Anyway, the first game today is Kinnect Sports, the second edition.

We're on the Xbox 360 Kinnect.

Basically, this is the same sort of game but with a couple

of extra games on top like American football, darts, skiing, etc.

So, the game we're playing is golf. Saffron, would you give it a go?

I tell you what, Tyger, she's got a swing on her. Watch it!

-So turn sideways, as you would do to start.

It's made me want to go and get this game, Tyger.

You should cos you're so good at it.

The only thing I don't particularly like about the game is

you do only get six games.

It's a bit disappointing.

Is it a bit like when the Wii came out and you got that disc

and there's a few games on there?

It's pretty much exactly the same.

But it is fun and you did do very well.

So that is Kinnect Sports Season Two. Unlucky, Saff.

And now we've got today's gadget, but before I do that...

It is the jumbo remote-control inflatable R2-D2.

forwards and move around in circles.

He's inflatable and he's been weighted in such a way that

Well, on the show, I do Dance Download,

where I teach people a different move every week. I've the new video,

and I've seen your move. Let's take a look at that now.

So, the move, has it got a name?

It's a dance from a very popular film that people may know.

-That's all I will say.

Basically, what you want to do is,

you're going to step on your right foot.

And at the same time, your right elbow goes up with it.

And you're going to go this way three.

And then you go back left three times.

So basically. Step right. Step right. One more step right.

-And then same thing left.

-Like that.

-Left. There you go.

-Just a little chilling move.

It's not too difficult. Even I can do it.

Don't sit down yet.

Why don't you teach Zayn the move that you did to their song?

It's isolation. You isolate your head from your body.

That's one of the most difficult moves.

We jump from right. Left. Right, left, but to the words.

So, it's, that's what makes you beau-ti-ful.

-But as we do it, on top, we keep our heads still and move our body.

I am definitely not going to be able to do that. But I'll give it a go.

I think you should definitely give it a go. So, it's that's... Jump over.

Keep your head still. Move your chest to the side.

OK. Head still. Chest goes over there. I don't know how to do that.

-So it's just one. Two. Three. Four. Five.

-OK.

-Yeah, I'm just going to do the feet thing.

and meet and talk to the stars of the film,

to be able to swim properly again. The dolphin is called Winter,

and when they take it into the recovery centre,

a little boy takes it upon himself to say, you know what,

He gets a doctor to come and help him,

played by Morgan Freeman. Brilliant.

They try to get a robotic tail on the dolphin.

Can they do it? You're going to have to watch.

I'm going to try and make that happen. She just doesn't know it yet.

Dancing. But basically, I just want to be a pop star.

She's very serious about it.

She's always done singing and dancing

since she was three years old.

so I think it's something that she would really carry on.

Being a pop star isn't just about having a good voice.

It's also about having your photo taken.

When you're onstage and off stage, you've got to know

how to pose and stuff.

I get photographed all the time.

-Do you like getting your picture taken?

I find my best pose is if you put one leg over the other

and you go on your tiptoe on the leg that's bent

and put your hand on your hip. Then just relax and sit. There we go.

One of the things about being a pop star is that everyone

is going to ask for your autograph.

You don't something really long, if you've got fans outside

you don't want to be there for hours.

So, we'll have to make something really short. I'll show you mine,

and then you can show me yours. This is mine.

If you wanted to give yourself a pop star makeover,

for you or your friends, it's easier than you think.

Just follow these simple steps.

Every pop star has an image and you need to find yours

before you do anything else.

Alicia went for a rock chick look, but you can choose anything,

from urban to a '50s look. You could even combine them to make your own.

Search your wardrobe for clothes and accessories that might work.

Put them on and you're ready to go.

Step two, create your own photo shoot.

Take a white sheet and hang or drape from a wall

using pegs or masking tape so you don't damage the walls.

Then find lights from around the house to add to the studio affect.

We use big ones, but any light will do.

Then you're ready to start snapping.

Ask a friend to take the photos

whilst you're posing your favourite position.

And you can ask a friend to blow a hairdryer for added effect.

Step three. Fans.

One of the best things about being a pop star

is being asked for your autograph.

You need to find a signature that looks good but is quick to do.

Then you're ready to start signing your new photos.

You can keep them for yourself or give them to your friends and family.

I still want to be a pop star, because it's not all hard work.

It's still having fun, choosing different styles, everything.

Dionne was fantastic. She had a really good time.

I really enjoyed myself.
