I had to train a certain amount of times a day,

eat healthy food, and I like my chips.

Welcome to Bake It Download and welcome to my kitchen.

Now, with Father's Day coming up this Sunday, I thought

I'd bake my dad a bit of a treat so I'm going for the fairy cakes.

First of all, we are going to need some ingredients.

Didn't even look at it.

Oh, that could have been bad.

Icing sugar...

and hundreds and thousands to decorate.

Let's try that again, shall we? Much better.

Let's bake!

Right, so before you start,

you want to preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius, or gas mark 4.

Remember, if you are one of our younger viewers,

get help from an adult while doing this.

We're going to take our butter, put that in the bowl.

And a little tip here, try and keep your butter at room temperature

because it makes it a lot easier to mix.

Then we are going to add our sugar.

And with our whisk, we're going to give it a mix.

Make sure your butter

and sugar are properly mixed before we continue with step two.

Now, we are going to crack our eggs and add them to the mix.

I like to add a teaspoon of vanilla extract,

to make sure it's nice and tasty.

And now we are going to give it a mix with our whisk again.

Yum. It's not ready to eat yet but it does smell nice.

Now we are going to add 110g of flour,

about two tablespoons of milk.

Take a large spoon like this one and fold it all in.

We are going to keep doing this until you get it to a nice,

soft dropping consistency.

Now it's time to put our cake mix into the cases and I like to do this

by using an ice-cream scoop, one of these little things.

All you do is spoon it up like that,

put it over the case,

flip it around, squeeze the trigger thing there.

Now, you might even want to get help from an adult

if you are a younger viewer, because we are going to be using the oven.

They are going in for 10-12 minutes

but what can we do in that time?

I tell you what, it is Father's Day so we better not leave a mess.

Let's get cleaning.

Now we've got our fairy cakes baked, we are

going to use some icing and decorate them.

So you can put anything you want, as long as it's edible, of course.

It is a new FIFA game but I'm going to be honest,

and I've said this before, not much has changed.

The passing and the accuracy has improved slightly

but it doesn't make that much of a difference

and that's kind of a constant theme with the new FIFA game,

we are constantly saying it changes slightly

but doesn't give it that much difference.

-Are we talking 13 to 14 now?

-No, no, the '14 World Cup game.

-Oh, the World Cup game. OK?

-The one you are playing, Rich.

So, the game contains all 203 national teams that took

part in the World Cup qualifying stage and also 12 stadiums

that are going to be used in the World Cup in Brazil.

Now, you can't play as any club teams, only as national teams,

so whereas in FIFA 14, you can play as club and international,

in the World Cup version, you are limited to just

the 203 national teams.

A cool little feature about the new World Cup game

is that it's quite interactive with the World Cup,

so as you play, it gives you live updates about what is going on

in the World Cup tournament, squads, players, what the results have been.

But once the World Cup has passed,

obviously the interaction stops and it loses its purpose.

So, it's great while the World Cup is on but after that, really,

you are probably going to go back and play the old FIFA again.

-I think that's what I would do anyway.

where you guys send in your problems and we help try and solve it.

So this week's letter is from Muzna.

So, obviously, revision is really important,

we all have to take tests in our lives at some point.

Maybe it's your SATs, GCSEs, A-levels.

Whatever it is, obviously revising is really important.

-George, you're doing exams at the minute, aren't you?

-I am, yeah.

-How are you finding revision?

-Erm... It's tough, like,

because you know sometimes it can be a bit boring but you have to do it.

It really does prepare you for your exams

and it's just something that has to be done, really, to get the results.

My brother is taking his GCSEs at the moment,

so he's revising, and he had the same thing as me to begin with.

When I started off revising I thought, yeah, sit in my bedroom,

chill out, maxing, relaxing.

Then you're like, "Right, OK, maths..."

And then you see the TV in the corner, don't you?

I thought, "That's all right," and then you see him again.

I'll just have him on in the background...

And then all of a sudden Friday Download's

on and you're like, "Oh, maths can go away."

Sit and watch that for an hour

and then your PlayStation's looking at you and you think,

"That's not fair, I've got to play you,"

and before you know it your time's up.

My brother was the same because he's got a TV in his bedroom.

I'd be walking in and going, "How's your...?

"Ah, OK, watching Friday Download, are we?" Yeah?

So we decided to take ourselves out of that environment

where the distractions were, and put yourself in an environment

where there are no distractions, literally.

I think just a desk and your books, and that is it.

Cos then you can't get carried away with anything else.

Even if it is just, right...

Even if you put yourself in there for an hour

and give yourself a break - and breaks are important.

Yep, that's a known fact, actually, isn't it?

Because if you revise too much and then don't have a break,

to eat something and have a drink,

-your brain can't take all the information in.

-Yeah, process it.

It's all about little spurts of revision, guys.

High-intensity revision.

-Like, little bits, but plenty of them.

-Shannon.

Talk to me about your revision.

I used to find revising quite hard, again, for the same reason -

I used to get really badly distracted.

I literally can't do anything without getting distracted,

like tidy my room, walking the dog.

I also know that Olly Murs struggled with revising and...

Because he never actually read a book from start to finish.

I mean, come on, Olly,

you've got to read the pages otherwise it doesn't make sense.

So that'd be my advice to Olly about revision.

But I found that just reading it over and over again,

because sometimes, I don't know if you do this,

but you know if you read something and you space out,

and you feel like the new information's not gone in.

Make sure you go over it a few times,

and then your brain can properly take in the information,

and then you're ready for your big test.

I've actually got a really good new way of revising,

which I've discovered.

Basically, you open the textbook up, you get a packet of sweets

and put these sweets around the textbook at certain areas.

So once you've read a bit of information you can have that sweet.

So it keeps you sort of...

Doesn't let you go hungry, keeps you motivated.

-You're rewarding yourself.

-You're rewarding yourself, exactly.

Which is always important. I like that, George.

-And then learning is, like, associated with sweets.

-Yeah.

-And it becomes fun!

-So it makes you want to revise more, yeah.

And another famous face who's given us some thoughts on revision

is Ella Henderson, who was here last week.

So, let's take a look.

I would make a little plan, get it all together

and try and do it in little sections

in order to have little rests in between

so you don't get too tired or too bored from all the work.

I think it's really important to get a schedule made,

because it gets you more organised

and keeps you on top of all your revision.

I think that was one of the first things my dad said to me was,

"Get yourself a schedule."

In fact, that was the first thing he said to me.

"Ceallach, get a revision schedule!" All right, Dad, I'm sorry!

A revision timetable, that makes sense.

We've also got Britain's Got Talent's Bars And Melody.

Here they are.

When you're in lessons, make sure you write down all the key notes

and every note your teacher tells you,

so that when you are at home you can use the notes to revise.

And in lessons, listen and write down all the working out you use,

so when you revise you know what to do.

I like it, but I also think it could be slightly impractical

if you've got a big book.

And so, the next one, from Scarlet Brainy Writer,

"Try not to go on your phone or any sort of technology."

The phone is a big distraction as well.

I was going to say, and especially with the technology,

if you can, try and use a textbook rather than the computer,

cos you're just straight on the internet

and then there you are, online shopping.

My sister leaves her phone at home and goes to the library.

-That's really good.

-Yeah.

-I mean, it's quite handy, isn't it?

-Commitment.
