a hit is the winner.

And you can play with as few or as many people as you like.

You'll need pictures of your chosen celebrity faces,

printed out to life-size.

Then stick to card and cut out,

making two holes with a pencil for the eyes

and use Blu-Tack underneath for safety.

Then stick the elastic on using tape.

Face the masks downwards, and everyone chooses one at random.

You need at least two players, but more is better.

Then try and guess who you are by asking yes or no questions.

The loser is the last one left.

The games have been excellent,

and they'll keep them occupied for a good while now.

We really like the games,

and they're not like ones that we've played before.

My favourite game was the celebrity heads,

cos I found it really fun guessing who I was meant to be.

Our favourite one was the ball game. You had to throw them in the cup.

Because that's a completely new game.

Meeting Georgia was amazing,

cos she is one of my favourite celebrities.

Basically it's a normal racing game.

You race as your favourite characters from Dreamworks films,

ie - Shrek, Madagascar, How To Train Your Dragon.

-OK, I think we're going to play you as Shrek.

But you can now play with these inflatakarts,

which I think are pretty cool.

You put the Wii remote in the top bit and just drive like a normal car.

-So, just do that.

-Does these come with the game?

No, the inflatakarts don't come with the game.

You buy them separately and you use them on any Wii driving game.

-Awesome.

-They're pretty cool. To make it more authentic,

I'm going to give you these fancy Shrek ears if you don't mind.

Welcome to Movie Download, where I'll give you my favourite movies

OK, we've got A Monster In Paris. I watched this film and loved it.

The film is based in Paris and about a monster who lives there.

But all the people in Paris don't want him there.

They think he's horrible but he's not. He's really nice.

He's like me or you, and he has a passion for music.

Loves playing and listening to it.

It's down to his group of friends to protect him

and convince the people he's not a monster.

He's a nice monster in Paris who is beautiful. It's a really good film.

The animation is beautiful. I liked it and I'm sure you will.

Favourite character is Charles the monkey.

He can only communicate by writing things down,

so I think I'm going to give this a go.

I loved this film when I went to see it in the cinema

and I'll definitely watch it on TV.

The Spiderwick Chronicles follows the Grace family.

They've got this secret magic book up in the loft

and there's these monsters out there trying to get the book,

but the family don't know it cos it's in the past.

They unlock the secrets and the monsters are back out

trying to get the book.

It's down to them to defend it with their lives

and make sure the monsters don't get it.

It stars Freddie Highmore who has been in numerous films.

An interesting thing. Freddie Highmore plays twins.

He's got a twin brother and plays them both.

Don't know how they do it. Amazing.

So he's like, "How you doing? All right?"

"Not bad, thanks. That's just my twin."

"This is just my twin." I can't do it.

But they can. That's the magic of TV.
