All right, I'd go and have a look. You can come with me.

-Look at the ingredients I found, everyone.

What kind of fish do you think this is?

That's right, it's tuna fish. Shall we look in my cookbook

-and see if we can find a recipe?

-They look amazing, don't they?

And they smell delicious too.

Lovely! But before we start cooking, what have we got to do first?

Wash our hands!

The first thing we've got to do to make our rockpool pies

is roll some bread with a rolling pin

but who can...

roll to the left?

And roll to the right?

Roll all around

and roll up tight!

What's the last one?

-Roll up tight!

-Brilliant!

Take your rolling pin

and hold it out in front of you

like a pair of bicycle handlebars.

That's it.

Take your first piece of bread

and put it on your mat. We're going to roll it out

-nice and...

-Flat!

Like this.

Once you've rolled that piece, put it to the side

and take the next piece.

That's it. Do your last piece of bread

and once you've rolled all your bread, put it on your mat.

Next, we need to make the walls of our rockpool pies,

so we're going to cut some circles out of the bread,

so we need the big cookie cutter first

and we're going to do the push and twist.

We push it down

and we twist!

Push and twist, push and twist,

push and twist and push and twist!

Take the next piece of bread and do the same thing again.

Ready? Push and twist,

-push and twist...

-Push and twist.

And we take the last piece of bread

and we'll cut two small circles of bread,

so get it right into the corner of the bread to do this.

And what do we do?

-Twist!

-Push and twist!

Push and twist! A push and a twist!

-Has everyone got all their circles?

-Yeah!

Next, we need to make a little house

to put the rockpool pie filling in,

so everyone take your muffin tray

and put it in front of you.

We're going to take our two big circles of bread

and we'll push them into these holes in the muffin tray.

It's like making a cosy little bed.

I know how to do it. You put it on top, then slowly push the sides in.

You are such a pro, Emma.

Now, we can't have a rockpool pie without any filling, can we?

-No!

-Now, the first thing we're going to add to our filling

is cherry tomatoes,

and we'll snip them up using our scissors,

but remember, be careful with scissors. Everyone knows

we point them down towards our...

Toes!

Wow, so you've got it. Now, hold the handle of your cup

and snip your tomatoes up.

Hey, come here!

What happens to tomatoes as we snip them up?

-The juice is going out.

-What else is coming out of them?

-Seeds.

-OK, has everyone snipped their tomatoes up?

-Yep.

-Nicely snipped!

Our next ingredient for our filling

is a type of Italian cheese called mozzarella!

Who can say that?

ALL: Mozzarella!

Bravo! Brilliant.

Everyone, take your mozzarella

and we'll rip and tear it into our cup

with our chopped-up tomatoes. Tear and rip.

Wow, mozzarella can really rip.

-What did it feel like?

-Soft snow.

Aw! Did you know that mozzarella is made from milk,

which is a dairy food? It's good for our bones and teeth.

And the next ingredient is a herb called basil

and we're going to rip and tear that up too.

-That is gorgeous!

-That's it, rip it up and put it into your cup.

-OK, everyone done that?

-Yeah!

Finally, we can't have a rockpool pie without any fish, can we?

No!

So we're going to add a fish called tuna,

so just crumble the tuna fish into your cup.

Now, tuna is filled with lots of really healthy oils.

I love tuna!

That is good news, because we're going to put lots of it in our pie.

Oh! Who can do a fish face?

Ready?

Yours looks like a crab, Lisha!

Can you do a fish face with us?

Ready, everyone?

Very good, everyone. You've even got fins.

Now we'll mix everything up,

so hold the handle of your cup

and mix it up!

There you go.

Oh, hello, basil!

Basil's popping up from below.

Hi, basil! Have you been snoozing?

Ha-ha-ha!

And once it's all mixed up,

we're going to scoop it up

and put it in to our rockpool pies.

These really do look like little rockpools,

-don't they?

-Yeah. I can see loads of fish,

seaweed in the water.

-If it was a rockpool, what would the tomatoes be?

-Crabs.

-And what about the basil? What could that be?

-Seaweed.

When you put the filling in,

-squish it down with the back of your spoon.

-That's what I was doing.

And once you've squished all the ingredients down,

just pop the lids on top

and give them a bit of a squish too.

-There you go, having a little snooze.

-Have a little snooze. Night-night!

The very last thing we're going to do is take our brush,

we're going to dip it in some oil

and we're going to dib-dab the oil

onto the top of our pies.

Dib-dab, dib-dab, dib-dab,

-dib-dab, dib!

-It'll just make it nice and crispy and gold.

That's right, Emma.

There we go. And that is it!

You have done it, everyone! You have made rockpool pies by yourself.

-Shall we get these in the oven?

-Yeah!

-All right, let's go.

Now, remember, the oven is hot, so don't go near.

You need to ask a grown-up to help you here.

Now, these shouldn't take very long to cook at all.

They're sleeping. But we don't want to take them off
