Hey, there, Sparky II, are you ready?
Yep, Sparky I, here I come!
Right, let's go and ask Scary.
Hello, Scary. We want to ask you something.
Uh...can we borrow Flappy for our show?
Flappy?! Oh, no. No, I'm sorry.
Just for one night. We want her to come home and rehearse with us.
No. She's never been away from home.
You don't want to be in the Sparkies' show, do you?
-There you are...
-She said yes, Scary.
-She said yes!
Did she? ..Are you sure, Flappy?
Well, I am surprised.
I suppose I'd better let you take her, then.
-Oh, great! She'll have such fun.
-Here you are.
Oh, thank you, Scary. We'll be ever so careful with her.
You'd better be. She can't see where she's going at night.
-She has to use radar.
-Oh, we know all about her radar, Scary.
It stops her bumping into things.
And she must have my cloak with her. It's her comfort blanket.
-Off we go, Flappy.
Farewell, my pet.
Let's got to the wasteland. Flappy won't wake up till it's night-time.
Good idea, Sparky I. We can have a practice there.
Oh, dear. Oh, dear, I've been such a fool.
What if she's homesick? I should never have let her go.
-Can't stop, dear boy. Trying to catch up with the Sparkies.
-I've lent Flappy to them.
They want her to be in their show and she wants to do it.
But I think I've made a dreadful mistake. I'm going to get her back.
There, Flappy, you finish your sleep
and when Tiny pulls the lever, we'll all rehearse together.
-Come on, Sparky II.
And back to you, Sparky II.
Oh, crikey! I bumped Flappy on the head.
-Do you think it's done anything to her?
-No, she's fine, Sparky I. Look.
She didn't even wake up.
Oh, Tiny, the Sparkies aren't at home.
I want my Flappy back. She'll be missing me.
Don't worry, Scary. I'm just going to make it night.
Then Flappy can come home if she wants.
Look, Sparky II, she's waking up. She knows when it's night.
Hey, Flappy, watch where you're going!
I think she wants to play dodge the bat.
-Cor, she's fast.
-Let me have a go, Sparky I.
What is wrong with her?
Sparky II, I think, when that ball bopped Flappy on the head,
it did something to her radar.
That's why she's flying into things.
We've got to get her back. Come on, Sparky II.
Let's try Scary's first. She might have gone home.
(Ssh! Messy, Scary mustn't find us here. We've lost Flappy.)
Oh, Messy, please help us get her back before Scary finds out.
Woof! Woof, woof, woof!
Oh! Look at that.
-She went this way.
-Come on, Messy.
Flappy. Oh, where are you?
Come home. I MISS YOU.
Oh! So THAT was what went bump in the night!
But Flappy never flies into things.
Unless there's something wrong with her radar!
Come on, Messy. We've got to find her before she damages herself.
I'll go this way, Messy. You look over there.
Quick, she's going to fall.
Oh, Flappy, that was close.
Let's have a look at your radar and find out what's wrong.
There. No more bumping into things now.
Come on, we've got to get you back for the Sparkies' show.
You go on ahead, Messy. Make sure Scary's not around.
I'm so worried. I can't find the Sparkies or Flappy anywhere.
Don't worry, Scary.
Flappy will be having a lovely sleep...
Oh, I hope you're right.
This is the one and only time I'm going to let anyone borrow Flappy.
Sorry, Scary, I've got to go. Bye!
Well done, Messy.
Let's get her up on her perch again.
There's nowhere left to look.
At last! I've been looking everywhere for you.
-Did you want something?
-I want Flappy. I want her home with me.
But I'm sure she's fine...Scary. Anyway, she's asleep.
I won't disturb her. Come along.
What will he do to us when he finds out she's not there?
I don't know how the Sparkies are going to explain THIS.
-Messy, let's hide.
-You could...see her later, Scary.
There you are, my precious!
You don't really want to be in this show, do you?
Oh-hoh-hoh-hoh, hoh-hoh, hoh-hoh!
Oh, all right, then. If you're absolutely sure.
-Until tonight. The performance.
How...? Whe...? WHO found her?
Well, I did. But it was Messy who brought her back here.
-How can we ever thank you?
-Woof, woof, woof!
By letting him be in your show.
It's the least we can do.
You and Tiny got us out of big trouble with Scary.
But you must tell him what happened.
-Of course we will.
-After the show.
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all
to the Sparkies' Spectacular!
Starring Flappy the Bat
and introducing Messy the Juggling Dog.
APPLAUSE I like your cloak, Scary.
-Did YOU decorate it?
-No, the Sparkies did.
A thank-you present for letting them borrow Flappy.
Wasn't that kind? Now, the show must go on,
-so on with the show!

The Sparky Twins ask Scary if they can borrow Flappy to be in their new show. Scary's not keen but agrees, only to change his mind as soon as they have taken her. The Sparkies, practising their juggling, accidentally bop Flappy on the head and she flies off erratically into the night! They panic, but with the help of Messy and a trail of bat shapes across the Little Robot world, Flappy is eventually found.
