I wonder what that noise is? ANIMAL BAAS

It's not a pig or a cow, is it?

Do you know what's making that noise?

ANIMAL BAAS

I know what it is! It's cute and cuddly, and has a woolly coat.

It's a lamb!

Shall we squiggle our own lamb? What sort of line could we use?

Let's have a look.

It's a loopy line!

Have you got your Squiggle Pads and Squiggle Sticks ready?

Now it's time to get squiggling!

We'll need a loopy line for the lamb's woolly coat.

Loopy lines are great fun. Squiggle one with me.

Put your Squiggle Stick on your Squiggle Pad.

Let's loop our line round... and round...and round,

all the way round until it joins up.

There - we've made a loopy circle.

What's yours like?

Round and round and round.

All the way round until it joins up.

He needs a face.

A curved line that goes down, around, and back up again.

Two ears.

One. ..Two.

Two eyes.

Two nostrils.

And a smiley mouth.

We need a nice, big loopy line for his woolly coat.

And a woolly tail.

Let's not forget his legs.

Two straight lines joined together like this.

One...two legs.

Three legs.

Four legs.

What a lovely looking lamb. Shall we meet him?

Hello, I'm Lenny! Lenny the lamb!

Hello, Lenny. I'm Squiglet! That's a lovely, woolly coat you've got.

Thanks. It keeps me nice and warm

when I'm running around my grassy field full of daisies.

Shall we draw Lenny's field?

Let's get squiggling!

Remember, the loopy circle we used for our lamb's coat?

We can squiggle another one just like it for the petals on the daisies.

Ready? Round...and round...and round.

And back to where we started.

Those are the petals of our daisy.

Let's draw a circle in the middle for the centre of our flower.

Now we can draw a straight line for the stem.

And some curved lines to make the leaves.

We need some grass. Let's do zigzags for the grass.

Zigzag, zigzag, zigzag, zigzag,

zigzag, all the way across.

While you colour yours in, I'll draw the rest of Lenny's field.

This is a perfect field for a little lamb.

That reminds me.

Do you know the nursery rhyme Mary Had A Little Lamb?

Yes, well, that little lamb is me.

Now we need the mirror itself - another circle in the middle.

Great! Now for the handle, so that Lenny can hold his mirror.

Let's use two straight lines for that.

And join them together

with a little curved line.

Let's colour it in.

I'm going to make mine blue. What colour are you going to make yours?

That's right. It gets turned into balls of wool,

and then knitted into beautiful, woolly things.

I wish I had a w-w-warm, w-w-woolly jumper! Ooh!

Maybe if we had some balls of wool, we could get one knitted for you.

But I haven't got any balls of wool.

And it'll take a while to make some from this.

No problem! We can squiggle you some wool.
