So the routine we're going to teach this week

is a small isolation routine.

And I know you're all pros on isolation.

But just pretend you're not that good.

What we're going to do is it looks like this...

Obviously it'll come with practice.

Hello, welcome to the Games Download.

I'm here with Aidan and special guest Tinchy Stryder.

Now, Tinchy, I understand you're a bit of a gamer.

-Yeah, I like a bit of gaming.

-Any favourites?

-I love football.

-So any football game, I'll play that.

-Nice one.

Well the first game we're doing today is Start The Party, Save The World.

We're going to put it up on screen.

This is a game where there is this guy called Dr Terrible.

-He's trying to take over the world.

-Sounds mean.

-He is.

He's a terrible guy. So there's 20 mini games.

In each of the mini games it's your job to try and save the world

and protect the world from Dr Terrible.

So, Tinchy, if you'd like to have a play.

The game we're going to be doing is Alien Attack.

Above you will be loads of UFOs and they're trying to capture you.

You need to stop them capturing you and do circles. If you do

-a complete circle, everything within it will vanish.

-OK.

An interesting aspect to this game is that I can also

control one of the UFOs, so I'm going to be trying to bring you down, too.

-You're trying to bring me down?

-Yeah.

What I like about this game is

-although in the foreground we've got...

-Oh, that's me!

So you need to get them. You need to hold it down and do circles.

You can do more than one at a time. That's it.

What I like about this game is

although we've got the planet in the foreground, we've also got...

Oh, yes! We've also got, in the background, it's still the studio.

-See that? That makes it just that bit cooler.

-Oh, yeah.

-That was a good one. No. Just escaped that.

-Can he not make you disappear?

-Yeah, he just got me then.

-Oh, I can get you then?

-Yeah.

-Is that you there?

-No, no! What do you think, Tinchy?

-It's working my arms.

-Yes, it's a good workout game.

Well, that's time up. Anything negative that you can see about it?

None. The only thing is like when you're circling,

I didn't feel you were going as quick,

or maybe I'm moving slow - I don't know which one it is.

-But I like it.

-That was Start The Party, Save The World.

One of the only things I see wrong with this game is,

it's not wrong, but there's only 20 mini games.

That might seem like quite a lot but considering a few weeks ago

we were playing on Go Vacation which had over 50 mini games.

So just in comparison there's not quite as many.

That's the game for today.

It's possibly one of my favourite gadgets I've ever done on this show.

One of the things, it is basically a DJing thing, is a loop.

To start the loop you press one and to end the loop you press two.

-What's so cool is this sensor here

uses infrared and you can toggle how much effect you want.

You need to hold the effect down.

The more it does it when you go down, then it takes it off

when you come out again. Once you get experienced you can go woah, woah!

Really cool and that.

But one of the things you need to be able to do as a DJ is to mix

two tracks together. Usually this takes a long time practising

and I haven't had that long. Tinchy this is my audition.

-Oh yes?

A pretty average effort

but there are a couple of things that make it slightly less appealing.

One is the fact that it did take me

a while to get used to it. There are a lot of things to do on it.

If you get it out of the box you cannot expect to be

my standard immediately.

But it does take a bit of getting used to.

Also the infrared aspect of it is good, but it is not quite there.

Anyway Hercules is looking into more products with the same concept

and hopefully they will improve upon it.

Now it is time for Tyger Versus. Let's go back to the seats.

Right, it is Tyger Versus, so we're going to need the other

presenters - Dionne, Georgia, Ceal and Richard.

It is about kids who love dancing,

but they are in a town where it is banned.

So they are doing it in secret.

But they want to show everyone they can dance.

I love a good dance film.

The main character is Ren and was meant to be played

by the heartthrob Zac Efron, but he did not do it. Don't ask me why.

like I did before. Basically, I've got a pack of cards here.

I'm going to go through the pack like this.

At some point, tell me to stop and that will be your card.

-Yeah.

-I'll turn around. Show it to the camera, the audience.

Audience, you can clarify my eyes are closed.

-Can you see?

-You've got it, yeah?

-Hold on to that. Make sure I can't see it.

-Are you happy that I would have no idea what that card was?

Was his eyes closed?

My eyes were closed. I wouldn't know what that card was.

Using my mind power, I think it was a black card.

I think it was a club and I think it was the ace of clubs.

Can you reveal it?

I think that's quite a good trick. What do you think?

I think that's cool.

It's what we call, in the magic world, a card force.

Basically, all you need to know is, before you perform

the card trick, make sure you know what the top card is.

Ace of hearts is going to be on the top this time.

You need to know what card is on the top of the pack.

As you go through the pack, they tell you to stop.

You say, "Are you sure you want to stop here?"

With these fingers on the top,

cos you know this is the ace of hearts, you're pulling out

all the cards in between so the ace of hearts falls straight on top.

-Do you follow? Would you be able to have a little go?

-I'll try.

You need to know what the top card is.

The seven on hearts is on top.

-There's a hair in there.

-That must be yours.

-Yeah, my lovely, girly hair.

-I don't think it's mine.

-You flick through like that.

-Then stop.

You pull out all the cards except... Yeah.

Now the seven of hearts will be on top.

I'm going to practise. I want to do it quick like that.

It will take a little bit of practice.

It isn't a trick you can do straight away.

If you spend half an hour on it,

you should be able to do it quite smoothly.

So this week I headed down to the seaside to see why everyone

was going crazy over this, um, standing on a tightrope.

Hm. I wonder why. Let's take a look.

Back again with Weekend Download, and as you can see,

I'm at the seaside in the middle of winter, so no swimming.

But, I'm here to show you something much, much cooler.

I'm Lloyd, 18-years-ld and I do slacklining.

I've been doing it now for about, almost under a year, really.

My name is Jake White, I'm 21.

I entered the UK championships and came third.

I'm Matt, I'm 21-years-old, I've been slacklining just over a year.

One of the hardest Weekend Downloads so far.

Remember, these guys are professionals,

and what they do is harder than it looks.

Slacklining is basically a balance sport on a nylon bit of webbing.

It started in about the mid-'70s in California.

I think it's a very exciting sport, it's very dynamic.

I see it as like extreme trampolining.

Addictive, and you can learn really quickly, which is nice.

My favourite trick is probably a mojo tap spin.

You go down to your chest, you do a 180-degree rotation,

back to your chest, and then back to your feet.

My favourite trick is a Buddha Bounce. You start on your feet.

You jump with both legs down in front of you,

on to your bum, one side.

As you come up, cross your legs as if you're sitting on the floor.

Land on the line. From there you can hop back to your feet

or to your bum to carry on with the combo.

Whoa...whoa...

Only joking, just practising! I mean, how hard can it be?

-You all right, Jake? Nice to meet you, man.

-Nice to meet you.

So you are here to teach me slacklining?

Is it a bit like tightrope walking?

It's similar, but it's a different fabric

so it's bouncy and more like a trampoline.

-It's kind of a combination of the two.

-We are here on the beach,

is this a good place for this?

This is an amazing place, you've got a beautiful backdrop here,

nice soft landing.

We brought pads for you today to keep you safe.

So we need safety equipment. Crash mats?

Helmet, knee pads and then you're ready to go.

-I think we should get padded up and start.

-Let's go and do it.

Wicked, let's do this.

-So, getting all padded up.

-Ready to go.

-Can I feel it?

-Have a feel of the line.

-It's quite tight, isn't it?

You want your feet straight, parallel on the line.

And you want to power up from your right foot, up to your left, and get

your hands up in the air.

-Yeah.

-Back and forth to help you balance.

Jump on the line, see how it feels.

I don't even know how to get on this thing.

Step on with one foot, the power up from this leg. That's it.

-How about I try holding your hand?

-Let's do this one.

-OK, cool.

Feet nice and straight. And then just use my hand if you need it.

Argh!

ARGH!

Right.

Keep looking straight ahead. Look straight ahead.

If you want to try slacklining,

you just need a few tips to get you started.

Step one - getting started. You can't just use any old rope.

You need a specially designed slackline.

You can pick one of these up for just under £50.

You need to find two firm trees or similar objects

to attach each end to.

Now, you don't need a beach. A back garden or part will do.

Make sure you get permission from whoever's trees they are.

Step two - getting up and balancing.

Climb up onto the line using your arms to balance,

making sure you face forward.

It's a lot easier balancing this way than facing to the side.

Don't look down. focus on a point ahead. Bend your front leg slightly

and let it take the weight to get used to the balancing.

Walk forward and use your arms to balance, as well as the other leg.

Then you've got three limbs to steady yourself. Easy!

Well, with a bit of practice, at least.

Step three - safety. Always attach the line at a sensible height -

as low as possible to the ground in case you fall.

Then put safety mats beneath you,

unless you're doing it on something soft like sand.

Wear soft trainers and socks for added protection.

You've got to make sure you wear helmet and pads too.

One lesson I've learned today - you don't have to be

good at something to enjoy it, just have fun with it!

Anyway, time for that swim.

Ha ha ha! Yeah, right!

I tell you what, that's a tricky one, keeping your balance.

I think I need a bit more practice there.

when Edward had to go into the ocean. Like, Antarctic cold.

and I had to go into the water, it was ice cold.
